"This property is BEAUTIFUL. I loved every part of our stay. The room was so spacious with thoughtful amenities, the public baths and pool area felt very luxurious and clean, and the location is hard to beat in Naha. The staff are all very kind and thoughtful, many spoke English but even those who didn't were extremely patient with my little Japanese. I would like specifically thank Santosh from the front desk staff. We ran into an issue with our baggage getting delivered in time before our departure to our country and if it wasn't for his help we wouldn't have had a hope of ever seeing that luggage again. His compassion and willingness to help us clueless tourists navigate our options and prepare our luggage for delivery will be remembered for a long time. I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends traveling to Naha!"

We booked a twin room for two, offering views of the pool downstairs and the river in the distance. The surrounding area was lively yet the hotel itself was a quiet retreat."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially because of the spa facilities. The spa includes a sauna, a pool, an onsen, a cold bath, showers, and everything is very clean and well-maintained. A special mention goes to the fact that the spa is tattoo-friendly for both men and women. I have three medium-sized tattoos on my arms and saw other women who were even more tattooed than me — it was never an issue. I double-checked at the front desk, and they confirmed that tattoos are accepted. I'm highlighting this because I saw some other reviews saying the spa wasn't tattoo-friendly, but that was not my experience at all. The only downside I found is that the rooms are a bit noisy — you can easily hear what's going on in the hallways throughout the day, which is unfortunate. Also, the hotel is not exactly close to the city center; it's about a 15–20 minute walk. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the spa! Oh, and the bathrooms are nice haha!"

"Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Naha, great location with modern and clean rooms. If you are renting a car, parking is a bit more of a hassle because the hotel parking is an automated underground parking system. Cars can only be accessed 1 at a time, so there might be a wait time. Besides the parking situation everything else was fine, staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The advantage is that the rooms are very spacious, but you have to book a more expensive room type. The balcony view is fantastic, you can watch the sunset. Although it's a port, the water features and swimming pools below the commercial building are lit up at night, which actually looks pretty good. There's a convenience store right next to the lobby, which is very handy. The hot spring is nice, they gave us tickets, though the pools aren't particularly large. The downside is that the location is a 15-minute walk from the light rail, but it's close to the beach. Housekeeping is every two days; if you want it daily, you have to pay, but they do provide two days' worth of amenities and water, so it's not a big deal. Breakfast was awful, the quality was subpar, and the restaurant looked two grades below the hotel itself. There are also quite a few tour groups at this hotel because many Japanese people stay here for the hot springs. The front desk staff's English was terrible; I couldn't understand their 'curry accent,' I think they were Nepalese."

"For a very friendly family hotel with children, there are interactive games for children on the day of check-in. After passing the game, you can spin gashapon to determine the prizes you get. There is also a candy shop, which can be filled into the small bags provided by the hotel, and when you check out. Small toys will be given to children. The hotel swimming pool is about 80-90 centimeters deep. There are two inflatable small pools next to the swimming pool for small children to use. It can be reached within 10 minutes' walk from Makishi Monorail Station. The location is very good, nearby It is very convenient to eat and go shopping on Kokusai Street. If I come to Okinawa again next year, I will choose this hotel."

"1. The location is indeed very convenient, and it's one of the few hotels in Okinawa with a somewhat stylish decor. But besides that, it's absolutely useless; purely paid for deceiving photos. 2. The hygiene is really poor; there's dust everywhere, and the bed sheets are yellowed... 3. What I'm most dissatisfied with is the soundproofing: the mini-fridge in the room is incredibly noisy, and the corner room I booked was assigned to the lowest floor, which was terribly loud with constant thumping and banging sounds every day. Even with earplugs, it was still very noisy! 4. No drinking water was provided; who wants to go to the hallway to get water? Do they think this is a university dorm? When returning to the hotel at night, the staff standing at the entrance completely ignored guests coming in, hah..."

Both of the hotel's on-site restaurants were decent, especially the Spanish one, which served delicious food at reasonable prices. Stay: The room was very clean and tidy. Although the hotel felt a bit dated, the facilities were comprehensive. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy. Location: The location was incredibly convenient for getting around. It's very close to Kokusai Dori, supermarkets, and shopping malls, making it easy to pop out for a drink at an izakaya in the evening."

The hotel owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home with his friendly attitude. The location is quite convenient, with a MaxValue (Aeon) nearby for all your shopping needs. While it may not be the most centrally located spot, this wasn’t an issue for me since I rented a car. It’s just a short drive to the vibrant Kokusai Dori, and the hotel’s proximity to Naha Airport is a huge plus for travelers. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as an excellent choice for anyone visiting Okinawa!"
