"Only the location is good. The bedding looked nice, but the mattress was cheap. It was noisy, and the elevator was absolutely terrible. The pool was really small. The front desk and lobby were tiny (uncomfortable waiting area). The breakfast area was small, so the smell of food permeated from the lobby to the elevator. For the price, I wouldn't want to come back."

"I booked accommodation in Gangwon-do for a relaxing getaway after 15 years, and I feel I made a really good choice. First of all, the sea is right in front, and being able to see it from the room was wonderful for a romantic atmosphere. Also, I spoke with a staff member because I had a question, and they answered my questions so kindly that I am taking away wonderful memories from this short 1-night, 2-day trip."

"Great location, right by the beach — you can’t beat the convenience. Breakfast was good with a solid variety, and housekeeping was consistently great throughout our stay. Unfortunately, check-in didn’t go smoothly. We arrived at 4pm, an hour after the listed 3pm check-in time, but the check-in process itself took about an hour, and we weren’t able to get to our room until past 5pm. To make it worse, there was nowhere to sit while waiting — the lobby was packed with other guests also waiting to check in. Then on our second night, we had no running water from around 7:30pm until close to 12:30am — nearly 5 hours — which was especially rough with kids in tow. On top of that, the wifi stopped working after 10:30pm. The hotel was slow to resolve the water issue; it was Trip.com’s support team, not the hotel, that ultimately stepped in with compensation. Given what we paid for the stay, these issues made it hard to feel it was worth the price. Overall a nice location let down by some real operational hiccups — great staff, but service reliability needs work."
