"I had a comfortable stay. The bed rustled a little, but I slept well enough. The air conditioning worked well. They said you have to throw your trash out when you leave, but that wasn't a problem. The bathroom was spacious, and since Avignon is a small city and it was a festival season, I was able to wander around and see the sights, so the distance didn't feel that far."

"The hotel is on the main street from the railway station, about 5 minutes walk to it. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, cream. There is no refrigerator or safe. The single room has a short closet, so you can't hang long things. I hung my trousers on a hanger and on the closet door. No elevator, for those who care. I didn't take breakfast. I'm happy with the hotel."

"This hotel is very nice, with a separate yard, very quiet. Not far from the central station and the Palais des Papes, but also with a kitchen, you can eat it yourself. If you check in later than 7pm, the hotel will send you an email in the afternoon to inform you of the check-in method. It is very detailed. If the check-out time is earlier than the hotel front desk, please put the room card in the room and close the door. . The only bad thing is that there are no slippers. Take it with you. The hotel has its own car park, but it is estimated that it must be booked in advance, not much location."

"The hotel is near the high-speed rail station, but I was a little scared when I checked in. I arrived late (the hotel was at night) and went in the wrong direction. I followed the Google navigation and walked a dark road. It was scary. When I got to the hotel, there was no one at the front desk and I couldn't get in. I needed to enter a password. I had no idea. Later, a French guy came (who didn't speak English) and helped me make a phone call through translation to get the key to the safe. It turned out that the password to the safe was emailed to the guests in advance, but for some reason they didn't receive it. Ctrip's service really didn't keep up this time. There was no reminder and I couldn't find customer service. I was about to collapse at that time."

"The room is really very small. Two people live a bit crowded. The big suitcase is barely put down.
The location is good. Avignon Central Railway Station comes out and walks 700 meters straight along the main road into the city. It is relatively safe in the center of the ancient city.
The house is indeed old. The elevator was built decades ago. It is very small and old (of course the appearance is newly renovated)
The room provides bath towels, towels, bathrobes and shampoo and bath products every day. There is a separate bathroom.
Beds, furniture, etc. are still a bit old, but overall it is clean
There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the praise is delicious or you can eat enough.
Service is also very good, the front desk has questions and answers English OK
It is very convenient to go to the attractions of the old city. You can walk to the hotel supermarket and other shops. The ancient city is still very beautiful."

"The whole is very clean, the explanation is very clear, there is no one at the reception on the weekend, but the key is obtained smoothly according to the steps. very convenient.
There is a big supermarket nearby, within 10 minutes walk, things are cheap and can meet the needs.
10 minutes walk to the city wall and 25 minutes to the train station. If you don't want to walk, you can take bus 4 (get on the bus to buy tickets). It is a good place to stay."

"Because it was a summer check-in and the first floor of the room, I found a lot of ants and other insects because it was a holiday season. The hotel was full of business. The rooms were full and could only be sprayed with the insecticide provided. There is no way to understand the place."

"The location is quiet and it is very convenient to visit the ancient city. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the owner enthusiastically took out a map to explain in detail what attractions and how to route. But overall it is more like a homestay. Every day, there is a afternoon at 4-7 to check in, and you must check out at 11 noon. Our room was arranged in the attic, which is the third floor. We needed to carry our luggage up the narrow stairs. The sewer in the room smelled, and there was no ventilation system. It felt a bit stinky when sleeping, and the clothes could not be dried at all. At first, I saw the sign in the bathroom saying that the hot water should not be turned on for more than 4 minutes. I still felt strange. Later, I saw the electric water heater in the public toilet on the first floor. I understood that it may be because more than a dozen rooms share a water heater and limited hot water. Overall, the price/performance ratio is OK."

GGuest UserThis is a treasure hotel, the space is very large, clean and elegant, and it is very comfortable to bring a small courtyard. Very good value for money place. The service attitude is very good, can communicate in English, at least the two receptions I encountered have no problems. The hotel is a courtyard type, the reception will lead you to see the room, otherwise you will not find it.

TT5-HammerIf you’re looking for a unique historic experience in Avignon, I strongly recommend this hotel. The wall of the room was several hundreds years old and we felt like drawn into a time trip. Veronique and Fabrice were very kind and we could stay comfortably as Fabrice recommended us many good restaurants.

Usually walking to the nearby church market or the papal palace is very close. We drove to Arles and Stone City, also within an hour. Fortunately, a car came out and followed it in. There was no one at the front desk. A guy in the public office received me and was very enthusiastic. I said that the phone could not get through, and I called in person. He said that it was fine to dial 1-4, no 5, and it collapsed. After completing the formalities, the guy enthusiastically helped me introduce the apartment environment, saying that it was not a hotel, there was no hotel service, and the first floor was pure water. I have to take me to the room to see... The anxious person remembered the same anxious person in the car outside, declined, hurriedly parked the car, returned to the room, solved the round, did not see the bed, was shocked, thought to sleep on the sofa. As a result, the cabinet door was opened, and there was a big bed inside. This design was really crashing. The first night was very quiet, the second night was attacked by mosquitoes, and I woke up in the middle of the night to fight mosquitoes, only to find mosquito bodies on the wall. Stayed for two nights and no cleaning service. There is no living supermarket within walking distance. Fortunately, we purchased food from the last hotel and brought it with ice bags.
