Litang Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"Wonderful place and people. The staff are really kind and helpful. They make the hostel experience worthwhile. The dorms beds are really private and comfortable. Everything is really clean. The hostel is a short walk from the old street and the temple which is truly magnificent. Everything was very clean. The only odd thing is they don't provide towels, you can rent one for 3 yuan but this wasn't explained at check in. Everything else was superb."

"This guesthouse experience was fantastic! The owners were incredibly welcoming and attentive, even upgrading our room for free – a truly delightful surprise. The overall environment was clean and comfortable, with a refreshing decor, and all the room facilities were new and convenient. The location was also great, making it easy to get around, and we had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

L’hôtel est sublime (venait vivre l’expérience dans une maison typique tibétaine), l’ambiance est chaleureuse (tout le monde se retrouve dans les parties communes et surtout au coin du feu), la nourriture délicieuse, et les gens qui travaillent ici sont simplement géniaux ! Ils nous ont inclut et nous on fait sentir super bien, ils nous ont beaucoup aidé pour les transports, ils nous ont emmené danser le soir et visiter des monastères et la ville la journée !! However, the service was excellent for everyone. Here are my suggestions: Facilities: The toilet had no water. There was no water to flush after using the toilet. I suggest the establishment repair this. Cleanliness: The cleaning lady may not have been thorough enough. The light switches were covered in dust. Diffuse oxygen supply: I suggest adding an indicator sticker to the machine. Service: The service was impeccable. We arrived quite late. The establishment was very attentive, waiting for us and even coming to meet us at the door to make sure we couldn't find it. They also asked if we needed any help with our luggage. My suggestion is to replace the toilet paper in the room with facial tissues. Currently, they use rolls, and when you pull them, the whole box falls to the floor."

"I've been here many times, but this was my first time staying at Norbulingka Hotel, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. I arrived in the afternoon, and as soon as I entered the room and opened the curtains, the sunlight streaming in from the first floor made it feel exceptionally pleasant. The hotel also provides diffused oxygen, which is a great help for those experiencing altitude sickness. In the afternoon, I went to the old street to take photos and borrowed costumes at the front desk. The young ladies there helped me put on the costumes and style my hair; their attitude was excellent, and they were very accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, with both ethnic specialties and Chinese breakfast options, and the facilities were complete. The young ladies at the front desk were also very attentive, upgrading my room type for free and explaining that there was renovation work downstairs, and my room might be a bit noisy in the morning, so they were worried about disturbing my rest. Anyway, I give it a five-star review. In my opinion, this is definitely the best hotel in Litang. I hope my review can help others in need."

"The room was large, the lobby and corridors were unique, and there were charging stations at the entrance. It was pet-friendly. However!! The underfloor heating was broken; only the bathroom area was warm. The room was ice cold. The receptionist turned on the underfloor heating before our check-in, but the room temperature was only 10 degrees Celsius by check-out. It's -10 degrees Celsius in Litang at night, so I could only manage to sleep with a blanket over the quilt. I thought the temperature would rise in the middle of the night, but in the morning, the underfloor heating automatically turned off. I woke up freezing in the morning and quickly checked out; it was just too cold. The hotel lobby was much, much warmer than the room. The experience was terrible."

"The room I stayed in this time was very clean. I could enjoy the snow-capped mountains and grasslands outside the window. The location was excellent, and Room 318 was right outside my door. The room had good lighting, was cleaned quite well, and was quiet enough. For someone like me who has high requirements for sleep quality, it felt good. The front desk service attitude was good, enthusiastic and polite, and the overall feeling was good!"

"The facilities are excellent, and the service is great. Oxygen is provided in the room from 5:30 PM to 8:00 AM every night, which was very comfortable, and I didn't experience altitude sickness. The room has heating, and the intensity is adjustable. The hotel is at an altitude of nearly 4000 meters. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the environment is superb. There is a Tesla Supercharger available! However, the oxygen supply is a bit noisy, so I recommend bringing earplugs."
