The breakfast is rich and beautiful, great for photos, although the taste wasn't quite to my liking. The room doesn't have air conditioning, only a portable AC unit which can be a bit noisy when running. The hotel can help book hot air balloons, classic cars, and ATV tours, but they are a bit more expensive than booking outside. The hotel pool and lobby are usually empty, so you don't have to queue for photos, which is a big plus. The butler also verifies everyone entering and leaving the hotel, making it feel very safe."

"The facilities inside were wonderfully clean. The outdoor pool was a bit deep, but the poolside was also spotless. All the staff were very friendly! Breakfast was truly fantastic. I'll also add that the cats were adorable! I thought the location might be a bit tricky, but since we had stayed in the center of Cappadocia beforehand, we were very satisfied with the peaceful environment of this hotel."

The room has an interesting concept built into the cliff, but it's practically unventilated and full of dirt and dust, though quite spacious. There's an unpleasant sewer smell. "The hotel is a bit far from the city center, about two or three kilometers away. There are many Chinese tour groups there. I had to wait until 4:00 in the afternoon to check in. The room was very large, with a good view and very clean. It was cleaned every day. There was nothing to complain about except the location. The breakfast was very rich."

"One of the handsomest rooms of any hotel we'd stayed in. Being able to enjoy a fireplace next to the bed in winter was a luxury. Most of all the service team was excellent. We had an accident during our trip and front manager Osman promptly and diligently helped us with necessary communications and got important information that we couldn't do for ourselves.
