He kindly drove us from Pienza to the accommodation, arranged for us to rent bicycles and had them delivered to the house. When we left, the buses weren’t running, so he even helped us book a taxi, ensuring we made our train on time. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. Ci ha gentilmente accompagnati in auto da Pienza all’alloggio, si è occupato di noleggiarci le biciclette e di farcele consegnare direttamente in casa. Quando siamo ripartiti, gli autobus non circolavano, quindi ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare un taxi, assicurandosi che riuscissimo a prendere il treno in tempo. È stata un’esperienza davvero fantastica."

The hotel faces the street, so when you arrive, a parking space in front of the hotel is occupied, and there is no slope to go up and down at the other temporary parking space, which will be troublesome. The hotel's dedicated parking lot is in the underground garage at the back entrance. There is no decoration or management staff. It is not worth charging 20 euros per day. The room is okay and the suite is big enough. What I want to complain about the most is the restaurant in the hotel. The food tastes average and seems to be pre-heated, but the prices are not cheap. Late comers should be careful to avoid this pitfall. We forgot to give the guest discount after paying the bill for dinner."
