"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate."

"リニューアルして最高に綺麗になったホテルです。リゾートとしてホテル内で過ごせるためのプールやクラブハウス、ラウンジもあります。さらには、ホテルの方にお願いすれば案内してくれる屋上（正確にはケーブの丘のてっぺん）からは手つかずの大自然の谷が見え、サンライズ、サンセットも楽しめます。カッパドキアの中では観光地に振り切っていない分、ローカルに即したお土産の買い物がしやすいユルギュップに少し歩けば行けますし、その途中にはきれいなハマムもあります。どちらかというと、熟年の落ち着いた雰囲気の方々よりも、若い感性へのオシャレ寄りの方に特にお勧めです。 今回の旅はあいにく夏場なのに風が強くて、カッパドキアに3連泊したのですがいずれの日も気球が飛ばず、もう一泊こちらのホテルに延泊しました。延泊の手続きだけではなく、気球の予約、一日余った分のレジャーのアレンジ、飛行機の変更、移動のタクシーの手配など、急遽様々なアレンジが発生したのですが、トルコ語が話せない我々をいつもニコニコして一生懸命サポートしてくれました。本当に感謝です。そして、なんとか4日目にして気球が飛んだと報告すると、一緒に喜んでくれました。 トルコのホテルはいずれもホスピタリティに溢れているのですが、こちらのホテルのスタッフさんもすぐにゲストの顔を覚えてくれて、とても心地よく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。"

"The hotel was very clean. Despite a limited number of staff, they all tried their best and were attentive. The hotel itself is quite large and luxurious. My family and I stayed for one night, specifically to use the pool. The pool area, sun loungers, and towels were all clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Dinner was not included in our stay, but we opted to pay extra for the buffet. There was a sufficient variety of dishes, but the food was quite bland. Some dishes were tasty, others less so. Personally, I didn't feel the dinner offered good value for money. The breakfast, however, was much better than dinner. There was plenty of variety and it was delicious! 👍🏼 There's also an indoor pool. However, during our visit, while we were swimming one day, staff suddenly appeared and unceremoniously made everyone leave, citing urgent maintenance work. This maintenance wasn't completed even by the following day. The outdoor pool gets very cold in the afternoon as it falls into the hotel's shadow, making it especially unsuitable for children."

"This hotel is amazing! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting cappadocia. The staff was kind and helpful especially in booking our transfers and giving us recommendations for where to eat. The rooms itself was well kept and gave you a movie like feel. "The hotel left a double impression, someone liked it, someone doesn't. The rooms are small, the decoration is made by a natural stone and on an ambulance, but it is more a claim for the builders who performed the repair (or the designer). We were traveling one night, were traveling, and for some reason called the hotel Crazy House :). So let's not treat this to the shortcomings, especially as there is a magnificent terrace at the entrance to the hotel where you can relax well. The hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet. There is a parking lot in the yard. The breakfast is excellent, especially made the impression of omlet served on the jar. In general, if you have come to see Cappadocia by car, you can stay in this hotel - you will not be disappointed."

"An absolutely wonderful hotel with professional staff. To avoid the hassle of switching rooms for our two-night stay, they generously upgraded our accommodation to a two-story unit (404) conveniently located right by the front desk. The living room was on the first floor, with the bedroom and bathroom on the second, where there was even a bathtub. It was fantastic! A big thank you to the front desk and concierge staff, Atil, Dogus, and Edmonton. The hotel's restaurant also deserves high praise. The main courses were absolutely delicious, and the service was very professional. What's more, the prices were even more reasonable than the tourist trap restaurants found near attractions. The buffet breakfast was also good, and the service was exceptionally good, thanks to Fafma."

"A little disappointed. There are a few points: 1. The hotel is on a mountain, and you will feel dizzy if you don’t take a taxi to carry your luggage. 2. The hotel facilities are not very standard. The walls of the cave rooms are a lot of hair. The smell of moisture is huge at night. I can’t sleep at all. The front desk helped me change my room in the middle of the night. The room does not have a safe. The kettle smells bad in the room. 3. The location is not Goreme town. The taxi cost is 50 lire. This town is also good but many activities are in Goreme. Fortunately, the front desk lady is very warm and friendly. Otherwise, I would definitely give a bad review. Anyway, I don't like it. Disappointed. It feels like a hotel."
