I was able to stay in an authentic cave hotel at a reasonable price. The room was clean, there were amenities provided, and the free water was appreciated. The hair dryer also had a strong airflow. There were plenty of photo spots in the garden, so you could take pictures with the rocks in the background. The breakfast was also delicious, and I was glad to be able to eat vegetables and fruit. Staying at this hotel was a great experience.

A totally unusual experience of staying at this cave hotel. We had a family King number. It is big and cozy. Real cave, even the toilet in the cave. Characteristic darkness, but it only gives authenticity. We lived in the room for 3 days and did not want to leave! Very qualitative breakfasts are served. Fresh omlet, roasted cheese and green tubes, all kinds of cheeses, fresh vegetables, a plate with different varenings, fresh bread, coffee and tea are personally cooked for the family. We have always been satisfied and satisfied! We didn't have time to leave the hotel, as there was a desire to return to our cozy cave again! And what the view opens from the terrace! The hotel is located on the top of the hill. Important: The hotel is located in the village of Mustafa Pasha, it is about 20 km from Goreme (the tourist center) and not all the tours of Goreme take away from this hotel. But we are lucky our company Atmosphere took us from Mustafa Pasha without any supplements. Just 5 km from Mustafa Pasha there is a town of Urgyup. You can get there by bus. It goes from the central square of Mustafa Pasha. It costs 30 lira. For me, the location, remote from the noisier tourist center, was a plus. There is no crowd of tourists here. And all in 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel you can see the cave monastery and church and other buildings completely free and at all without people. It's great. Near Goreme for such museums under the open sky take payment and a lot of people there. This hotel I and all my family are happy with everything 100%. I also studied hotel reviews before the trip and they didn't fail! As agreed with all the positive reviews. The hotel owners were very hospitality and we would love to come back there with great pleasure! Thank you!

Our family had an incredible stay at Kayakapi Caves in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique cave-style architecture and the stunning hilltop location, which offered breathtaking views both at sunrise and under the night sky. The rooms seamlessly blended a rustic charm with modern comforts, and having an in-room hamam was an absolute treat. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. While walking around the property was a joy, the buggy service was a great convenience for those who preferred to ride. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. But beyond the aesthetics and amenities, it was the exceptional service from the team that truly made our stay special. Kayakapi Caves is a destination in itself, and staying here while experiencing the magic of this UNESCO site made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!

This hotel is in a very nice location. It is a short walk to the center of Ürgüp and the view from the rooftop terrace is amazing. The staff was very friendly and ready to help me with any problems I had. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ürgüp!

Spent 4 night in this hotel everything was great. Staff was very helpful and respectful. In few words we enjoyed our stay.

Location wise is very close (5min casual stroll) to Urguk town center. Rooms and hotel grouds were very well kept and clean. Service from the check in was great. The rest of the crew were just normal, no where near as warm, acknowledging and attentive compared to other similar resorts/chains/properties possibly due to the staffs culture and language limitations. Nevertheless this is nitpicking and overall experience was still good. Next to the pool, hamam, cafe there is not much to do in the property and to be fair that is expected given the size and exclusivity of low density property hence plan half a day there and the rest, go for a tour around town. The ala carte traditional breakfast deserves an outstanding rating. This is not your typical hotel buffet spread but I give it a very high rating for the quality, presentation and spread. They have put in the effort and executed this menu well. Room was as expected and the lit up fireplace (upon request) was very cozy on a cold winter night. Overall great stay & worth another stay in another room.

The hotel property is very nice and the staff was exceptional. Except the air in the room was very stale and hot, and we were put right next to the road so it was very noisy and hard to sleep, the roof of the room is made from wood so along with car noise and a bus of people being very loud at 6am then around 7:30 the people upstairs walked on top of our heads for an hour and cars almost shake the room. Also the pool is too cold in May to swim…all in all it is a nice hotel with very polite staff but I recommend asking for a quiet room away from the road and a fan for a decent sleep. Breakfast was very good.

I had booked a standard room, but upon check-in, I was delighted to be upgraded to a spacious and beautifully appointed suite. The room was not only comfortable and elegantly designed but also offered the unique charm of a traditional Cappadocian cave dwelling combined with modern amenities. It was quiet, impeccably clean, and provided a perfect sanctuary after days of exploring the magical fairy chimneys and historical sites of the region. The service went well beyond standard expectations. The hotel provided complimentary transportation, which proved incredibly convenient for visiting local attractions. On my final day, they thoughtfully arranged free food—a generous and welcome gesture that added a personal touch to my departure. Additionally, the staff provided a detailed map of the area and were always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, bookings, or any other needs that arose. Their proactive and attentive support truly enhanced my entire experience.

the stuff is sooo friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, the hotel location is near the ortahisar castle and the most popular street of the town with restaurants. it is 10 min from Göreme by car. the room is clean, comfortable, has everything you could need and WARM - the weather was cold and rainy, so this fact saved ours cold asses. but if you go during the warm or hot weather, take into account that room has no ventilation (no windows as well) except the door. so i recommend to book a room with a window here :)

The hotel ***meat was clean. Our room was large enough and used. The workers were laughing. Orelin's location was in Uruguay's centre and the transportation was easy. However, the hotel's aesthetic image was bad for the hotels around it. The breakfast was weak, the food was not hot, and the hotel was enough according to its price.
