"The facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is acceptable. The hotel is located on the edge of Avignon's Old Town; you can walk across one street and be right in the heart of it. There are many restaurants concentrated within the Old Town. To the west of the hotel, there's an underground parking garage. From the hotel's entrance in the parking lot (-1 level), you can use your room key card and ring the bell to access the hotel lobby. The first time, if you're not familiar with the way, you can go up to ground level via a small side door to enter the hotel. Several attractions around Avignon are within a reasonable distance, making it quite suitable for self-driving tours."

"Hotel on the central street, walking from the station, 5 minutes to it on foot. The room has a teapot, tea, coffee, cream. No refrigerator and safe. In the room, the closet is short, i.e. long things are not hanged. The trousers were hanging on the hanger and on the door of the closet. No elevator is important. Breakfast didn't take. The hotel is happy."

"Everything was perfect until...they gave us a double room on the fourth floor knowing that the elevator only goes to the third floor. I didn't consent because we were loaded with suitcases, so they changed us to a double room on the first floor. He who wants to does more than he who can... anyway!
One of the windiest nights and a window pane that wasn't glued correctly made an unbearable noise throughout the night so it was a night without being able to sleep a wink. I mentioned it the next morning at reception. They did not have even a gesture of compensation regarding the free breakfast plan."

"I had a comfortable stay. The bed rustled a little, but I slept well enough. The air conditioning worked well. They said you have to throw your trash out when you leave, but that wasn't a problem. The bathroom was spacious, and since Avignon is a small city and it was a festival season, I was able to wander around and see the sights, so the distance didn't feel that far."

"The location is fantastic, right next to the central train station. The city gate is directly opposite the station, making travel incredibly convenient. I debated whether to stay inside or outside the city walls, and now I feel staying outside was the smart choice.
The hotel room is very spacious, easily accommodating a family of three. This time it was just my mother and I, so we had plenty of room.
The only minor drawback was that the showerhead was a bit old and didn't have great water pressure, and the water temperature wasn't very stable."

I used it and saw the stains on it, which was disgusting... The location of the hotel was difficult to find. The GPS guided us to a path in the reed marsh. There were several big rocks blocking the road at the end of the path..."

"Because it was a summer check-in and the first floor of the room, I found a lot of ants and other insects because it was a holiday season. The hotel was full of business. The rooms were full and could only be sprayed with the insecticide provided. There is no way to understand the place."

The service attitude is very good, can communicate in English, at least the two receptions I encountered have no problems. Fortunately, a car came out and followed it in. There was no one at the front desk. A guy in the public office received me and was very enthusiastic. I said that the phone could not get through, and I called in person. He said that it was fine to dial 1-4, no 5, and it collapsed. After completing the formalities, the guy enthusiastically helped me introduce the apartment environment, saying that it was not a hotel, there was no hotel service, and the first floor was pure water. I have to take me to the room to see... The anxious person remembered the same anxious person in the car outside, declined, hurriedly parked the car, returned to the room, solved the round, did not see the bed, was shocked, thought to sleep on the sofa. As a result, the cabinet door was opened, and there was a big bed inside. This design was really crashing.
