Yangyang Hotels with balcony

"I travel to Yangyang sometimes, and this was my first time at a newly built hotel. It was clean, but there was no information on the parking lot elevator or the lobby location, so I got lost a little. The accommodation was clean and quiet, so it was very nice. It seemed like there weren't any guests, but it was quiet. It was clean, the water pressure was good, and everything was good. It was a mountain view, but it was pretty good. I come here sometimes, but there's nothing nearby except for a convenience store, and the sea is right in front, so it's nice to be able to see the waves crashing right after checking out. The hotel lobby had a nice exotic atmosphere, and I had a good night's sleep."

"This is a new hotel, and I was so satisfied with all the facilities, furnishings, bedding, interior design, and room layout that I stayed for three days. However, it's a pet-friendly hotel. Ugh, how can such a clean hotel be pet-friendly? Large dogs were riding the elevator with me, and a dog was barking in the breakfast restaurant. Seriously... this is just... shouldn't such a nice, upscale hotel at least have separate areas for the restaurant?"

"Because it's a newly built building, all the appliances are brand new. The room is fully equipped with an induction stove, cooking utensils, a drum washing machine, and a refrigerator (freezer). It's a resort-like experience. The location is perfect, between Yangyang and Sokcho. The convenience store is located on the first floor, and breakfast is 15,000 won per person. It's better than wasting time going out to eat. Even though Seongsu is notorious for the rip-off season in Gangwon-do, we booked here on a fixed rate basis. We had a wonderful time, from surfing to exploring. I've had many unfortunate experiences while traveling in Gangwon-do, but this accommodation was truly the best."

"The building feels a bit old, and I can hear people talking loudly in the hallway, so I think the soundproofing isn't that great, but the bedding was clean and the room was warm, so I had a good rest. There's a convenience store on the first floor, so it's good for buying things I need, and the ocean view from the room is nice. It was nice that they provided sparkling wine and caprese as welcome drinks, and the barbecue set was delicious. The ocean view from the sky lounge restaurant was also nice. I also ordered breakfast and had it, and it was delicious. It was nice to stay for a day and leave."

"Hotel is self check-in (no staff onsite), you’ll receive a message from the hotel on the luggage storage password (24 hrs access - no assigned locker, just a room), and your room number and password. Ignore the self checkin kiosk at the lift lobby, you can go straight to your room with the password (but early checkin results in extra $). There is a wonderful sea view cafe called Hajodae Coffee, right at the next building. The Naksansa temple is also within walking distance (dont follow Naver Map, just walk towards Naksan Beach Hotel - you can see a lot of people walking up the steep road up the hotel). Food was unfortunately meant for groups, so solo travellers might need to make do with whatever you can find (convenience stores were available everywhere). There is a coin karaoke at Level 2 of the hotel building, have fun. Just felt a bit cheated when the bed actually back faces the sea, you cant see anything from the bed 😂. On the side, the tiles in the balcony seemed really dangerous, like they were going to explode. Loved that you can take the bus 9-1 from Yangyang Passenger Terminal (if you come from Gangneung Intercity Bus Terminal). It runs surprisingly quite frequent, about 10mins."

"Parking, location, and facilities were all very satisfactory. The beach and commercial facilities are within a reasonable distance, so it was a great location that was easy to walk to and away from noise. However, as mentioned in other reviews, there may be inconveniences in using the elevator during peak season. But considering everything, I think I will only use this accommodation."

"I loved the hotel so much that I extended my stay. Thanks to the hotel staff and the Trip.com operator, I didn't have to check in again, thank you! There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, the sea is nearby, and the room has all the amenities. I dream of coming back again. :)"

"I was traveling alone as a woman, but I rested very well. The location was good too It was nice that they prepared coffee and bread as well. It was a cozy and comfortable room :) The bedding was comfortable too. The owner is also friendly! It’s a place I want to stay again next time I go👍"

"It was a very clean and comfortable hostel !! The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the water pressure and amenities were all good! Seafi Beach is within walking distance and the population beach is not far from the taxi, so it was quiet and nice to play"

"The bedding is clean and well organized, and the heating works well so that it is not cold at night. The towel is in good condition and is convenient because it is adjacent to the Hajodae Observatory behind."
