"Hotel is at a convenient location - walking distance to the mall, food centres and many local stalls/markets.. also various massage spas surrounding the hotel (tho most close by 11pm). Hotel breakfast has a good variety and family enjoyed most of the dishes. The rooms are spacious and clean, but would advise to air the room a bit as the rooms could feel a bit stuffy at first. The service team is friendly and sincere, wearing cheerful smiles 😃 ."

"Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou."

"Hotel Santika offers a great location and excellent service. The staff were consistently polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. What truly deserves special mention is their thoughtful breakfast service. Breakfast is available from 6:00am to 10:00am, but I had an early ferry at 6:00am and couldn’t make it. The staff offered a takeaway option, and the team kindly arranged to prepare my breakfast early at 5:00am. I honestly expected the request might be overlooked, but they exceeded my expectations. To my surprise, everything was carefully packed: a box of bread and a bento set with the fried rice I requested, along with some fried fish, cutlery, and a bottle of drinking water. The attention to detail was impressive and made my morning so much easier. It was a genuinely pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely return if I’m staying in Batam again. "I recently stayed at Harris Hotel Batam and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The hotel's location is simply outstanding—situated right next to the Batam Center Ferry Terminal, it’s incredibly convenient for travelers, especially those arriving from Singapore. I appreciated how easy it was to check in and head directly to my room without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent sea view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the water was refreshing and set a lovely tone for each day. Additionally, being directly opposite Mega Mall was a delightful bonus. With a plethora of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, I had plenty to explore, from local eateries to international food chains. The international breakfast spread at the hotel was impressive, featuring a wide array of dishes including delicious local Indonesian options as well as familiar Western choices. Whether it was the mouthwatering nasi goreng or the variety of fresh fruits available, I loved starting my day with such a hearty meal. I also want to commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. I requested a non-smoking, quiet room upon check-in, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm service certainly enhanced the experience. While my room was slightly dated, it was generally clean, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The slight age of the furnishings didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction with the stay. In summary, Harris Hotel Batam strikes a perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and hospitality. The strategic location, scenic views, excellent breakfast, and responsive staff make it a solid choice for anyone visiting Batam. "Decent hotel at a very strategic location. Many surrounding facilities like coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, convenient stores, bakeries, massage parlours, KTVs, and etc. Nearby a large food court called A2 Food Court and shopping malls like Grand Batam Mall and Batam City Square Mall. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Standard room amenities. Lobby looks newly renovated. I believe some further renovation on going for breakfast restaurant and other parts of the hotel. Staffs are helpful like security guy helping with our luggage and receptionist keep us inform as soon as room available for early check-in. Overall, value for money accomodation."

"Great location right next to the ferry terminal, with a sheltered walkway that makes getting around easy even in the rain. Many eateries are nearby, and the views of Harbour Bay with Singapore in the distance are lovely. Comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, and efficient elevators."

"Pros: The room was large, everything you need, complimentary drinks and snacks etc. The room is dated but good value. Excellent staff. Cons: No plug sockets accessible by the bed. Please note the sockets in the room are Singapore 3 pin plug sockets. Very, very noisy all day and night from passing traffic, loud motorbikes and engine noises if your room is road facing. Luke warm breakfast, can't be particularly healthy."
