"The room is really very small. Two people live a bit crowded. The big suitcase is barely put down.
The location is good. Avignon Central Railway Station comes out and walks 700 meters straight along the main road into the city. It is relatively safe in the center of the ancient city.
The house is indeed old. The elevator was built decades ago. It is very small and old (of course the appearance is newly renovated)
The room provides bath towels, towels, bathrobes and shampoo and bath products every day. There is a separate bathroom.
Beds, furniture, etc. are still a bit old, but overall it is clean
There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the praise is delicious or you can eat enough.
Service is also very good, the front desk has questions and answers English OK

"The whole is very clean, the explanation is very clear, there is no one at the reception on the weekend, but the key is obtained smoothly according to the steps. very convenient.
There is a big supermarket nearby, within 10 minutes walk, things are cheap and can meet the needs.
10 minutes walk to the city wall and 25 minutes to the train station. If you don't want to walk, you can take bus 4 (get on the bus to buy tickets). It is a good place to stay."

"The hotel is in excellent location, right next to the train station and it takes only a few minute walk to the downtime . The room is a bit small and basic but it can serve all you need in traveling. Perhaps the only problem is that it doesn’t provide kettles and so you need to obtain hot water at the hotel lobby, if you like to make a cup of tea for yourself. The facility is a bit old and the door lock is broken. Other than that, overall the facilities are in order."

"The hotel is on the main street from the railway station, about 5 minutes walk to it. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, cream. There is no refrigerator or safe. The single room has a short closet, so you can't hang long things. I hung my trousers on a hanger and on the closet door. No elevator, for those who care. I didn't take breakfast. I'm happy with the hotel."

"Located near one of the entrances to the old part of the city, the room was comfortable and quite spacious. The mattress was excellent, but unfortunately there was only one pillow per person. Hotels usually have at least two pillows. There was a built-in closet with shelves and a wardrobe compartment. In the shower, the shampoo and shower gel were in packets and there was no soap. Interestingly, we were given one set of soap and towels for two people.
The hotel has a laundry service. Washing costs 3 euros, drying 2 euros.
The finale is essentially empty, but it's there.
The breakfast was surprisingly varied. Four types of cheese, stewed vegetables, and cold cuts.
The hotel accepts cards and cash. If paying with cash, make sure you have the exact amount and no change."

"It was a girls' trip, with four of us—my best friend and I, each with our mothers. We were on a self-driving tour. We initially stayed at an F1 hotel, thinking it would be decent since it's a chain, but the environment was a bit shocking. We quickly found this hotel, Medieval, on Trip.com. The only downside is that it's located in the old town, so we couldn't drive directly to it. We ended up taking our lighter luggage and walking the rest of the way in. The hotel is surrounded by many beautiful attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

GGuest UserThe church remodeled homestay in the center of the old city is quite interesting. There are many places to eat and play around, and you can walk to the Pope's Palace. Parking is not very convenient, our car is large, let us park outside the city.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the old city and needs to find a place to park by yourself. But fortunately, we can find a nearby location every time. The hotel room was rebuilt from an old house, the bathroom was slightly smaller, but it was not worth mentioning compared to the style of the old city. Bathing is enough. The room intimately adds heating equipment in different locations, so there is no need to worry about the cold in winter. There is also a family-style breakfast, elegant and delicious. The boss is very interesting and will introduce the hotel and nearby dining very interestingly. Warm and rich in French humor, it is a very good person. Usually walking to the nearby church market or the papal palace is very close. We drove to Arles and Stone City, also within an hour. It is recommended to experience the style of the medieval ancient city.

The store phone on Trip.com is French voice, just understand a sentence, please dial 5 for English messages. I called several times and no one answered. Fortunately, a car came out and followed it in. There was no one at the front desk. A guy in the public office received me and was very enthusiastic. I said that the phone could not get through, and I called in person. He said that it was fine to dial 1-4, no 5, and it collapsed. After completing the formalities, the guy enthusiastically helped me introduce the apartment environment, saying that it was not a hotel, there was no hotel service, and the first floor was pure water. I have to take me to the room to see... The anxious person remembered the same anxious person in the car outside, declined, hurriedly parked the car, returned to the room, solved the round, did not see the bed, was shocked, thought to sleep on the sofa. As a result, the cabinet door was opened, and there was a big bed inside. This design was really crashing. The first night was very quiet, the second night was attacked by mosquitoes, and I woke up in the middle of the night to fight mosquitoes, only to find mosquito bodies on the wall. Stayed for two nights and no cleaning service. There is no living supermarket within walking distance. Fortunately, we purchased food from the last hotel and brought it with ice bags. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the owner enthusiastically took out a map to explain in detail what attractions and how to route. But overall it is more like a homestay. Every day, there is a afternoon at 4-7 to check in, and you must check out at 11 noon. Our room was arranged in the attic, which is the third floor. We needed to carry our luggage up the narrow stairs. The sewer in the room smelled, and there was no ventilation system. It felt a bit stinky when sleeping, and the clothes could not be dried at all. At first, I saw the sign in the bathroom saying that the hot water should not be turned on for more than 4 minutes. I still felt strange. Later, I saw the electric water heater in the public toilet on the first floor. I understood that it may be because more than a dozen rooms share a water heater and limited hot water. Overall, the price/performance ratio is OK.
