"My flight arrival on the early morning, and reached the hotel around 13.45-14.00. And I wanna leave luggages at the room and hope to hurry to visit another sightseeing on afternoon. But actually the hotel ignore early check-in, so I must paid 1000 yen for nothing to do at the room. I think the hotel don’t get any good mindset to traveler and don’t have any flexible about the rule of conditions. Traveling at japan disappoints and more getting tired to understand their service mind."

"Beautiful Onsen hotel. Visiting a friend at Yuda Onsen, and chanced upon Onn. Japanese standard of service and cleanliness, price is reasonable as well. I love how i could visit the onsen as many times I want. For those who are too shy, you can book one of the two private onsen rooms for ¥3500 per hr which is pretty reasonable in my opinion. Free flow of coffee at the coffee machine at the reception. Too many great things at this hotel to be written in a few words. Only downside would be the really tiny rooms but most Japanese hotels are tiny anyway."

"Although it is compact, it has everything you need and is extremely easy to use. The room is clean up to the corner 々 and you can spend it comfortably every time. The container is unique and exciting, but the soundproofing and insulation are solid and there is no problem with comfort. There is a convenience store just a short walk away, so you don't have to worry about meals and daily necessities. The location where you can leave your luggage and go out as it is ◎. This hotel is recommended for both business trips and travel."

"The hotel has a large sense of space. This is definitely one of the five largest rooms I've had in my nearly 30 years of staying in Japanese hotels. There are 28 square meters. There are relatively few places to shower in the large public bath. Others are fine. There are three set times for breakfast. Each segment is only half an hour long. A bit stressful for us leisure travelers. Others generally satisfactory. There is also some space for putting on shoes when leaving the room. Very appreciated"

"Rooms were clean, check in was easy, breakfast was satisfactory. The info related to parking in the reviews is incorrect. The hotel does not have its own parking and you need to use pay parking close by the hotel. There are several options at different price levels, and the hotel recommends which one to use upon check-in but be advised that the parking lots begin to fill up as the day gets later so the later you arrive, the more you pay for parking, and hopefully all does not fill up. Overall, I would go back if I the area, it was a great price / value."

"The ryokan was large and easy to find as it was located near a bus stop. The breakfast was delicious and the hostess show was nice, but the floor in the hot spring bathroom was broken and the blankets were stained, so it seemed like a little investment in the facilities was needed."

"After enjoying the hot springs that evening, we enjoyed a kaiseki meal—Yamaguchi Prefecture's famous fugu cuisine. 😋
It was our first time eating fugu. They had fugu sashimi, a small hot pot, fugu chawanmushi, and small fugu tempura. 😅
The waiters were very attentive, explaining the ingredients and cooking methods for each dish so we could savor the flavors. It was much better than our previous experiences at other hot spring inns. A big plus! 👍"

The dinner is served by a dedicated person, with a menu, and indoor dining, with a family taste.
The hot spring facilities are good, and the hot spring pools inside and outside are not crowded and clean.
The location is good, five minutes away from the bus station, you can go to Xinshankou Station.

JR car walk to the hotel is only 10~15 minutes, so easy to find. The main entrance is facing the traffic light. It has a 300-year history, so traditional style. In the lobby, you must change indoor slippers first, and when you go out, the waiter will immediately take out the guests' shoes to replace you. The whole building has been appreciated. Value, there is an orthodox Japanese garden, there are a lot of koi fish in the pool, and you can see the maple leaves. We can enjoy the garden on the terrace of our room. The bathroom in the room has a wooden bathtub. Dinner and breakfast are eaten in the room ... Our housekeeper is very professional, Also introduced a variety of food ... and free beer, Coke is provided. There is electric heating in the central location of the room, thick quilt and heating ... But leaving this fan will be very cold ... This is the old building. At that time, the technology was not so advanced. The hot spring pool is not big, but there are two in the wind. Good ~ so comfortable. Sooner or later, the soup for men and women is changed. The hotel crosses the road and goes straight to have a ”fox footprint” worth recommending

There's nothing to regret... that I didn't have time to try, but the service was friendly and everything was playing... a little sterile hall, but otherwise everything was okay.

It's a little far from the hotel in Yuta Onsen, but the exterior was beautiful, the interior was elaborate, and the food was very delicious and satisfying. Cospa is the best!

The location was great, and I was able to walk to the Ruri Five-Story Pagoda.
The staff were very helpful, even at night, and I was provided with a work kimono (work clothes), two towels, slippers, and other amenities, and I could even choose my own pillow, so I was very satisfied!

Guest UserI was looking forward to the hot springs, but I was a little disappointed because it was a time setting that was difficult to take a bath on my schedule. I wanted to enter twice a day. There was a slippery part and a okay part in the bathtub, so it was dangerous if you didn't care not to fall. The hot water was very pleasant.
The staff was very kind. The car was stopped by muryo, but I was grateful for always being careful so that it could be parked safely.
The room was non-smoking and I didn't mind the smell, but the elevator was spicy with the smell of cigarettes and perfume. I was hypersensitive, and I was stuck with a towel to block my nose and mouth.

The hotel is located in front of Xinshankou Station and the traffic is very convenient. Although some facilities look a bit old, they are well maintained, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the equipment outside the room window is noisy.

Very good for the price and the room was lovely though bathtub curtain was a little dirty otherwise very clean. The breakfast was good but not a lot of options compared to other buffet breakfasts, though it was nice, very happy. A good place a but a little far from the train station. Very nice Onsen and massage chair available good size room was really good 😌 and the staff were very friendly and helpful to get me to where i wanted

The hotel was not clear in the description, but more than one hotel is a kind of youth hostel. The very large rooms are designed to host many people. Beside the road, they have some noise.
