"The location was great, and the view from the room was truly satisfying. Since the building is brand new, everything was clean and the facilities were well-maintained. I booked a special offer, so the price was very low, which initially made me a little skeptical, but after staying for one night, I regretted not booking for two. The only downside was the parking. There were spaces available in the underground parking lot when I checked in, but when I returned after dinner, it was full, so I had to park on the roadside. It seems there isn't enough parking space compared to the number of rooms, so I hope this aspect will be improved. Other than that, the staff were all friendly, and overall, it was a very satisfying stay. It is a place I would like to stay at again."

"### 3-Night Stay Review Overall, I was quite satisfied with this accommodation. The rooms were spacious, and since all of them offered ocean views, I could enjoy the expansive sea. Having the beach right in front was also great for strolls. I barely heard any noise from other floors or even doors opening and closing next door, making it perfect for a quiet rest. The balcony was large, and the room had a hot/cold water dispenser and a generously sized refrigerator, comparable to what you'd find in a guesthouse, which made it convenient for longer stays. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. The foreign staff who handled room cleaning were friendly and spoke good Korean, which made my stay more pleasant. The 12 PM checkout time was also a plus, allowing for a relaxed morning. The parrot in the lobby was a small, charming attraction, especially good for kids. However, there were a few downsides. The elevator area and hallways were hot because the air conditioning wasn't working properly, but it seems there's ongoing construction, so this might improve in the future. With only three elevators serving from the basement parking to the 23rd floor, wait times could be quite long during busy periods. Additionally, most of the shops on the first floor were vacant, leading to a somewhat desolate feeling due to a lack of convenience facilities like a convenience store or cafe. I was also a bit disappointed that the rooftop pool wasn't very large and required an extra fee for each use. In the mornings, it was less crowded, allowing for a more relaxed experience, and the small heated pool was great for warming up when it was cold. However, if there weren't many users, the bubble pool didn't run the bubbles much, and it was sometimes closed depending on the weather. Regarding breakfast, as blog reviews suggested, the taste of individual dishes was good, but the variety was a bit limited. It was generally satisfactory for a one-time experience. The restaurant was small, and the narrow aisle in front of the food counters made moving around a bit inconvenient. Still, since there aren't many breakfast restaurants nearby and they tend to be expensive, having breakfast at the hotel was more convenient. Especially for families traveling with young children, it's highly recommended as they provide plates, forks, spoons, as well as seaweed, porridge, seaweed soup, and cereal for preschoolers. The biggest advantage was undoubtedly the generous breakfast hours, from 7 AM to 12 PM."

"Suitable for 3 people with 1 single and 1 queen bed, and convenient for dining with a separate round table and 4 chairs. The room size is larger than a typical hotel room, and the bedding is clean and well-maintained. There is a convenience store on the 1st floor, and accessibility is excellent as it is right in front of the beach. Parking is available from the 1st basement level to the 3rd floor; if you check in late, you can park on the outer perimeter. The downsides are that induction cooking is not allowed indoors and there are no restaurants within walking distance; however, there are plenty of restaurants in front of Ingu Beach within a 3-minute drive."

Но всё оказалось проще: на почту пришло письмо, где нужно было выбрать статус «иностранец», внести данные паспорта — и мне сразу выдали пароли от номера. Что понравилось безусловно: · Вид из номера шикарный — прямо на море. Это то, ради чего сюда точно стоит ехать. · Пляж малолюдный. Идеально, если вы, как я, устали от городской суеты и ищете покой и тишину. Я именно этого и хотела. · Локация — сказка. Рядом буддийский храм Наксанса (낙산사). Мы сходили туда пешком — отлично надышались видами на Будду, горы и море. Вокруг много кафе и есть один корейский маркет (한인 마트). · Здание новое, чувствуется свежий ремонт. Что можно улучшить: · Сам номер был чистый, но балкон подкачал — пыльный и с грязными окнами. Из-за этого немного смазывается общее впечатление от вида, хотя сам вид всё равно спасает ситуацию. · Пыль в новом здании логична, но к этому просто стоит быть готовой. "This place is rightly distanced from the most busy travelers area - surfing beach in Yang Yang. Still in walking distance. The building is surrounded by pine tree forest and beach view. The service for customers is very warm and extremely nice. Breakfast bagel +complimentary water+free nespresso capsules-refilled , free cafeteria with all sorts of teas and coffee +free use of laundry-drier are all so generous. ROOFTOP bbq area is very nice too. Its self contained unit but also offer room cleaning service twice in a week. The owner of this boutique resort really provides personal service. I don't drive so was gonna call taxi when I need but the owner courple offered a ride whenever they can. How kind!!!"

"The hotel's location was great, being very close to the beach. However, perhaps because it was the off-season, the check-in process felt a bit unsettling, like a self-check-in hotel. The room condition wasn't bad, but even after the remodeling, it still had an old-fashioned charm. The bedding and such were clean. There were at least four bottles of water stocked, and the shower room was also quite clean. It was a bit disappointing that the room lights all turned off when switched off because there were no individual lights. I was worried it might not be warm since it was winter, but the room was warm and nice. Overall, I'm satisfied considering the price!! In the morning, I had a great view of the beach from the window, so my eyes were treated to a feast."
