"I can't rate this hotel specifically, as I was accommodated at the neighboring Grand Hotel Savoia, but since they're part of the same chain, I think I can leave a comment.
I liked the Savoia overall: beautiful interiors with a hint of luxury, sumptuous breakfasts on the terrace with a wide selection of dishes, and the restaurant has live music in the mornings and evenings—a pianist plays, very beautiful! 😍
Daily cleaning, towels changed, and bottled water replenished daily.
The location is convenient if you're traveling by train, as Genova Piazza Principe station is three minutes from the hotel (easy access to Milan, La Spezia, Santa Margherita Ligure, and nearby towns and suburbs).
The only thing that really upset me was that I stayed at this hotel for my birthday, but there wasn't even a card. After all, it's normal for a high-end hotel to be attentive to guests, especially if they have important events or special occasions."
