"I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. In short: excellent value for money. **Hotel Environment:** Good. The hotel lobby has a 'Liaozhai' (Chinese classic tales) theme, and the rooms are well-equipped. **Hotel Service:** Excellent. The front desk staff paid warm attention to my needs, for example, making sure I wasn't next to the elevator. They even gave me a lottery ticket (too bad I didn't win!). My room came with four complimentary bottles of water. Check-out is officially at 2 PM, and I only woke up past noon, yet no one disturbed me [facepalm emoji]. I later found a note in the room saying you could order free wontons at night. All these little details really warmed my heart – truly deserving of my great Zibo! (See photos). **Location:** The most important thing is that the hotel is close to the train station, and the soundproofing is decent. It's about an 8-minute taxi ride from the train station, and despite being close, it's not noisy at all. I, for one, had a very peaceful night's sleep. Great value for money! I'm very satisfied! It'll be my top choice next time."

"The room facilities are simple and elegant, and Xiaodu can open and close the curtains while singing. When we arrived at around 11pm, the front desk warmly welcomed us. I wanted to do laundry at night, and the patrolman saw the clothes on display, washed them, dried them, and delivered them to the door of the room. I am very grateful to the patrolman😊 Our check out was also very easy. The breakfast is also very rich, with wonton noodles, pancakes with green onions, shrimp paste eggs, which are super delicious, and the freshly ground coffee is also very fragrant."

"The hotel is in a good location, close to Zibo Station and within walking distance of the Eight Bureaus. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Although there are no USB ports in the room, plugs are provided. The room is clean and the bedding is clean and comfortable. It is cost-effective."

"We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Zibo with our child. It's conveniently located near the Liuli Museum and Haidai Tower. We rented a car from the train station for two days, and the hotel offers free parking; you just need to inform the WeChat concierge of your car number when entering and exiting, which was very convenient. The hotel provides two free bottles of mineral water daily. The small towels are disposable, and the large bath towels are sterilized. I brought my own toiletries, so I didn't try theirs. The slippers are a bit thin. There was a small round stool with some stains, but we didn't need to use it, so it wasn't an issue. Wi-Fi connects via a WeChat QR code. The projector allows free viewing of Tencent VIP videos and also supports screen mirroring via WeChat QR code (though you have to watch an ad before mirroring). Our room was on the 13th floor, facing the street, but the soundproofing was excellent; once the windows were closed, we couldn't hear any street noise. However, every night we could hear water running from the rooms upstairs or downstairs. The room had manual sheer curtains and electric blackout curtains. Both sides of the bed had USB ports and universal charging sockets (two and three-prong). The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, but you have to find the right angle to open and close the shower door and the main bathroom door. The large showerhead had a powerful spray, and the water pressure was good with stable temperature. We stayed for two consecutive days. After adding the front desk on WeChat, it was very easy to arrange room cleaning, request more free mineral water, and report our car number. The room had an enclosed bay window balcony, which our child loved sitting on to play with LEGOs and stand to look at the distant scenery. Downstairs, there's a small park with swings and a sandbox for kids. Shared electric bikes are readily available just outside the parking lot, making it very convenient to visit attractions without driving. I usually don't bother leaving reviews, but I really feel this place offers excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"The hotel is in a good location, the travel is particularly convenient, the room is clean and tidy, the lighting is very good, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the sleep is very stable. "The rooms and restaurant were perfectly fine. The main issue was the hassle of getting cars in and out. It was a real pain for temporary license plate vehicles to enter and exit the hotel parking lot. One male staff member was very enthusiastic and helped us resolve it, but everyone else just coldly said there was nothing they could do."

"The hotel is very new, the rooms are large, and there is free laundry service (I haven't tried it). However, there are three issues that I would like to point out to you: First, the water pressure in the bathroom is low, and the water from the shower head is too thin, so it can't wash even slightly thick hair; second, at nine or ten in the morning, there was a very loud sound of an electric drill upstairs, which lasted for five minutes. I was woken up directly and couldn't fall asleep again; third, the service needs to be improved. When we reported the problem of bathroom water pressure, the front desk blamed the problem on the guests' failure to report the repair or change rooms in time (we only discovered the bad water pressure in the bathroom late at night and didn't have the time and energy to contact for repair or change rooms); after we reported the problem, the front desk still asked the guests to give a good review on Ctrip, and forced them to give Panpan bread as a gift, which is not quite understandable. Only authentic and reliable reviews can be of reference value to other guests and help hotels further improve their facilities and services."

"1. First of all, the hotel service was excellent, exceptionally good. 2. The new hotel had a strong smell on its opening day. We both woke up with inflamed tonsils (no offense to the hotel, it was probably from drinking alcohol, but the smell was indeed quite strong). 3. The air conditioning vents made some noise, a bit like running water. 4. Normally I stay in hotels for about 200 days a year, and checkout is usually at 2 PM. I arrived at 4 PM and slept until about 1 PM. 5. The hotel staff were very friendly! Excellent! Very clean!"
