"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Xitang Ancient Town. It's a maximum 5-minute walk to the scenic area. After breakfast, you can leisurely enter the ancient town for free before 8 AM to capture the morning scenery. The hotel's hygiene is impeccable; it's very clean and tidy. Although we had an extra bed taking up some space, the room itself is quite spacious and doesn't feel cramped. The natural wood tones are very pleasing to the eye, and it features a smart toilet. They even provide a map of the ancient town on the coffee table. Breakfast offers a good variety – enough to fill you up and satisfy you. There are stir-fries, pastries, and a noodle station, along with coffee and fresh juices. However, if you go down to eat right when breakfast starts, some of the hot dishes might be a bit cool. But I did see an auntie continuously stirring and bringing the warmed items from the bottom to the top, and the coffee grounds bin was promptly emptied when full. The hotel service is excellent. Whether it was the front desk staff, the housekeeping aunties, or the breakfast restaurant aunties, everyone was very enthusiastic and provided thoughtful service."

"The initial courtyard room was not satisfactory as it was noisy. However, upon feedback, Ms Cai was proactive in quickly moving us to another room that was nice. Reception by the two ladies was friendly. Service by Ms Cai was especially warm. She also helped with my luggage after checkout and accompanied us to our car at Xitang’s gate. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a convenient and accessible location, just slightly away (a short walk) from the main thoroughfare so it was peaceful. We will not hesitate to stay here again :)"

"We had a great stay. The guesthouse host was incredibly welcoming; they even went out of their way to meet and pick us up. They also helped us purchase discounted tickets. By communicating our arrival time and mode of transport in advance, they were able to suggest the most convenient travel options, which was incredibly helpful."

"I rang the hotel the day before to ask for directions and they were very helpful with giving advice about getting discounted the entrance ticket for us as the hotel is located within the scenic area and the ticket is also valid for the 2 days we were there for. They also added me to a WeChat group with all their staff and everyone was extremely helpful in giving advice and recommendations. One thing was that the bathroom drain is a bit small and when I was washing my hair in the shower it got blocked by the hair (I have long hair that sheds a bit) and there was a bit of mini-flood happening in the shower, though that's more the design of the shower. Bonus: cats and bunny at the reception! Would definitely stay again if I'm visiting!"

"The hotel is located at the corner of the community and should be considered newly renovated. The room is quite big. It's convenient for eating and shopping downstairs. Didi can go to the hotel entrance. I didn’t eat breakfast, so I don’t know what happened. The sign on the road was not big enough, and there were quite a few hotels nearby, so local friends drove to the wrong place and ran to the Wanlian Hotel building, only to see the sign diagonally across the road. Hygiene is good. The price/performance ratio is pretty decent."

Directly across from Xitang Old Street, the spacious lawn offers panoramic views of the Jiangnan waterside village, with its whitewashed walls and black tiles. Every photo is a breathtaking example of the atmosphere. It's a 5-minute walk to Tangjia Nongkou, making it easy to immerse yourself in the bustling atmosphere of the ancient town. The mattress and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and there's a 24-hour gym with self-service credit cards and a kids' club. The breakfast is also very hearty. I highly recommend it! Finally, I'd like to thank Wintney Xiaowei for her exceptional service. She was incredibly responsive and responded promptly to every request. Great staff, great facilities, and great service—that's what makes a great hotel."

"The room is very good, the space is large, the breakfast is rich, the hotel facilities are very good, the front desk sister is very kind and cute, the check-in experience is very good, the children like the children's playground very much, but the hygiene of the swimming pool needs to be improved. "The electric bike driver was very rude. On the way back from the scenic spot, we encountered the hotel electric bike. Even though it was raining and there was a seat available, the driver refused to let us get on, saying it wasn't on our way. We walked to the hotel in the rain and encountered him returning with an empty bike. When we asked him if he wasn't on our way, he scoffed! I reported this to the front desk staff, who were very attentive and responsive, even waiving some of the boat charter fees. Thank you for your proactive approach.
