"The hotel facilities were truly exceptional, comparable to anywhere else. The service was friendly, and the front desk staff kindly assisted us even with late-night requests. The breakfast was incredibly satisfying. While there might be some variation in the number of dishes, the food quality itself was better than what you'd find at most 5-star hotels. I hope they can maintain this standard. My only minor complaint is that it was really difficult to get an elevator during check-in and check-out times. It seems unavoidable during peak hours, and while three elevators for a hotel of this size doesn't seem too few, there might be some inefficiency. We also had a minor issue during our stay, but thankfully it was resolved."
