Guest UserThe location is very close to the big train station, with AirPort Express bus, tram 15. 22 etc. in 5-8 minutes walking distance; good. I stayed 3 nights in female room, locker inside the 5-bedded room, very convenient, shower has immediate hot water, room size, with hanging hooks; all good.
The toilet is a bit small and small table size for doing make-up. The mirror in shower room and toilet are big. There is drawer beneath the bed which is very convenient for multi-night stayers. During my stay, I met a few Asian women in the same stay. Things worked well.
Very important, people are friendly, I encountered the check-in reception for few times, helpful in my travelling queries, to attractions, tips, and early put down luggages, helping the luggage down the stairs when checked out (for a aged lady with some knee problem is nice). Thanks a lot, add to my Prague friendly trip!

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was very well located, just turn a corner and you will reach the Old Town Square and Astronomical clock. Just downstairs you will have shops open late for food, souvenirs etc. If getting a car to drop you off, it is a few minutes walk down the road to a zebra crossing. Upon check in, we were delighted and surprised to find the hotel had left us a bottle of wine and some chocolate almonds as we told them we just got married and were on our honeymoon. Hotel staff was pretty friendly and they kindly let us store our luggage at no additional cost before our bus when we checked out. The breakfast was okay but we felt it was a little overpriced. There is a bar attached to the hotel called Fat Cat but the food and drinks were quite expensive so we never dined there. The room itself was a bit dark but satisfactory. Beware of the wooden beams if you are tall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel has a good location and a good surrounding environment. It is very quiet and close to the tram station. It is only more than ten minutes' walk from a bus station in Prague. The room is large and the facilities are also very good. There is a kettle. The service attitude of the brother and sister at the front desk is very good. They always help me solve my problems in a timely and excellent manner. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich, with many varieties and good taste. If I go to Prague in the future, I will choose Pet Hotel again. It is really worth recommending!

Guest UserConvenient, comfortable, and great value
The location is fantastic—right next to a busy tram stop that connects to all the major tourist spots. Lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and fast food places nearby, so you're covered even if you're back late. A subway station is also just a 5–10 minute walk away, making it easy to reach the central station.
The staff is nice, laundry service is available, and housekeeping comes every day. My room felt quite spacious. For the price and convenience, this is a solid choice.

Guest UserExcellent! I have to say, because of its staggered design, each room feels private and undisturbed by others, and you won't disturb anyone else either. The mattress was incredibly soft and very clean. The lady at the front desk was super beautiful and very kind; she helped me store my luggage and even recommended places to visit and local specialty dishes. She was very enthusiastic!

HUINot far from Prague Square, there is a market downstairs, there are many stalls, you can buy some small gifts such as fruits, crafts, etc. Some shops can use euros Krona, it does not matter if you do n’t change, you can use a credit card to order tickets and shop very convenient. The hotel is renovated in an apartment building. There is no very conspicuous lobby. You have to ring the bell before you open the door. The elevator is very small after you go in. There are no obvious signs where to check in. The front desk is very welcoming. The translation software communicates with us, but asks if there are any delicious shops near her and will check and draw maps for us. The rooms are large and the facilities are a bit old. The bathroom was overwhelmed by me and I installed it again. ...

LvDarynaMy stay at the hotel started with very unwelcoming lady at the reception. There was city tax to pay and I had only cash because my Union Pay card didn’t work there. She told me to look for change because the banknote was 2000 CZK, I said that it was what I got at the ATM, then she told me to go outside to mini market I get change. I refused to do that because it was rainy outside and I was tired after 8 hours on the road, and then she started ignoring me without trying to solve the problem. My mom offered her to pay later when we get the change at the city and only after she gave me the room key. Terrible service!!
The other thing is that there’s no toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo (only all-in-one soap), slippers all of that you have to have your own. There’s no water provided and no kettle but you can borrow a kettle at the reception. There’s free coffee and tea ant the reception.
There’s no enough sockets, you have to choose what you want to use a fridge, a lamp, a kettle or a phone charger, it makes your stay very inconvenient. Also want to say that I started at the corner room ant it was so dark. Breakfast is okay and can be changed for 10€ or 250CZK at the reception.
Location is wonderful though.

Guest UserVery good hotel booked in reasonable price. Location is very convenient, close to the metro station that allows to reach it smoothly from train and bus stations or airport and of course from main attractions. The staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is very good - buffet with different options so everyone should find something that fots him. For me the only disadvantage is the size of restaurant - on Saturday at 9 AM it was very crowded and there were troubles with finding a free table. The rooms are also good, everything is clean, beds are convenient, there is kettler amd bathroom gels. I really admire TV with YouTube access. Things that can be improved is adding toothbrush and coffee bags (there were tea, sugar and milk). I would admire more plugs because almost all were taken by lights but there wasn't necessary to use them all.
All in all, if you look a good hotel close to the city center, it's a good choice if price is around 100€.

Guest UserThe breakfast was good and the variety was able to satisfy different tastes. The location of the hotel is also close to a few hundred meters from the subway station. Only the hotel room facilities are relatively poor. The bed was small and there was a damp smell in the room. The 1st floor wifi signal is too bad, and it is not the same. The cell phone signal is also not good. The room was very poorly sounded, and at night I could hear the sound of snoring in the next room.

I think this price is very reasonable for a single room! It's a little far from the tourist center, but it's a short walk while enjoying the scenery, and since I was traveling by train, I was glad that the station was nearby. There were also a large market and shops nearby, so it was really comfortable. The reception is in a different building, but the staff there were very kind, and I would like to stay in that building next time.
