"The hotel environment is lovely, with a real sense of history and very peaceful. It's quiet at night, so you can sleep undisturbed. The breakfast is rich and beautiful, great for photos, although the taste wasn't quite to my liking. The room doesn't have air conditioning, only a portable AC unit which can be a bit noisy when running. The hotel can help book hot air balloons, classic cars, and ATV tours, but they are a bit more expensive than booking outside. The hotel pool and lobby are usually empty, so you don't have to queue for photos, which is a big plus. The butler also verifies everyone entering and leaving the hotel, making it feel very safe."

"The hotel was very clean. Despite a limited number of staff, they all tried their best and were attentive. The hotel itself is quite large and luxurious. My family and I stayed for one night, specifically to use the pool. The pool area, sun loungers, and towels were all clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Dinner was not included in our stay, but we opted to pay extra for the buffet. There was a sufficient variety of dishes, but the food was quite bland. Some dishes were tasty, others less so. Personally, I didn't feel the dinner offered good value for money. The breakfast, however, was much better than dinner. There was plenty of variety and it was delicious! 👍🏼 There's also an indoor pool. However, during our visit, while we were swimming one day, staff suddenly appeared and unceremoniously made everyone leave, citing urgent maintenance work. This maintenance wasn't completed even by the following day. The outdoor pool gets very cold in the afternoon as it falls into the hotel's shadow, making it especially unsuitable for children."

"Our family had an incredible stay at Kayakapi Caves in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique cave-style architecture and the stunning hilltop location, which offered breathtaking views both at sunrise and under the night sky. The rooms seamlessly blended a rustic charm with modern comforts, and having an in-room hamam was an absolute treat. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. While walking around the property was a joy, the buggy service was a great convenience for those who preferred to ride. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. But beyond the aesthetics and amenities, it was the exceptional service from the team that truly made our stay special. Kayakapi Caves is a destination in itself, and staying here while experiencing the magic of this UNESCO site made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!"

"1. The hotel offers a good quality English and Irish breakfast. 2. The hotel's quiet environment is a plus, but it's about a 15-minute drive from Goreme town and the main attractions. If you're not driving, I'd recommend staying at a hotel within Goreme town for more convenience. 3. During our stay, a framed picture in our room suddenly fell onto the table. Luckily, it didn't hit the floor and the glass didn't shatter, so it was a close call, but no harm done."

"A decent hotel for a couple of nights. It's located far from Göreme, not easily accessible on foot, and transfers and taxis are outrageously expensive. The room has an interesting concept built into the cliff, but it's practically unventilated and full of dirt and dust, though quite spacious. There's an unpleasant sewer smell. The breakfast isn't very varied, but it's edible."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate."

"An absolutely wonderful hotel with professional staff. To avoid the hassle of switching rooms for our two-night stay, they generously upgraded our accommodation to a two-story unit (404) conveniently located right by the front desk. The living room was on the first floor, with the bedroom and bathroom on the second, where there was even a bathtub. It was fantastic! A big thank you to the front desk and concierge staff, Atil, Dogus, and Edmonton. The hotel's restaurant also deserves high praise. The main courses were absolutely delicious, and the service was very professional. What's more, the prices were even more reasonable than the tourist trap restaurants found near attractions. The buffet breakfast was also good, and the service was exceptionally good, thanks to Fafma."

"Kapadokyanın en güzel oteli burası olabilir. Merkezdeki keşmekeşten uzak. Geçen sene kaya otellerden birine gitmiştim her yerinden böcek çıkmıştı. Ne gerek var. Kaya içlerini gezin gelin tertemiz bu otelde kalın. %10-20 daha pahalı bir otel evet ama her bir kuruşa değer."

"Nereden başlasam nereden anlatsam bilemedim her şey o kadar kusursuzdu ki asla böyle bir şey tahmin etmemiştim. Odalar mis gibi kokuyor istediğimiz an tertemiz edilip eksikler tamamlanıyor. Havuz ve termal iç havuz banyolar hamam her yer tertemiz resmen. Yemekler hepsi hem çok lezzetli hem de zengin içerikli. Normalde kolay kolay yorum yapan biri değilim ama buraya yazmasam haksızlık etmiş olurdum. Bir gün kaldık eşimle tadı damağımızda kaldı tekrar tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu. Aşçımız aşırı tatlış güler yüzlüydü ki istemsizce kimi görsek gülümsemeye başlıyorduk. Çok eğlenceli geçti bizim için kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum Masaj spa bölümü harika çalışanlar, masör çok ilgili ve tatlışlar tabii masajdan da çok memnun kaldım. Konum olarak da çok güzel yerde aracınız varsa merkeze 5 dk çok güzel."

"Yunak evleri Interior Pool Suit özel havuzlu odasında konakladık. Personel ilgisi,karşılama,temizlik,restaurant hizmetleri ve hemen her anlamda memnun kalabilirsiniz. Oda içerisinde havuz yeterince geniş,pek çok havlu ile desteklenmiş ve her türlü havuz ile ilgili hizmet fazlasıyla karşılanmıştı. Kesinlikle deneyimlenmesi gereken bir oda. Teşekkürler Yunak !"
