"I brought my elderly parents to Xitang for Women's Day, and a friend recommended this hotel inside the scenic area. It truly has a beautiful Chinese garden design, with winding paths that create a wonderful sense of seclusion. We stayed in a balcony room, which even had a swing chair. It was incredibly pleasant to swing and chat with my family as the sun set. The room's wet/dry separation design was very practical, and the room service was exceptionally attentive. It was also very convenient to walk into the core scenic area. We had a panoramic view of Xitang bathed in sunshine and later, illuminated by fishing boats and lights. Watching people in traditional Hanfu attire wander through the scenic area felt like traveling a thousand years back in time, perfectly embodying the creative concept behind the 'Guangnian' (Lightyear) Hotel name!"

"This is a guesthouse in the Xizha Scenic Area. It's at the end of a narrow alley, so I couldn't find it on my own. But the staff at the hostel kindly called and asked for the hotel, and I was able to find it. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room has a lovely atmosphere, and it's perfect for exploring the ancient town late at night or early in the morning. The air conditioning was weak, so it was a little cold."

"Xitang is truly beautiful, with its small bridges, flowing water, and traditional homes, offering both a lively atmosphere and the delicate charm of Jiangnan. The hotel's location is excellent; you just cross a small bridge and you're in the ancient town. My stay was very pleasant. Parking was super convenient, and the place felt really cozy. I had a great experience! The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were all lovely, gentle, and polite. They even offered late-night snacks and desserts! This is probably the best hotel experience I've had in Xitang. It will definitely be my top choice for my next visit."

"I took my parents on a trip to Xitang for National Day and was very satisfied with the hotel we booked! The commercial district is right downstairs, making it very lively and convenient to Xitang in less than half an hour. The breakfast was also very generous! The value for money was excellent! I highly recommend it! The hotel's amenities were excellent, including the electric toilet and electric curtains, which were unexpected. Most importantly, it was exceptionally clean, with no odors in the room and a very cozy atmosphere. I was very satisfied with my stay!"

"This is my 70th night staying at an InterContinental hotel this year. I chose the newly opened voco, which, as always, provided a 😋💩 experience, but I'm used to it. I booked a Deluxe Room, but was given a courtyard room on the first floor. The new hotel facilities are all very good. The public area isn't large, but there's a small glass pavilion that's quite photogenic. The service was also very good. The first picture shows the effect taken directly from the courtyard of the room. The room isn't big, but it's sufficient. The lounge privileges are automatically redeemed with a dining voucher for breakfast for two. It's been raining recently, but I didn't see any small flying insects in the courtyard or the room. The pest control work is quite good. The breakfast was a little sloppy. The buffet dinner, however, was quite good. It's great value for money. There was salmon, lamb chops, steak, and pork ribs, all prepared with care. It would be even better if the vegetables were washed beforehand to remove any insects. After finding the insects, I contacted the manager (who didn't tell me who she was). The manager was very kind and asked how I wanted to deal with it. I said it was fine, and the hotel proactively brought over a fruit platter. The next day, they even gave me a basket of shumai. Then, the 15% discount for members wasn't offered for dinner the previous day either, which suggests the new hotel was a bit overwhelmed."

"The room was quite clean and quiet, and the view from the window was the Public Security Bureau, which gave a great sense of security. The second-floor platform is perfect for photos, especially at night when the lights are on. It's also very close to the exit of the pedestrian street. The hotel even helped us buy tickets, and we could freely enter and exit until 5 AM the next day. When the hairdryer broke, they quickly sent someone to fix it. We were so tired on the first day that we slept until almost check-out time around 11 AM, but when we asked if we could extend our stay, they let us check out at 2 PM. This hotel is really good!"

"The weather was cold and snowy, but the hotel service was incredibly warm, definitely a plus. I received a call from Ms. Yin, the customer service representative, even before arriving at the hotel. Ms. Wang, who handled check-in, was patient and attentive throughout, providing detailed information about breakfast times and answering all my questions. The room was clean and tidy, and there were five complimentary bottles of mineral water. Although there were a few minor flaws, Manager Dai handled them very well, and I was very satisfied. I will definitely stay here again. Furthermore, the hotel is located in the city center with complete surrounding facilities, beautiful night views, a large and convenient parking lot, and delicious breakfast."

DdyhxWhat a beautiful hotel, from outside to inside. It's located just outside Xitang Scenic Area, but they have a backdoor through the garden where the staff can escort and bring guests thru so you don't have to pay again for a ticket to enter the attraction. Every bit of the room is spacious, from the bathroom to shower area to the bedroom. I love how the bed faces a full ceiling to floor window where you can wake up to a lovely view while still lying in bed. The bed and pillows are firm and comfy. The water pressure in the shower is good but hard to control the temperature. The hair dryer is a little weak and took a while to dry my short hair. The room also came with a generous plate of fresh fruits. Service was excellent and friendly. Breakfast buffet was simple, nothing fancy but the usual staples are there and food quality is ok. The live noodles station was the best for me, can't go wrong with hot noodles soup & wantons, especially on a cold morning. Was given a beautiful tea cup as a farewell gift at check-out. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend anyone planning to stay a night at Xitang to stay here!

GGuest UserA very good homestay. After booking, they took the initiative to add WeChat and sent the location and detailed walking route. The courtyard is very beautifully decorated, the room is clean, disposable bath towels and towels are prepared, and the mineral water is also Wahaha😄. The clerk is enthusiastic and prepared wine and snacks. Seeing my two children, they gave me more snacks. It is very close to the entrance of Xitang Ancient Town. Just cross the road. Everything is good! I arrived late this time and didn’t have time to make tea around the stove. I will definitely do it next time!

Dining: We thoroughly enjoyed the dining options, including the Chinese restaurant, the organic cafe, and the breakfast spread. The ingredients were fresh, which gave us peace of mind. Service: The service truly stood out – it was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, with staff always going the extra mile. A special mention to the cleaning staff: one housekeeper proactively offered me sanitary pads and brown sugar when she noticed I wasn't feeling well. Another time, during breakfast, the staff kindly helped me carry food to my table while I was holding my child. Family-Friendly Amenities: There's an indoor Montessori kids' club, which, while not huge, is a nice option. Right across from the hotel is an organic farm; it's perfect for a leisurely walk if the weather permits and has a lovely French chateau ambiance. Photography: We used the 'Qidu Travel Photography' service. They were very efficient and even gifted us three complimentary photos. We were extremely pleased with the results!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel after looking online for a long time. The sanitary conditions are really good. I booked a room on the second floor, facing the river. I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows next to the bed. The scenery outside the window was also very beautiful. Free pick-up or drop-off at Xitang Scenic Area Station: the store manager specially drove to pick us up, and also gave us a fruit plate when we arrived at the hotel. The reception service was very warm! ps: His home is only 80 meters away from the entrance of the scenic spot. It is very convenient to enter and exit the scenic spot. Because you can enter and exit the scenic spot at will by swiping your face within 24 hours, you can sleep in late the next day and rush to the entrance of the scenic spot for the last time.

JJoyMoonStayed here for 3d2n on March 9 2025! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free! The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore! If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!
