"Extremely satisfied with the hotel! The room amenities were a cut above what I've seen in other European countries; they even provided a curling iron, which was a pleasant surprise! The room was also spacious, and the L'Occitane toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. There was complimentary iced lemonade in the lobby, the staff were very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast selection was incredibly diverse! They even had spring rolls, making it the best hotel breakfast a 'Chinese stomach' could ask for in Europe! Overall, I was extremely satisfied."

"Overall, this hotel was a mixed bag of great vibes and some annoyances. Got lucky with a top-floor room featuring two skylights and nice interior arrangement (it was a long desk behind the bed)—super aesthetic and gave off cool vibes. But the ventilation was a nightmare. Not sure if I couldn’t figure out the system or what, but the room felt insanely stuffy all day. Not hot, just suffocating, like the air was trapped with no flow. Even closing the skylight curtains for the day when out didn’t help; it was like the room was hoarding a day’s worth of stale heat. I cannot imagine I was sweating at night while it was 12°C outside... If they could fix the airflow or add some cooling, this place would be near perfect. I hung the “do not disturb” sign but left empty plastic bottles outside for pickup. Second and third mornings, they were still there—felt like no staff even came to this top floor (only two rooms up here on 4/F). Check-out was meh; the staff only cared if I used the Mini Bar, no questions about my stay. They seemed pretty junior. Now, the location? Absolutely unreal. No matter which attraction you hit, you’re back at the hotel in 15 minutes—crazy convenient. The hotel itself looks stunning, the kind of place that makes people jealous when they see you walk in. Honestly, aside from the stuffy room, I was pretty happy."

Grand Hotel Bohemia

The hotel is extremely well located in the center of the old town. As a consequence, several major tourist sides are within close walking distance. The building of the hotel itself is worth to be mentioned. It fits extremely well into the landscape of the old town because it really belongs to it. The rooms and other facilities fit well to the historic environment but provide the convince and comfort of modern hotels. (1) Consistent, the breakfast room carries the atmosphere of the last century but the food served fits with the variation and trends expected from high standard hotels in Central Europe. (2) The service provided by the staff of the hotel is very good—they are helpful and engaged. At the downside, the hotel is a bit too popular. As a consequence, do not expect that early check-in is always possible because the rooms may be available only after the fixed check-out time. In summary, I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel for visitors aiming to explore the old town of Prague and enjoy the uniqueness of this beautiful city.

A really lovely hotel in walking distance of all major sites. Great breakfast which also acts as a fantastic evening dining spot. My only feedback would be an incident involving cleaning of the room where some clothes of mine were collecting with the towels collection. I still can’t work out how this happened given they were way out of the way of the towels - I assume the used towels were put on top? Unfortunately the reception team were initially not helpful and it took a few requests for them to check with the cleaning team and check the laundry
they did and the clothes were uncovered in the basket of used towels
Not the end of the world but annoying that it happened and wasn’t initially a proactive response.

We paid a little extra for the suite and did not regret it. The room was spacious with a stunning view of the old town (photo). The bathroom was lovely. The bed was super comfy, amenities were good although the coffee and tea didn’t get topped up. We had to get maintenance up on the first evening as the thermostat was very high and would not go downs he couldn’t fix it so we slept with the windows open but it was okay as the area was quite quiet. Staff were friendly. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was stunning and so close to everything we wanted to see and go to. Staff were so amenable and remembered what we were drinking in the bar the next time we visited. Attention to detail was great. Our room was lovely and clean and breakfast was delicious. If I came back to Prague I would definitely stay with you again! So happy we found the Falkensteiner.

Although the building and service were all good, it wasn't worth the money and we found the small room and lack of facilities disappointing. When we arrived they asked us to pay again, as they couldnt find our payment from Trip.com for our reservation. A couple hours after check-in we were told the pool and sauna would be closed for the whole stay. We paid specifically the high price because they offered pool and other facilities. We got no compensation for the inability to use the pool and sauna, and they suggested we could get for a spa treatment at 30% discount, which of course we still would have had to pay a lot of money for. We felt like we should have got some money back for the lack of facilities.

Nice big rooms, and big beds, relatively comfortable beds. Location is ok with 2 supermarkets very nearby. Hilton hotel is directly opposite. Most tourist attractions are not very far away. There is a good Chinese restaurant called Moon in Prague, around 9-10 minutes walk away. The curtains let in light a bit from the top all night. The shower is not good it's very squashed, i could barely turn around in the shower and the hand held showerhead is low, a lot of water goes out of the shower area onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink is good with a big counter. Prague is a more lively and active city that Budapest, especially at night. We liked the Mucha exhibition, although not many artworks, because we are fans of art nouveau.

We had a great stay at Grand Hotel Prague Towers. The service was phenomenal from start to finish, and the rooms were very well cleaned every day, which really stood out. Food and drinks at the hotel are a bit more expensive compared to prices in the city, but the convenience and wide selection make it worthwhile, especially after a long day. The elevators are fast, so staying on a higher floor is no issue at all. The room was spacious, with large comfortable beds and a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. If you stay higher up, the views are open and very enjoyable. The spa located at the top of the building is a highlight, and having access to Thai massage on site is a big plus. There is also a gym with modern equipment. It is not very large, but more than enough to stay active during a trip. Parking is plentiful at the hotel and included, which is a big advantage. There is also a metro station right outside the hotel, making it very easy and quick to get into the city center. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and honestly nothing to complain about. Overall, a high-quality hotel with great comfort, service, and facilities. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel is not bad, old but has its own charm, we actually liked the decor, the location is very good, the breakfast though is very average, nothing special. We had the worst chek-in experience in our life with Mr Nader, who was very rude, we have booked a superior double room and paid the full amount in advance, when we arrived he simply said he had no room available, and that he will move us to another hotel of theirs, and it was far from the location we chose to stay in for it's proximity to everything we wanted to visit, and that of course without even asking for our opinion. We said no and that it is unacceptable to move us to a hotel on the other side of prague, not in the same category, he even lied and said that it was also a five stars hotel but it was a 4 stars hotel. He was very unfriendly, extremely rude to us, he even insinuated that it was our fault because we had booked the room on the same day and he repeated it many times with a bad attitude. We did, but it was at least 8 hours earlier than our arrival, we even checked several times that the room was still available hours after our payment. He finally silently gave us a deluxe room with twin beds, without explaining anything, when we saw the room we told him that we are a couple on a romantic trip we want to stay in the same bed, he yelled at us saying that we insisted to stay in the hotel and not move to another one, and that the room he gave us is way better than the room we booked, which was a superior double room, we didn't really care about the room type more than we care that we got a double bed, but we finally accepted because we got no choice but to move to another hotel that night. They made the beds closer, but they kept moving away the whole night which was very weird and uncomfortable. He could've at least offered us free breakfast, but he instead made us pay for it, and told us if we want something we could go speak to the manager. It's never about money for us but the way he dealt with unsatisfied clients is the worst, and we work both in the tourism, in fact we are both managers! His colleagues the day after were more friendly and they moved us to a room with double bed with a great view, which we liked much more. A thing that we noticed is that the staff of this hotel are very unfriendly with no reason, they make you feel that you're bothering them just by walking by (the young blond girl in the reception, the breakfast staff, except for the young guy in the reception and the concierge, who was very nice welcoming and friendly and kept smiling the whole time. We would only recommend the hotel for its location and the artistic decor, but never for the service.

You absolutely *must* try the breakfast! The ingredients themselves are exceptional. You can enjoy a leisurely meal in a quiet and spacious setting, and it was, without a doubt, the best breakfast I've ever had in my life. The hotel itself was also superb, and I really appreciated how attentive and dedicated the staff were to making sure everything was taken care of.
