"The suite room was a great place to stay. The room design was nice, everything felt clean and new, literally can't complain anything much. It made me felt super cozy and at home. Nearest 7-11 was just a 3 minute walk away, and the walking street was just a few hundred meters away. Their area felt like a little garden in the jungle, you can see a lot of frogs and snails here at nights. The breakfast could definitely be a little better, but I don't care much about breakfast so it was fine for me. Despite the price being a little above my budget, it was absolutely worth a stay."

"The rooms were spacious and quiet, the pool was nice to sit by and the breakfast was very varied, delicious and efficiently presented. Also it is a perfect location -far enough away from the Walking street (15 minute walk or 3 minute motorbike ride) to be quiet and right off the main road to Pai Canyon, the caves, the waterfalls and hot springs, and the northern reaches of the Mae Hong Son loop. We will be back!"

The location is the hotel's biggest asset, making it incredibly convenient for tourists. Location: 5/5 You cannot beat this spot! It's perfectly situated in the city center, making it an easy and pleasant walk to the main Walking Street for evening markets and shopping. There are many popular cafes and excellent restaurants right outside the door, so you'll never be stuck for a meal or coffee. Value: 5/5 The price is very cheap, offering excellent value for money, especially considering the prime location. Rooms & Comfort: 3/5 The rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, I have to be honest—the decor and furnishings make the room look not very comfortable or inviting. It’s functional and clean, but definitely basic. Noise Level: 2/5 A major downside is the poor sound isolation. You can clearly hear noise from the hallway, outside, and sometimes from neighboring rooms. If you are a light sleeper, be prepared for potential disturbances, especially on busy nights or weekends. Overall Impression: If your priority is a cheap, clean, and centrally located place to sleep while you spend most of your time exploring Pai, this hotel is a perfect match. If you are looking for a cozy, quiet, or luxurious room experience, you might want to consider other options. Recommended for: Solo travelers, backpackers, and budget-conscious couples."

"I appreciated the care given from the staff, and the manager. I am a vegetarian and each morning he made sure I was accommodated with some warm vegetarian food. I moved from the standard room to the cottage because there is no sound proofing, something that would serious upgrade the standard rooms. I loved the peace and quiet, the hotsprings and watching the elephant bath in the river each morning."

"For this price 400 bath, it is perfect. It looks nice. But be ready that it is not very clean. The trash bins and the fridge were very dirty. The Windows isclosed with much difficulty, the lock does not work well. You can not be sure about safety of your belonings, especially if you live on the first Floor. First Floor is with rooms without airconditioner. The second Floor is a little more expensive, 500 bath. But with air on and looks more safe. Any way it is a good place. And I disided to stay longer here but book another room and move from the 1st Floor to the second one. On trip.com it costs even a little cheaper then to pay by cash."

"Very nice, just as shown in the photos, and the owner is very friendly. They have a delicious brownie and the work team is very friendly and attentive to everything. The heated pool is ideal. We had private rooms with a shared bathroom and the shared bathrooms were very clean. We will return."

"Charming, cozy bungalows! They're spacious, comfortable, and offer a beautiful view of the lawn, mountains, lake, and horses roaming the grounds. A huge plus: hot water isn't just in the shower, but also in the sink. That's a rare find in Asia. The bed was large and comfy, and the pillows were great – I slept wonderfully 😴 The staff were very friendly. The location is convenient – not far from town, just a 5-minute walk to cafes, bars, and restaurants. Yet, it's not noisy at all; quite the opposite, it's quiet and secluded. What was missing from the room was a kettle and a fridge."

"Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, and it all begins with the amazing service from Teaw. From the moment we arrived until well after we left, Teaw went above and beyond in every possible way. After returning to Chiang Mai, I realized I had accidentally left behind my camera and hairdryer at the hotel. Teaw not only contacted me immediately after discovering the items (even though I missed the call), but he also personally arranged for them to be delivered to me via a local driver—at his own expense. He clearly explained how I could collect them, and when I finally received my belongings, they were perfectly packed and undamaged. Teaw is truly a trustworthy and outstanding staff member, and I’m so grateful for his help. As for the hotel itself—it’s a peaceful retreat deeply connected to nature. The lush gardens, blooming flowers, and bamboo-built rooms offer a unique and calming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was another highlight: generous, delicious, and full of variety. I especially loved the rich white Tom Yum soup, high-quality yogurt, creamy butter, and the wide selection of breads, including both multigrain and white options. The dining area was warm and inviting, and the swimming pool and relaxation zones were absolutely beautiful—perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the serenity around. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine care and kindness shown by the staff. You can feel it while you’re there, and you continue to feel it even after you’ve left. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again, especially to Teaw—you made all the difference."

"The room was beautiful, the location was stunning and it was a reasonable price. However, I do not recommend walking to and from the accomodation early in the morning or late at night as dogs are quite agressive and harass any passers by on the main road. For most people getting a scooter this wont be a problem, but if you have an early or late arrival into Pai then this is worth considering. The room was cleaned during our stay, it wasnt needed but would of been nice ."
