"A quiet and beautiful hot spring town. The hotel is in a great location, two minutes away from the bus center. Most of the guests I met were local Japanese guests who came to relax on weekends. Although I booked a room with a bathroom, I didn't use it. I prefer the open-air hot spring downstairs. If you don't need a bathtub in the room, you don't need to book a room with a bathroom. It's very convenient to take a bath and wash downstairs."

However, the hot spring water was absolutely fantastic; it left my skin feeling incredibly smooth and soft! The hot springs get a perfect 10/10. As for the food, it simply wasn't up to par!"

"A very good hot spring hotel, with a combination of Japanese traditional and modern design. The guy who served us spoke fluent Chinese (maybe from Hong Kong or Taiwan?) and was very friendly and enthusiastic. He also helped us solve the problem of sending luggage to Nagasaki. The Japanese-style room is very large with a deep courtyard, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The breakfast is a buffet, and the taste is average compared to other hot spring hotels, but overall it is a high score. By the way, Ureshino Onsen is really great. I felt slippery after taking a bath, so I thought I didn't rinse it clean."

I really liked the hotel's hot springs. 1) The second floor of the hotel's main building is a hot spring for hotel guests, with indoor and outdoor pools. 2) Guests can also enjoy the hotel's hot springs, which are open to the public and are located in a building next to the hotel. Two charming young ladies had sweet smiles and were very welcoming; Mr. Matsufuji was incredibly supportive and helpful, solving our problems and ensuring we had a worry-free trip. There was also a kind foreign gentleman who was always ready to assist. In short, Fairfield's service left us with unforgettable memories, and these wonderful staff members are why we would choose the Fairfield brand again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Ureshino."

"This is the third stay. This time I went to the hotel to repair the exterior wall. The whole building was covered with curtains. Although it did not affect the internal accommodation, there were always regrets.

The environment in the hot spring area is very quiet, and the bicycle on the street can be borrowed for 500 yen a day. If the traffic directly to Saga Airport must book a taxi for 3,000 yen 2 days in advance, arrive at a time, otherwise it will take more than 3 hours to get in the traffic.

The front desk staff are friendly and attentive. There was a young man from China at the front desk who gave a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities, dinner reservation times and some sightseeing suggestions in Chinese. On Chinese New Year's Eve, I met a Japanese lady at the hotel front desk (who spoke very fluent English) who gave guests free drinks to celebrate the New Year, which made people feel cordial and warm. There are few people in the hotel's hot springs and they are very clean. Basically every time I go, the restaurant is reserved;) Dinner is a major feature of the hotel and worth experiencing. Although the ingredients don't look amazing, they are actually carefully prepared and high-quality ingredients. The cooking method is not very flashy, which is probably the characteristic of Ureshino. I ate every meal until I couldn't finish it. The Saga beef melts in your mouth, the tiny pufferfish is extremely delicious, the crabs are sweet and plump...^_^The soup tofu for breakfast is soft, glutinous and smooth in the mouth, without any beany smell, and the rich bean aroma is unforgettable.

YYIThis hotel has a history of 130 years. There is an indoor and outdoor pool for girls, and one for boys outdoors. There is no private soup in the old hotel.
The boss opened a new restaurant opposite the hotel. It was opened on the day we arrived. You can make reservations for the private soup in the new restaurant. Fortunately, the enthusiastic boss took us around. It turned out that the private soup in the new hall is just a big wooden barrel! The ground floor of the new building is used as a guest house, and the second floor is the home of the boss’s daughter. I personally feel that it is more traditional stone masonry.
