"Great location in BGC, clean rooms, but noticeable smoke smell and average breakfast We stayed at F1 Hotel Manila in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as a family group and found it to be a convenient option right in the heart of BGC. Pros: • Location is fantastic — walking distance to Bonifacio High Street, Uptown Mall, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Perfect base for exploring BGC • Rooms were clean and comfortable. • Staff were a real highlight: concierge was friendly and helpful, security and floor staff were exceptionally nice and attentive. Cons: • The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment we entered — quite strong and unpleasant, especially for non-smokers. • Breakfast was just average. The food selection was okay but nothing special, the breakfast room felt small and crowded for the number of guests, and there were long queues every morning for the coffee machine. It would have been much better if staff served coffee or added a second machine to reduce the waiting time. Overall, a solid choice if you want to be right in the middle of BGC’s action and can tolerate the smoke issue (which hopefully gets addressed). The location and staff are the biggest strengths."

"The receptionist is not helpful at all while i was seeking help from her to order a grab for me to the airport ,instead she said none of the staff here has phone with them so she asks me just to walk out get a taxi myself with the luggages i was carrying and with my 80 years old mom,this is awful experience for me .last year i stay in Grand Hyatt hotel they help me right away"

"The stay was not very comfortable. The room was very noisy due to the street and the very bad isolation of the balcony door. The first night we did not sleep. Then the isolation got fixed but it was still not really quiet. One morning a dead cockroach was lying next to my wife’s bed. The room service once set the table under water and when I came back my computer was in the water. There was only one room card for two people. Then the water cooker did not work and I had to ask for another one. The worst was the smell of mold coming from the air conditioning. The best was that there was a fine of 10,000 Pesos for smoking in the room. So at least there was no cold smoke from previous smokers. I don’t think that we will ever come again even though the location was convenient. It was also not a low price for this kind of quality."

"Hotel Review: Brittany Hotel BGC (Stayed October 1, 2025) I booked Brittany Hotel BGC purely for convenience since my appointment at the KVAC Korean Visa Center was scheduled the next day—and it happens to be located inside the same hotel. The property is also right beside SM Aura, making the location a huge plus. Parking & Check-In Parking was free (validated upon check-in), though spaces were very limited—by noon there were only a couple left, so arriving later might be tricky. Reception staff were warm and attentive, and I appreciated that my room was ready before the official check-in time. The lobby itself was modern and pleasant. Room & Amenities The room was clean and the bed comfortable, though far from five-star quality. The carpet in the hallways looked old and worn, which cheapened the overall feel. The bathroom layout was practical, with separate areas for toilet, shower, and sink, though the hairdryer placement made it awkward to use. Amenities were basic—kettle, beverage fridge, and coffee sachets (which were very poor quality). I ended up buying coffee at 7-Eleven instead. Small maintenance issues like chipped walls were noticeable, but not a dealbreaker for a short stay. Service Staff were consistently polite and greeted us whenever we passed by. The in-room phones weren’t working, but a QR/Viber system was available for requests, which I didn’t end up needing. Breakfast Breakfast was decent overall (7/10). Options included pastries, an egg station, Filipino dishes, congee, and noodles. I enjoyed the garlic rice and local dishes, though the pastries felt a bit stale and the bacon/ham weren’t great. Coffee from the percolator was watered down but still better than the sachets provided in-room. Overall Impression If you’re after convenience—especially for KVAC appointments or quick access to SM Aura—this hotel works. But for the price point, you can find more premium stays in BGC (e.g., Ascot or Seda). It’s not a bad choice, just not one I’d recommend for a staycation or if you’re after luxury. For me, it did the job because of the location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) – Good for location, average for everything else."

"My stay at Grand Hyatt was exceptional. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommended!"

"Pros - Great easy check in experience. Best I’ve had - The small bathroom in the room with just the sink and toilet is so nicely done (see photo. - Bathroom has a bath - The gym is the best I’ve seen in the Philippines (see pictures) - Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures) Cons - minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people. - TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room. - There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night.. - The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either. - The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable. We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Not exactly ‘luxury’. Book a cheaper room"

"Great experience during our wedding anniversary celebration with 2 of our kids. The hotel is very clean, very organised and well-furnished. The room is big and has washing-drying machine and induction cooker. Suitable for short and long stay duration. Conveniently located near parks, malls, movie houses and restaurants. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet has great choices and the restaurant staffs entertained us so well and they gifted us with cake for our anniversary."

"There is no need to talk much about Shangri-La. It's an old high-class hotel. The service and everything are very good. The room is comfortable and warm, but the swimming pool is not as good as that of ASCOTT. It is still recommended. Remember to joint their membership to collect points."

"I contacted them late at night, but they responded kindly. The location was convenient because it was next to SM Aura. At first, I checked the street view through Google Map. I wasn't sure if it was the right accommodation. It seems like the Google Map location needs to be corrected. However, overall, the reception was friendly and the accommodation facilities were cleanly managed, so I am satisfied."
