The beach is not good for swimming. Hideous how muchplastic and rubbish is on the beach. We picked up tons of rubbish every walk. There are plentyy bins around - nailed to palm trees, so it is pure laziness. This isn't the hotel's fault of course, but the area would be far more attractive if there was an effort by people to bin their rubbish."

"Location was great - right next to the international airport as well as a major hospital. It's also an easy 5minute walk to the bus stop if you'd like to take the local transport. The grounds are beautifully kept & very well maintained- there's cleaning and pruning of the beautiful landscape everyday.
Pool was lovely with a slide. Gorgeous addition to the well maintained grounds. Hopefully they'll water blast the steps up to the slides as it was mouldy and slippery.
Rooms were nice and clean. Enough utensils to use and the usual bathroom amenities.
Security at both gates were great,friendly and helpful. Free parking space was a bonus.
Staff were so good except for the kitchen staff - we had to wait an hr for dinner which was sitting cold on the countertop with no one bringing the food over. I had to go and ask if the food was ours and indeed it was."

"The hotel is in a great location, close to the airport, and offers excellent value for money. The rooms are clean. We had booked a pool-view room and were assigned one on the second floor, which I actually preferred to potentially getting too much sun, as can happen on some outer islands. The front desk staff were all very friendly, and you can even exchange currency directly there. Just through a nearby passage, you can catch a bus to the town center. Fair warning though, Fiji itself is quite rustic, haha, so you'll get to experience buses with no doors or windows!"

"The hotel is abt 8 mins drive fm airport. Room was spacious and clean. I had a pool view room on 2nd level , very lovely. Room service was prompt and food was so good. Concierge helped to arrange an early morning airport transfer and front desk arranged my takeout breakfast. Service is excellent!! Highly recommended."

"The swimming pool is huge but really really cold and all the time I was there no pool towels were available. They fixed the elevator after 2 full days... ( only one was working so it took forever to reach wherever you wanted to go)
The key to access your room stops working randomly so every day I had to go back to reception to get it fixed.
The room had lots of baby cockroachs and an old smell.
Breakfast was really good and no matter the time you'd go, they made sure to refill everything!
You can book your tours downstairs, very practical!
The Chinese restaurant downstairs is delicious, just know that the portions are big 😋"

"Perfect stay in Fiji! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast menu was great — you can choose and pay for it in the morning, which was very convenient. The transfer from the airport was easy and convenient, costing 20 FJD. The room itself was average, and new towels were only provided upon request. Also, please note that the room has only Australian-type charging sockets, so you’ll need a converter if coming from another region. The only real downside was the WiFi, which was very slow and unreliable."

"Hotel is conveniently located on the beach.
The room was nice, simple and clean.
In particular, the customer service at this hotel was incredible. The ladies at reception were so helpful with how to get around Nadi using the bus system and also at making sure tourists like myself were not being scammed by taxis. "The two-bedroom, one-living room room is very clean and tidy, and there is no problem walking barefoot on the ground. The apartment is conveniently located, and the Burger King 160 meters away from the door is open until 12:00 midnight. The shopping center about 200 meters away has local supermarkets and Western Union currency exchange; there are also Chinese restaurants and ATMs, and mobile phone card stores, everything is available. The boss and the boss lady are from Beijing. From picking up at the airport to recommending itineraries according to our requirements, they also helped us contact local drivers for chartered cars to play. They are very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The recommended trips are all very fun trips, and the recommended restaurants are also authentic and delicious, all of which are great. They also took us to the market to buy vegetables and seafood, which are cheap and good. Let our first trip to Fiji be fulfilling and wonderful. If you want to experience a real trip to Fiji instead of just playing in resort hotels and beaches, and don’t know where Fiji is outside the hotel, this is a very good place to stay for Fiji tourism."

KKathyG.The one bedroom had all I needed and more. Comfortable big bed, huge shower. A full kitchen with all the essentials so I could cook my own meals. It is big and open plan apartment. A big TV in the lounge and bedroom. Everything was super clean and shiny. The washing machine was an essential and greatly appreciated. All the staff were just lovely, friendly and helpful. There is a security guard on site after hours. So you always felt safe. Secure parking on the premise behind lock gate….so my car was always secure.
I really enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and secure. Great swimming pool. Shops walking distance.

AAnonymous UserI rarely leave bad reviews, but this time, I absolutely must. The hotel staff exhibited very clear discrimination towards Asian guests, with visibly impatient service attitudes. The service and facilities simply do not justify the 6,000 per night room rate. Having stayed in countless hotels worldwide, I have never encountered anything like this before.
We checked out at noon. As our flight was in the evening, we arranged with the hotel to store our luggage for a driver to pick up later, and they explicitly confirmed this was acceptable. However, when the driver arrived to collect the bags, they refused to release them. Even after I called and re-confirmed all the information, they still wouldn't hand them over. I explained that I was at the airport and returning to the hotel would take an hour, potentially causing me to miss my flight. It was only after I lost my temper that they finally allowed the driver to collect the luggage. I will never stay at this hotel again.

EEvɛɛThe stay here was lovely, wonderful. Clean place. Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue we had was the phone calls to reception was not answered. Unsure why but it would ring and ring and ring and no one picks up. As we were abit far from the reception area... Im an emergency it could be a problem. Luckily there was none but I think they need to look into it.Luckily there was none but I think they need to look into it. But otherwise we had a great stay.. I would recommend the massage too... Best decision we could have made. The girls did great.

Not outstandingly clean overall but it was okay for a night and wasn't uncomfortable.
The location is convenient and close to a supermarket, an ATM and bigger resorts, which offer free shows for entertainment, as well as a few restaurants to choose from.

KKotch V.We had a lovely stay at Mercure Nadi with our whole family and few friends! 💛 The service was great — the staff, especially the receptionists, housekeeping, waiters and waitresses, were warm, friendly, and attentive. The hotel also offers good facilities, and while it may not have the full amenities of a five-star resort, the people and atmosphere definitely made up for it.
My only complaint would be the bed — I wish it were softer, as I didn’t get the best sleep over the past few days. 😅 Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the pool because of a packed schedule, but it looked really inviting!
Overall, a pleasant experience in Fiji. Vinaka! 🌺

LLINIn Fiji, the overall feeling is good. The small bungalows are relatively clean and have no peculiar smell. The greenery here is very good, but the curtains at the head of the bed are not bottomed out, and there is a lack of privacy.

The replacement room had a broken shower with uneven water flow, and the sliding glass door caught my partner's fingers. While the resort grounds are clean, the rooms showed dust in several areas and bugs in the shower.Key Issues: No hot water in initial room.Faulty shower and unsafe sliding door in bath room.Dusty rooms and insects in bathrooms.Absence of elevators forced staff to carry heavy luggage upstairs, which felt burdensome for them. Saying so,
People are very friendly and polite and also supported in hiring our car.

GGengizbinuI was transiting through and had to stay the night . The hotels okay. Room is very clean. But room does not include water . Large water bottle costed me 15 Fijian dollars which is expensive. Location is great. It’s next to jet point shopping center which has many food options. And is in between nadi town and airport. Good for a short stay, wouldn’t recommend for a holiday..
