"Our stay at the Mercure Avignon TGV Hotel et Spa was the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. After a long day of travel, the hotel’s sleek, contemporary atmosphere felt like a breath of fresh air. The highlight was definitely the spa facilities. Having access to a pool and sauna right on-site allowed us to truly unwind and recharge. The room itself was impressively spacious and quiet, ensuring a deep and peaceful night's sleep despite being so close to the transport hub. We wrapped up our stay with a delicious breakfast in their bright, airy dining area. The quality of the coffee and the selection of artisanal breads and cheeses were top-notch. It is a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a touch of luxury and ease during their journey through Provence."

"The environment of the hotel is so beautiful, it is a beautiful private garden feeling, the owner is very careful to operate, the health is very good, the service is warm. There are very few types of breakfast, the sound insulation is not good, the floor will ring upstairs, and other aspects are very good."

"The hotel is located at the city gate. The room we stayed in was a modern modular structure. The room was spacious and had separate wet and dry areas. After the elevator arrived, there was still half a floor left to carry luggage. The hotel parking spaces were at the back entrance of the hotel, so if you were driving, you needed to locate the back entrance of the hotel in advance."

"Beautiful, poorly managed hotel with a very good location directly opposite the exit from the Pope's Palace. The old rooms and facilities are worth seeing and very stylish, our room had a great view. Our room was one of the nicest we have stayed in in Europe. The service, however, leaves a lot to be desired, especially for the price of the night. We spent two nights here, had to look for employees several times each evening to be able to place our orders in the bar and then had to deal with unfriendly and unmotivated employees. Cocktails were good, food in the bar - again for the price and hotel category - miserable. The rooms and old sofas in the bar are worth a visit, however. The selection at breakfast is just adequate if you can get past the chic presentation of the buffet, and the quality is not remarkable either. The breakfast room, however, is again impressive and atmospheric. The hotel is overrun with tourists from outside the area for the daily afternoon tea, so if you're lucky you can get a table as a hotel guest, but then on both days there was only a limited selection of the cake menu, as everything was already sold out and not just at a late hour. And here too you can wait forever for unfriendly service! The rooms were very well maintained, and the chambermaids were friendly and helpful. We wouldn't recommend staying more than one night here, but it's good for a visit to the Pope's Palace. Make sure you ask for the route map before you arrive, it's very helpful and absolutely necessary for the narrow one-way streets in the old town! But it makes getting there easy."

"A hotel that is solemnly recommended, the owner is very enthusiastic, the decoration is a bit ancient, but the facilities are completely modern, the room is oversized, and there is a terrace, which is thoughtful and comprehensive for the guests. The transportation is very convenient, suitable for self-driving travel, the Pope's Palace is open for 10 minutes. Ducks are arranged for dinner, with good red wine and cheese, a completely different experience."
