Genoa Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros."

"The house is in an old building for a long time. The door needs a password. The elevator is an old-fashioned elevator. 2 people can take it every time. The hotel is on the 2nd floor. We live on the fourth floor and the indoor bathroom is covered. The gap in the door is 10 cm high. Please pay attention to not fall. The bathroom is also a 10 cm gap. If you are dark at night, you can step on the empty. The facilities in the house are very new. The roof mural is beautifully decorated. The building is high. Feel very comfortable 😌 breakfast is simple. Overall it is quite satisfactory. From the station to the hotel, each building corridor is super beautiful. You can also shop by the way. The hotel is very close to the Governor's Mansion and Ferrari Square. There is also a traditional vegetable market next to it. You can go and experience the customs."

"Everything about the hotel was perfect. Spacious room with a huge bathroom and impeccable cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent sweet breakfast. Perfect location if you want to visit the aquarium and the historic center. The only downside is that the parking lot has an entire floor dedicated to electric cars, but the charging stations weren't working. Luckily, there's one right under the hotel!"

"The hotel’s location was in a more residential area so was quieter than other hotels in the city centre. It took only about 10mins walking to get to the historic city centre though. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. There’re a few eateries and bars close by as well as a convenience store. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful ."

"The old five-star room facilities are quietly old, but still very clean and tidy. Breakfast is OK. The pre-authorization at the front desk is not very used to Chinese tourists. It is obvious that Trip.com has been paid in full. When it comes to the pre-authorization of the same amount, I don't know what the intention is. However, the credit card bill the next month after leaving the store was not included, but the heart was always thinking, a bit annoying. Genoa is still a city with a unique style, and the St. George Cross flag makes people have the illusion of being in England, which is very fun."

"The hotel is easily accessible from the highway, and there's a large supermarket downstairs, perfect for buying delicious Italian pastries if you didn't order breakfast. The surrounding area is average, though it's a residential area. Our room faced the back street, so it wasn't noisy. The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is chargeable."
