"The hotel itself was so good, unless there were not many things to do around there, the locating was 3 minutes from the shin yamaguchi station."

"Located in the center of downtown Yamaguchi, it was great for exploring around Yamaguchi. The breakfast was also very good, like a Japanese home-cooked meal. It was very convenient to rent bicycles for free."

"I had a very pleasant stay and was particularly impressed by the attentiveness of the front desk staff.  They were incredibly helpful and polite, going so far as to provide me with hot water when I needed, I was also greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Location: Straight out from Yuda Onsen Station, it's about 600-700 meters. There are convenience stores, several small restaurants, a park with a foot bath, and a direct bus to Akiyoshido Cave nearby. However, it's about 3 kilometers from the main commercial area around Yamaguchi Station, and there's not much to see or do on the way. Facilities: The rooms are generally quite new, and the bathroom is spacious, though I didn't use the shower. The onsen area isn't huge, but it's well-equipped with indoor, outdoor, private, cold water baths, and a sauna. For women, the sauna is replaced with a hot stone spa. Cleanliness: No issues. Service: You can drop off your luggage before check-in, but they won't bring it to your room. Also, while not the hotel's fault, their courier service (Takkyubin) only offers cash-on-delivery. So, if you plan to send luggage, be sure to confirm this beforehand."

"I recently stayed at the Toyoko Inn Shin-Yamaguchi for four nights. This was my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is right in front of me when I exited the Shinkansen exit, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it a very conveniently located hotel. I plan to stay again next month."

"Staff were very helpful with new customs of a Japanese style hotel, despite the language barrier. Good food and a western style breakfast available. The garden is a wonderful oasis and the ones was very enjoyable."

"The hotel is located in front of Xinshankou Station, and the transportation is very convenient. Although some facilities look a bit old, they are well maintained and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The equipment outside the room is noisy."
