"Personally, it is the cleanest and prettyest value for money among Yangyang accommodations. The ocean view from the inside is really the best. The bed is also high-end, and the amenities are the best. !! I don't know if it's the staff or the boss, but I'm sorry that I accidentally broke the wine glass, but he said it was okay. "It was very lovely designed room. The pink room was looking almost same in picture and the room temperature was very warm from the enterance. The room was clean overall but there was a cockroach appeared during our stay. The amenities was reasonable and not a bad quality. The breakfast was better than our expectation and reasonable price too. Big recommend:)"

"Parking, location, and facilities were all very satisfactory. The beach and commercial facilities are within a reasonable distance, so it was a great location that was easy to walk to and away from noise. However, as mentioned in other reviews, there may be inconveniences in using the elevator during peak season. But considering everything, I think I will only use this accommodation."

"It was a recently built hotel, so it was clean and well-maintained as a lifestyle accommodation. I didn't need to charge my phone, so there was an automatic charger installed, and the refrigerator was large, which was nice. It was a partial ocean view, but I could still see the ocean well. However, another hotel right in front of the hotel blocked the view a lot... We never ate ramen, but there were still residues in the strainer when we poured it in the sink... That felt a little dirty. There was nothing to order or eat around, so we had to go to Sokcho to eat or buy something. Other than that, I liked everything else."

"Nice clean hotel across from a nice beach for surfing. I was initially disappointed to find the hotel was across a very busy road from the beach, but the hotel itself is quiet and the rooftop in the morning was a great way to take in the sunset. I might not book here again because of the busy road but the hotel is nice."

"There are two accommodation providers in one building: (Sota Suites and Urban Stay) I booked through Urban Stay and checked in via their website. The lobby on the 2nd floor does not assist with check-ins for the other provider. Parking Facilities There is ample parking space, so there are plenty of spots available even late at night. Cleanliness There were flying insects on the balcony, but since I did not open the door, there were none inside the room. Nearby Facilities There is a variety of restaurants and several convenience stores nearby. Breakfast I did not use the breakfast. For that price, there are plenty of restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Swimming Pool They provide two swimming pool tickets per night. I received four tickets for my two-night stay. The staff there were very friendly, and the water is shallow, so it is not dangerous. However, the water is on the colder side, so if you have children, I recommend having them apply sunscreen during the day. If there was anything bad about it, it was the air conditioner control function. It doesn't maintain the temperature even after you set it. It just turns on when it starts getting really hot and you're exhausted from the heat. It doesn't adjust even when it gets extremely cold, so I woke up several times. It seems to have a ”windless” function, but it only turns the air conditioner on and off."

"The hotel has a great location right in front of Naksan Beach (a great beach - lots of white sand). There are restaurants and supermarkets close by and it is a quick taxi ride to the Yangyang airport and Yangyang bus depot. Staff are efficient and helpful without being intrusive. The hotel seems to have been newly renovated and the rooms, passages and common areas are newly carpeted and newly painted. There is a small gym and laundry room available for use. Most guests seemed to stay only one night which seemed strange, given the great location. The only thing that could be improved upon is some basic facilities in the room. There is no cupboard (although there is enough space for one), only one chair (and its fairly uncomfortable at that) and no furniture on the balcony - we really wanted to sit on the balcony and look at the sea in the evenings, but there is nothing to sit on. At the time that we stayed there (October 2024) there was quite a bit of construction noise as there are hotels being built on either side of the Naksan (although this is not the fault of the hotel itself)."

"It is a hotel that is often used. It is in a good middle location to go back and forth between Sokcho and Gangneung, It is easy to stay because the neighborhood is quiet. The sea is also pretty with the nearby observatory. There are old houses around, so it feels like it's in the countryside. It is convenient because there is also a microwave. There is also an electric kettle, so it's good to eat a cup noodle lightly. Cleanliness is also clean. The bed condition is the best. It is good to stay quietly and well. I will stay again next time."
