"The front desk staff and housekeepers were all incredibly friendly and helpful. They patiently explained and recommended great local spots and travel tips. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety and delicious taste – highly recommended! My only minor complaint is that the elevator from the underground parking had a strong fishy smell (perhaps because it's near a wet market). It would be great if they could find a way to address that."

"I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. In short: excellent value for money.
**Hotel Environment:** Good. The hotel lobby has a 'Liaozhai' (Chinese classic tales) theme, and the rooms are well-equipped.
**Hotel Service:** Excellent. The front desk staff paid warm attention to my needs, for example, making sure I wasn't next to the elevator. They even gave me a lottery ticket (too bad I didn't win!). My room came with four complimentary bottles of water. Check-out is officially at 2 PM, and I only woke up past noon, yet no one disturbed me [facepalm emoji]. I later found a note in the room saying you could order free wontons at night. All these little details really warmed my heart – truly deserving of my great Zibo! (See photos).
**Location:** The most important thing is that the hotel is close to the train station, and the soundproofing is decent. It's about an 8-minute taxi ride from the train station, and despite being close, it's not noisy at all. I, for one, had a very peaceful night's sleep.
Great value for money! I'm very satisfied! It'll be my top choice next time."

"The Sheraton Hotel truly has a human touch. We arrived early, and since two elderly family members were with us, Jane at the front desk kindly arranged an early check-in for us. She was also very thoughtful in helping me later with a room change, which was incredibly heartwarming. The next day, when we switched rooms, a staff member from housekeeping came to help with our luggage, guided us to the new room, and even helped activate floor access so I could easily go up to care for the elders. The housekeeping auntie on the 36th floor was also very kind, patiently putting extra water bottles in the elderly couple's room every time. And the F&B staff who delivered coke, fruit, and pancakes to our room… The warm assistance we received during our two-night stay was countless. People from Zibo are truly hospitable! Additionally, the hotel's breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, and the hotel's location in the city center is excellent, with convenient access to surrounding dining and attractions. We hope to visit again!"

It's a garden-style hotel with stunning, high-quality decor and an incredible landscape that made me feel like I was back in Jiangnan. The room was clean and hygienic with a subtle, pleasant fragrance. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. The service was also top-notch; every staff member was enthusiastic and full of energy. "I periodically visit Zibo, and for this trip, I once again stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I left a message on Ctrip requesting the same 15th-floor room as last time. The duty manager, Yu Qinran, was still responding to my request at 11:30 PM and confirmed she would specially reserve it for me. She also thoughtfully prepared the two buckwheat pillows I requested. Everything was well-organized, the price was reasonable, and the service was 100% on point.
The breakfast staff was also great. As a vegetarian, the juicer on the 5th-floor restaurant was my main focus. The female staff member there helped me get carrots and cucumbers multiple times. She even used my cup to make an espresso and brought it to my table, which saved me a lot of time.
This is practically my second home! I can't praise it enough; this is truly genuine feedback."

"Moshang Qingya Hotel, just like its name, is tasteful, cultured, and very artistic – I absolutely love it! It's a newly opened hotel with a Song Dynasty-inspired decor. The service is incredibly warm and attentive. Breakfast is extensive, and they even offer supper. They also gave us a complimentary souvenir. Parking is convenient, making it a top choice for road trips. The location is excellent, with serene surroundings. Plus, there's a fantastic barbecue place nearby called Lao Zheng Jia BBQ. I'd highly recommend it to friends; Moshang Qingya is definitely my first choice when traveling."

"I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade at check-in. The room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The room layout was also very well-designed. The housekeeping staff were incredibly warm and meticulous; they even left laundry detergent when they noticed a need for laundry and refilled the mineral water. The front desk and breakfast service staff were also very welcoming. My stay at this hotel was fantastic! They even gave me complimentary local snacks like Zhoucun biscuits and stir-fried pancakes."

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Intercity Hotel for four nights during our trip to Zibo. It's well located near museums, parks and malls. There is a freeway nearby to other districts like Boshan.
The room was comfortable, clean and even decorated by the hotel staff. The breakfast had a great selection, with just about everything you would expect - they had good options for toasts and coffee. Surprisingly, they have a complementary self-service laundry room that really made a big difference for me (I hate packing up dirty clothes).
Overall, a friendly experience and good way to experience Zibo.

BBryan0808I had a very pleasant stay at the Orange Hotel (Zibo Linzi Avenue). The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with spacious rooms and comfortable bedding. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better.
The breakfast offered a good variety of both Chinese and Western options, and everything was fresh and well prepared. I also appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel—quiet, relaxed, and well organized.
Overall, excellent value for money and a great choice whether traveling for business or leisure.

The beauty said that I came to eat barbecue. Then I recommended the place where their locals eat barbecue to me. Staying at a hotel, the service is very **. I didn’t buy breakfast, the front desk sent it, the front desk also called to ask if the room type was satisfactory. I said it was a bit small. The front desk said it would change it for me. I said no, the front desk immediately said, give me a drink, milk or coffee, I have to say, too popular, definitely send a circle of friends to praise, In case there are friends who come to Zibo to eat barbecue, you can choose to come here. Hotel guests can enjoy the hot springs for free. Children between 1.2m and 1.5m were charged an additional 30 and 60 for the bath, respectively. The kids had a blast! The hot springs were very relaxing, and breakfast was rich and delicious. The accommodation was clean and hygienic, with a huge laundry room. Plus, Zibo BBQ is amazing! This hotel was definitely the highlight of our trip!

This hotel is right next to Zhoucun Ancient City, and it is very close to walk there. The front desk helped me upgrade the room for free. It has a large window and a small bathroom. Everything else is fine. There is no feeling of depression and it is also quite clean.

AAnonymous UserThe carpet in the room was quite dirty with old stains, which is understandable given the hotel's age. The air conditioning gave me a headache; in February, it was just blowing natural air. I spoke to the front desk, and they were very nice and offered to bring a heater. I'll probably consider a different hotel next time, though the front desk service was excellent.
