"I had a comfortable stay. The bed rustled a little, but I slept well enough. The air conditioning worked well. They said you have to throw your trash out when you leave, but that wasn't a problem. The bathroom was spacious, and since Avignon is a small city and it was a festival season, I was able to wander around and see the sights, so the distance didn't feel that far."

"It's not bad, the room is big, but the elevator is small and old, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, it's my first time staying in this kind of hotel, a monastery with hundreds of years of history, the breakfast is okay, French hotels are basically like this, unlike domestic hotels with a variety of options. In addition, when booking the room, it didn't say it was a top floor attic. After checking in, we found it was a attic with a small window and a skylight. The room was a bit stuffy when the sun came out. There was no air conditioning, only a fan. When we asked to change rooms, the front desk said they were full. Fortunately, it rained later and it was cloudy the next day. Fortunately, the weather was not hot, with a maximum temperature of 24 degrees."

"The traffic is quite convenient, the taxi can go directly into the parking lot, take the elevator directly to the lobby, some stairs, not friendly to the cart. Very close to the Pope's Palace, walk for 3-4 minutes.
Breakfast is good, freshly squeezed orange juice is very good, you can bring your own water cup to pack, but it is best to drink it in1-2 hours.
The room is small and there is no view. Open the window will be a bit noisy.
The service is OK, if you tip, you will be very happy 😂"

"The hotel is near the high-speed rail station, but I was a little scared when I checked in. I arrived late (the hotel was at night) and went in the wrong direction. I followed the Google navigation and walked a dark road. It was scary. When I got to the hotel, there was no one at the front desk and I couldn't get in. I needed to enter a password. I had no idea. Later, a French guy came (who didn't speak English) and helped me make a phone call through translation to get the key to the safe. It turned out that the password to the safe was emailed to the guests in advance, but for some reason they didn't receive it. Ctrip's service really didn't keep up this time. There was no reminder and I couldn't find customer service. I was about to collapse at that time."

"The hotel is on the main street from the railway station, about 5 minutes walk to it. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, cream. There is no refrigerator or safe. The single room has a short closet, so you can't hang long things. I hung my trousers on a hanger and on the closet door. No elevator, for those who care. I didn't take breakfast. I'm happy with the hotel."

The front desk staff is also warm and courteous. However, when I checked in and entered the room, I found that the quilt cover and pillowcases had not been changed that day. I gave them directly. I used it and saw the stains on it, which was disgusting... The location of the hotel was difficult to find. The GPS guided us to a path in the reed marsh. There were several big rocks blocking the road at the end of the path..."

"Because it was a summer check-in and the first floor of the room, I found a lot of ants and other insects because it was a holiday season. The hotel was full of business. The rooms were full and could only be sprayed with the insecticide provided. There is no way to understand the place."

GGuest UserThis is a treasure hotel, the space is very large, clean and elegant, and it is very comfortable to bring a small courtyard. Very good value for money place. The service attitude is very good, can communicate in English, at least the two receptions I encountered have no problems. The hotel is a courtyard type, the reception will lead you to see the room, otherwise you will not find it.

GGuest UserThe room is located in a quiet alley. It is easy to walk through because it is not the hotel you imagine. The door is quite small. It is a converted residential building. The room is fully equipped and very convenient in the ancient city. The handsome guy provided good service and helped with parking. He drove the car to the door early in the morning. The service was thoughtful and it was a perfect experience!

GGuest UserA**Weng's rare extreme hot day, under the big sun, snorting a soak of urine, dead and alive can not open the door, around the building and yard, did not see how to enter. The store phone on Trip.com is French voice, just understand a sentence, please dial 5 for English messages. I called several times and no one answered. Fortunately, a car came out and followed it in. There was no one at the front desk. A guy in the public office received me and was very enthusiastic. I said that the phone could not get through, and I called in person. He said that it was fine to dial 1-4, no 5, and it collapsed. After completing the formalities, the guy enthusiastically helped me introduce the apartment environment, saying that it was not a hotel, there was no hotel service, and the first floor was pure water. I have to take me to the room to see... The anxious person remembered the same anxious person in the car outside, declined, hurriedly parked the car, returned to the room, solved the round, did not see the bed, was shocked, thought to sleep on the sofa. As a result, the cabinet door was opened, and there was a big bed inside. This design was really crashing. The first night was very quiet, the second night was attacked by mosquitoes, and I woke up in the middle of the night to fight mosquitoes, only to find mosquito bodies on the wall. I was bitten by 6 bags, and the other was bitten by countless. The bag on my finger was finally connected to a white line, looking scary.
Stayed for two nights and no cleaning service. There is no living supermarket within walking distance. Fortunately, we purchased food from the last hotel and brought it with ice bags. The induction cooker is not enough, half fried and half stewed, and it can be considered to be able to eat. There is no serious kitchen knife and silicone shovel. The two men ran to the first floor for a meal, and finally gathered together the kitchen utensils and played pure water. The tap water can't be drunk when it boils, it's all water alkali

GGuest UserThe facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is acceptable. The hotel is located on the edge of Avignon's Old Town; you can walk across one street and be right in the heart of it. There are many restaurants concentrated within the Old Town. To the west of the hotel, there's an underground parking garage. From the hotel's entrance in the parking lot (-1 level), you can use your room key card and ring the bell to access the hotel lobby. The first time, if you're not familiar with the way, you can go up to ground level via a small side door to enter the hotel. Several attractions around Avignon are within a reasonable distance, making it quite suitable for self-driving tours.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the owner enthusiastically took out a map to explain in detail what attractions and how to route. But overall it is more like a homestay. Every day, there is a afternoon at 4-7 to check in, and you must check out at 11 noon. Our room was arranged in the attic, which is the third floor. We needed to carry our luggage up the narrow stairs. The sewer in the room smelled, and there was no ventilation system. It felt a bit stinky when sleeping, and the clothes could not be dried at all. At first, I saw the sign in the bathroom saying that the hot water should not be turned on for more than 4 minutes. I still felt strange. Later, I saw the electric water heater in the public toilet on the first floor. I understood that it may be because more than a dozen rooms share a water heater and limited hot water. Overall, the price/performance ratio is OK.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right next to the central train station. The city gate is directly opposite the station, making travel incredibly convenient. I debated whether to stay inside or outside the city walls, and now I feel staying outside was the smart choice.
The hotel room is very spacious, easily accommodating a family of three. This time it was just my mother and I, so we had plenty of room.
The only minor drawback was that the showerhead was a bit old and didn't have great water pressure, and the water temperature wasn't very stable.
