Hotels close to Haram with good facilities and prices. + 7 minutes walk to the courtyard of the Grand Mosque + flat road and not uphill + cool room + there is a room cleaning service and refill of amenities every day + fast check in and check out + there are many elevators so there is no long queue + lots of food around the hotel + there is a refrigerator to keep your food and drink + affordable price - difficult to regulate room temperature If you are comfortable with a 7 minute walk to the courtyard of the Grand Mosque, I highly recommend this hotel.

Price: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money. Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there. Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual. Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small. Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily. Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety. I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up. Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.

Start wasn’t good as I had to wait almost 50 minutes to check in because my room wasn’t ready , while serving me receptionist switched to help other guest who spoke Arabic while I was still waiting which I felt disrespectful, while entering room first time it had a strong cigarette smell left by previous guest, rooms were spacious with good ambiance, room service was helpful and kind but the floor wasn’t cleaned regularly , during shower the water was all over the floor in bathroom due to leak in shower glass bottom, on 2nd day the card wasn’t working to enter room , I tried going to reception 3 times and every time they said it’s done but it never worked till one of the staff accompanied me to get the room opened, talking about the positive side Hotel is newly built and breakfast was lavish with a lots of choices , a/c was excellent with warm water if heater switch turn on , shuttle service to and from Masjid Al Haram is good but sometimes it goes out of scheduled timetable , plenty of lifts so you don’t have to wait much , there is Masjid , gym, play area , restaurant in different floors , there is a wholesale market Anjum souq for Clothes , toys, perfume etc just opposite to hotel which is worth visiting . Shall try this hotel again due to its positive facts and hope same mistakes are not repeated by Hotel again.

Great service by Sahar and the duty manager. It’s my second time at this hotel. Service is good but the location isn’t. Might be close (7 minutes to the new expansion) but it’s far from gate 79 and has a steep hill. I stayed here again based on the service but I wouldn’t recommend it with elderly people.

First of all, if you're Turkish, you absolutely must stay here. The cuisine is perfectly suited to our tastes. There were guests from all nationalities, and everyone was happy. I came individually, not as part of a group, and this is one of the best hotels close to Al Haram. There's a 24/7 free shuttle service to Al Haram. I saw some negative reviews; may Allah guide them. 10/10 for value for money. You can stay here without even looking at other hotels.

Ramada Hotel Makkah ek comfortable aur reliable hotel hai, jo Umrah aur Hajj pilgrims ke liye kaafi suitable hai. Hotel ki location theek hai, Haram tak shuttle service available hoti hai jo guests ke liye bohot convenient hai. Rooms clean, spacious aur well-maintained hain, jahan beds comfortable aur basic amenities properly provided hoti hain.

An amazing stay! The hotel is exceptionally clean and modern. A huge shoutout to the front office team who were super welcoming and kindly upgraded our room upon check-in. The breakfast buffet has a great, diverse selection of food. Plus, their shuttle bus to Masjid al-Haram runs smoothly and makes transportation incredibly easy. 10/10 recommended

The room was spacious and well-equipped, even featuring a small kitchenette, a safe, and an ironing machine. The lobby was grand and offered complimentary dates and a local tea. There's a shuttle service advertised to the Grand Mosque, but on our day, it dropped us off at a parking lot, requiring an additional transfer to reach our destination.

Stayed at Millennium Makkah Al Naseem and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in was smooth. The facilities were good, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. A great option for anyone visiting Makkah.

Nice hotel with very polite and helpful staff. The location is about 12 minutes by taxi to the Haram, but there are only a limited number of shops & restaurants in the area, and the restaurants are average quality. However there is a large Bin Dawood supermarket nearby that is very useful. The hotel facilities are reasonable for the price and the room was a good size, clean with a decent bathroom. The only downside was the breakfast - very limited choices of hot food plus some bread and cheese, but did not even provide basic options such as hummus, mutabel, falafel, olive oil, honey, croissant etc.
