"The hotel's location isn't great. Apart from a large supermarket nearby, there's nothing else around, and it's also quite a distance from Kokusai Dori. The room itself was just okay. Housekeeping only came every two days, and they didn't even replace bath towels or provide bottled water. The front desk staff were unhelpful, and the check-in process was incredibly slow. When I called them, they couldn't understand English, so I had to go downstairs and use a translation app on my phone to communicate."

"A major highlight of the hotel is its airport shuttle service. The minibus operates precisely on schedule. However, on my return trip after check-out, I just missed the bus by literally half a minute and had to wait another half an hour for the next one. The driver was very professional and always proactive in helping with luggage when getting on and off. My favorite part was the hotel breakfast; apart from sushi, the selection of seafood, milk, coffee, and delicate pastries were all superb. I also enjoyed the hotel's hot springs (onsen); a daily soak really helped melt away the fatigue. The toiletries provided at the onsen were also of good quality. The bar and the paid swimming pool on the 14th floor offer fantastic beach views, making them excellent spots for sunset watching. The hotel's surroundings are convenient, with supermarkets, convenience stores, and small restaurants nearby. Naminoue Shrine is right next door, and the beach is just a 10-minute walk away. The only downside is the inconvenient transportation. Getting to any attraction requires either taking a taxi or walking over 1.5 km to catch a bus or monorail. Despite the language barrier, using a translation app to communicate with the staff always yielded helpful and satisfactory responses."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently just a 5-minute walk from the subway station – an easy stroll even with luggage. The meeting point for day tours is also a short 8-minute walk away. With large department stores, drugstores, and numerous restaurants in the vicinity, you'll find everything you need. Even for those unfamiliar with Okinawa, the hotel's central and accessible location provides a great sense of security and convenience. The breakfast truly deserves a special mention. While the variety might not be extensive, I enjoyed it every morning for four days without getting bored. The dishes were consistently fresh, offering a good selection of Chinese, Japanese, and Western options. All amenities are thoughtfully placed by the elevators on the first floor, allowing you to easily grab coffee sachets or other items on your way up, then brew them in your room and enjoy the view. This hotel truly offers excellent value for money. Although officially a four-star hotel, it also provides self-service laundry and dryers, which is an incredibly convenient feature, especially for longer stays. Highly recommended!"

"Hotel is by the waterfront , but under the highway and away from kokusai Dori. Initial feeling for us was not good as there were some large oil tanks next to the hotel, and the area looked somewhat industrial. There are about 30 parking spaces in the hotel and it costs ¥1500 per night. Stepping into the hotel is a different experience as there are many paintings and artwork on the first floor. The lobby also fantastic view facing the sea and sunset. We stayed on the highest floor (6f ) but I think a lower level could have been better as the highway above seems so close that it appeared in all of the photos taken from the balcony. The room was a bit small, but the interior and furniture were still quite new. You can also go to the rooftop for a beautiful view of Naha at night. The corridor leading to the rooms was probably the least attractive. It is opened air and had water everywhere as it had rained. It was also somewhat dirty and had spider webs in the corridors as well as the balcony of our room. The hotel offers some amenities for pick up in the lobby during check in. Water refills also available in the lobby and rooftop."

"The room was a decent size, clean, and tidy. The hotel's location is excellent; it's set back from the main Kokusai-dori street, ensuring a quiet stay, yet it's just a maximum 5-minute walk to Don Quijote. What really stood out was the staff at the hotel entrance. They always greeted us with warm smiles, and if we were waiting for a taxi, they'd proactively help us communicate with the driver. Oh, and the purple sweet potato dessert at the lobby cafe was delicious too!"

"The room was spacious and clean. The hotel's dining options were also excellent, especially the Shuntian Chinese restaurant, which I frequented several times during my stay. The hotel is located not far from Shurijo Castle and offers a tranquil setting. However, due to its location mid-mountain, the walk out of the hotel involves a long, steep climb, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues. Also, while the hotel has vending machines, the lack of nearby convenience stores and restaurants may be a problem for those seeking food and shopping."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a clothes washer, cooking facilities, and a lovely balcony with a great view. At such a reasonable price, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home with his friendly attitude. The location is quite convenient, with a MaxValue (Aeon) nearby for all your shopping needs. While it may not be the most centrally located spot, this wasn’t an issue for me since I rented a car. It’s just a short drive to the vibrant Kokusai Dori, and the hotel’s proximity to Naha Airport is a huge plus for travelers. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as an excellent choice for anyone visiting Okinawa!"

"Nice room. They provided 3 beds for us which is really user friendly for families. I love the sea view lounge. Quite close to the airport so we were able to rush and had lunch there at the very last minute."

"It was a great place to stay Elbe. It's a third floor without a big suitcase. How do you go up with it? I was embarrassed, but the owner flashed in and put it up. Room. It was unexpectedly big. Especially. The bathroom and toilet were separated. The bathroom size Unlike other parts of Japan. Surely. Big enough to be distinguished. . Especially when I saw one beach, I chose it. It's right in front of me !!!! I would have stayed for two days if there was a vacant room on Saturday, so I only stayed for four nights. I was really sorry. Really.
