"Stayed at the Sheraton Zibo with my two kids for one night, and overall, I was quite satisfied. The location is convenient, with MixC downstairs and Badaju within walking distance. This was a huge plus, as traveling with kids means you want to avoid any unnecessary hassle. The room was spacious enough for both children to move around comfortably, and it was clean. The bedding was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the pillows were comfortable, so the whole family slept well. The front desk staff were very accommodating when they saw we had children during check-in, and they were quick to respond to our needs. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Zibo."

"I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. In short: excellent value for money. **Hotel Environment:** Good. The hotel lobby has a 'Liaozhai' (Chinese classic tales) theme, and the rooms are well-equipped. **Hotel Service:** Excellent. The front desk staff paid warm attention to my needs, for example, making sure I wasn't next to the elevator. They even gave me a lottery ticket (too bad I didn't win!). My room came with four complimentary bottles of water. Check-out is officially at 2 PM, and I only woke up past noon, yet no one disturbed me [facepalm emoji]. I later found a note in the room saying you could order free wontons at night. All these little details really warmed my heart – truly deserving of my great Zibo! (See photos). **Location:** The most important thing is that the hotel is close to the train station, and the soundproofing is decent. It's about an 8-minute taxi ride from the train station, and despite being close, it's not noisy at all. I, for one, had a very peaceful night's sleep. Great value for money! I'm very satisfied! It'll be my top choice next time."

The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety and delicious taste – highly recommended! My only minor complaint is that the elevator from the underground parking had a strong fishy smell (perhaps because it's near a wet market). It would be great if they could find a way to address that."

"Booked this hotel for the holidays. The front desk staff, Xiaoyu, proactively upgraded our room when she saw I was traveling with my parents. "I went to Zibo for a musical show at Zibo Grand Theater and Hilton Garden Inn Zibo is a perfect location which is only 5-mins walk away. The hotel is relatively new and I have booked the Premier Twin room which has more than enough room space for 3 persons staying, even after an extra tollaway bed has been added. The interior is well-furnished and well-maintained. The front desk staffs are all friendly and helpful. However, there are few facilities in the hotel especially food. There is a restaurant on the 5/F but the food list on the menu is relatively short and portion is relatively big for single traveller or a couple. Besides, no room service for food during my stay despite there is a long list of F&B menu inside the room."

The only regret is that the food here is not as rich as the Zhiweizhai Hotel in the city, but considering that it is located in the countryside, it is also reasonable. Parking is also convenient, there are two special slow charging piles, which are enough.
