"This was my second stay at Violet Hotel and it was as good as my first trip. I honestly love this hotel for its calm, quiet, and clean environment. It is ideal for families because of all its facilities, its breakfast buffet is a perfect blend of dishes, and its location is ideal for anyone performing Umrah. It has a 24/7 shuttle service and you can also get a cab for 10-15 riyals to Haram, which takes around 5 min. The shuttle drops you at the Ajyad street from there it's a 5-7 min walk to King Abdul Aziz Gate. The return spot is the same. Cabs usually drop you right at the Abdul Aziz Gate, no walk. So it's your choice. For the prices they charge, this hotel is excellent value for money. I happily prefer it over the hotels located near Haram but are crowded and don't offer much in terms of facilities"

"Arrived after 5pm, but still have to wait for the room to be ready. But the room was super nice and comfortable. The lift works fine. During peak time, slightly delay but it is still manageable. The staff also nice. Bonus point was the hotel pass thru the mall and directly step on the Masjidilharam area. Really convenient. If I come again in future, I'll definitely choose this hotel. InshaAllah. The breakfast in overall, quite nice with multiple selection.. Hotel lobby facing the First Ring Road. If you are coming or leaving the hotel via ehailing, pls select drop-off or pick-up point ”First Ring Road” and inform driver the hotel name."

"I had a great stay at Ibis Styles Makkah. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle bus to Masjid al-Haram was frequent and very convenient. If you're looking for an affordable hotel that's still close to the Haram with reliable transportation, I highly recommend this place. Great value for money! If you'd like, I can also make it sound more heartfelt or more like a 5-star Google review."

"Great view! We booked a room overlooking the Kaaba. It was clean and the location is strategic, right at the Clock Tower. There's a prayer room on the 9th floor for men and 10th for women. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety, and room service is excellent. The reception staff are friendly and helpful."

"Did not expect the hotel to be that old, only the bathroom was renovated. The room also kinda of smell musky, but Masha Allah the distance to the mosque is unbeatably close and convenient. This is most important for us, Masha Allah."

"The rooms and the dining are the best part of this hotel. The room was top notch 5/5 and the breakfast was amazing best I ever seen to be honest. I booked my room through trip.com while it was on promo, and the stuff sounded like their were not happy about the amount I paid. They told me it should have been double and they suggested if I like to pay more to get a better room but my rooms was already one of best including breakfast. The next day I asked them over three time if we can stay another night and they kept telling us no we are fully booked. I looked at all my travel apps and yes they took everything as sold out they i guess they really didn’t like how cheap it was. Few hours later they had rooms on all travel apps for double the price I paid. I end up leaving to another hotel. You will have to cross the road to get to Kabba it’s less convenient than Anjum hotel in my opinion"

"1. My stay at this hotel in Makkah was truly one of the most wonderful experiences I have had. Everything was exceptional, and what stood out the most was the cheerful attitude of the staff and the warmth of their hospitality. Their kindness and dedication genuinely make you feel happy and welcomed from the very first moment. They go above and beyond to serve guests and make the stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, especially the reception team, who were incredibly professional, helpful, and courteous. 2. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the room was absolutely amazing—beautiful, comfortable, and prepared to a very high standard. 3. One of the most outstanding features of this hotel, especially if you choose the Gold stay option, is the private prayer area overlooking the Kaaba. This is truly a remarkable privilege, as it allows you to perform all your prayers in a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. In addition, there is a private entrance and dedicated elevators that take you directly to the Haram, which adds an exceptional level of convenience and comfort to the entire experience. 4. The afternoon lounge was also excellent, both in terms of atmosphere and service. I was especially impressed by the female staff there, who were highly dedicated, respectful, modest, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. 5. In short, this was a truly memorable stay in every way. My sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff for their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. I will definitely stay at this hotel again many times in the future, and they have my warmest regards and gratitude."

"In general Excellent hotel specilly the location and service, the only 3 things I didn't like was the car access during the weekend was so difficult and packed with traffic, secondly the room furniture is outdated needs refurbishment. Thirdly, price should be reviewed as this is not a brand new hotel."
