"The room was spacious and clean, which was great. Even though it was just a stay without meals, we were able to use the lounge in the evening for alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, and snacks! However, the serving times were a bit short, so it would have been even better if there was drip coffee in the room. I would definitely like to stay here again next time."

Enjoy the luxury of unparalleled hospitality at a hot spring inn that offers accommodation without the need for time restrictions. Lcated on a 90,000m2 site at an altitude of 1,200m, this hotel offers the best views.

"I used it on a business trip. I couldn't use it because I didn't have time to go to the hot springs, but it's nice to have a hot spring. However, there is a bath in the room, but there is no dryer. . I have stayed at various hotels nationwide, but I was surprised that it was the first time, I used the dryer installed in the large communal bath, but I took a room bath in the middle of the night so I couldn't dry it at night. .. I think it's better to install a dryer (because there is time to use a large bath)."

"This hotel was about 30 minutes drive from Nasu Animal Kingdom and was on the mountain road. There are no convenience stores or supermarkets near the hotel, so I think it is better to buy beverages brought in at convenience stores found early. The room was very clean and the staff 々 was kind, polite, kind and happy. Thank you. What impressed me especially was that the full course of dinner was very delicious, and the beautiful golf course spreading from the window while eating made me have a calm time. I was able to eat slowly in a quiet place, probably because there were many calm adults in the customer base. Breakfast was also very delicious in a buffet style where you can choose fresh vegetables, rice, bread, side dishes, etc. The hot spring on the 2nd floor is a cold mineral spring, and it is called a hot spring of beautiful skin, so my skin became smooth and smooth ♪ I went twice at night and in the morning, but I was able to relax so that I could sigh. There was also a fitness room and an esthetic salon on the second floor. Also, the drinks to drink while watching the stars on the veranda of the room at night were the best and comfortable time The room feels a bit old, but it was very large, and the towels and roomware were clean and cozy. The bed was a little hard and I could sleep just right. The air conditioner can be adjusted in the room and there is also an air cleaner. However, there is no outlet near the bed and it seems that the mobile phone cannot be charged at the bedside. Maybe it was somewhere? I thought again that I was glad to choose this place because it was better than I imagined in everything. I would like to use it when I come to Nasu again ♪"

"I stayed with my parents and children. It may be a new hotel seven years after the hotel was built, but the lobby, rooms, baths and restaurants were well cleaned and beautiful. Amenity was also substantial, and cleansing, face wash, face lotion and face milk bottles were also in the room. It was comfortable to use with DHC hotel amenities. There were plenty of drinks, green tea, roasted tea, tea, apple tea, coffee, and the fashionable Delongi electric kettle was good. Both dinner and breakfast had Japanese food, but it was very delicious and the restaurant staff were very friendly and satisfied. For dinner, there are a small amount of dishes for 1 1, but there are many kinds, so women will be full by the time dessert comes. It may be a little short for men who eat a lot, so I think it's a good idea to eat cooked rice that can be refilled or eat noodles at the night restaurant. There are vegetables and fish, and it seems to be good for the body, but I think that there is a good part of the hotel with the Viking for children who like and dislike a lot. The souvenirs at the shop include Nasu sweets, fruit park forest-style jam, sake, key chains, and children's toys, but it feels like a minimum assortment. I was a little unsatisfactory for me who likes to see souvenirs, but there is a color 々 shop during sightseeing, so the hotel has the intention of spending a relaxing time in hot springs and rooms. I think there is . The hot spring was convenient because the room had bath towels and face towels brought from the room, plastic bags and socks that could be put in wet towels, and a basket that was okay even if it was wet. It was pleasant and fun to be able to soak in the inner bath, the open-air bath, and the hot springs of 々. It was a pity that the weather was bad and I couldn't see the starry sky at night, but it depends on luck. Free ice candy and fruit vinegar drinks were provided after the bath. If I went well, I had a disappointing experience, not as much as I expected, but this hotel was a calm atmosphere hotel and it was really the best hotel for adults. I would like to go again."

"When checking in, I used the tablet check-in, but I couldn't complete the process. I tried to use the tablet to contact staff multiple times, but it just kept ringing for over 30 minutes without connecting. Eventually, I had to use my smartphone to get help. I really hope this check-in process can be improved to be smoother. Also, there was a planetarium projector, but no dedicated console to operate it, so we couldn't use it. When I inquired about it, being told ”it's usually on top of the fireplace” wasn't very helpful. Other than that, we had a very relaxing stay. Thank you."

"I used SANU Nasu 3rd for the first time. The room was very clean and the outdoor bath and sauna were very beautiful and impressed! The big desk and nice sofa in the center of the room really made me feel comfortable, and it was a lot of fun to eat and watch movies around the big desk! I thought it would be nice to have tableware and cutlery cooking equipment and make something in the room. I used a lot of outdoor baths and saunas, so I had a lot of bath towels and face towels. However, although there was shampoo rinse body soap, it was a little disappointing that there was no face washing or lotion. You need to bring it and bring it firmly. The bed was also very good with a wide 々 and a fuzzy bed."

I used it on my wedding anniversary. The building facilities were new, the cleaning was well done, the service was good, and I was satisfied with the high-class hospitality. The meal was good with high quality dishes one plate at a time, and the free drink at the bar after the meal was good. It was good that the hot springs in the guest rooms were also relaxing slowly.

Among the many hotels I have stayed in Japan, this time is the most satisfying. This time I took my children to Nasu Highland Paradise for a day on Saturday, stayed in the evening, soaked in a hot spring, and had dinner in the store. The environment is clean and beautiful, and the decoration can be seen very particular. The taste of the dishes is also very good, and the children are very satisfied with the food. An unforgettable trip, the choice of the hotel is too important. Will patronize in the future!

Excellent value for money, the tea set and tea in the room are very good, the hot spring is basically a private venue, especially the daily breakfast and dinner are full of rituals, the ingredients are rich, the taste is very authentic, the only problem is that the waiter's English level is not high, it is best to communicate in Japanese

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Calm space and comfortable hospitality I stayed at Balmy yesterday. The room was clean, the interior was simple but good sense and very relaxing. The staff was polite and I was happy to tell you about the recommended cafes nearby at check-in. The amenities were also substantial and the bathroom was particularly comfortable. I had to go outside to move the building in the building, and everything was comfortable except for the cold point! I think there are many places where there is a kettle pot at the accommodation, but it was unusual and convenient that it was a small water server instead. I felt old, and I could watch YouTube on TV and spend it.

Even if the ingredients are used up due to the buffet, they will not be refilled, and unless you tell them, they will not be added. By the way, it's not the content of the buffet that makes me want to eat more. The correspondence relationship at the front desk is good, but the correspondence relationship between the people at the dining place is not good. The swimming pool is crowded, but it feels good. There is also a dinosaur monument, so I think children can enjoy it. By the way, it is free for children under 12 to sleep together, but there is usually an extra charge.
