Any small issues we encountered during our stay were immediately addressed and patiently resolved by the staff. Their service attitude was sincere and responsible, without any perfunctory responses. Overall, the hotel's attention to detail was exceptional. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and the service was excellent, meeting all the needs of a family trip. It's a garden-style hotel with stunning, high-quality decor and an incredible landscape that made me feel like I was back in Jiangnan. The room was clean and hygienic with a subtle, pleasant fragrance. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. The service was also top-notch; every staff member was enthusiastic and full of energy. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience, truly living up to the reputation of an honest and hospitable Shandong business."
