I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world for business and pleasure and I can say with all honesty that this hotel was simply excellent.
The room was fabulous and the view over the city skyline was fantastic. Everything in the room worked and was clean and new. The bathroom was “designer” and very posh. There was even an extension lead in the room with multiple sockets and USB ports for charging my gear.
By western standards, this is a high quality hotel which would cost at least 4x this price back home
The staff were also excellent. Very attentive and helpful. I’d highly recommend the rooftop pool and restaurant for reasonably priced* food and cocktails (*reasonable hotel prices)
Overall, I’d highly recommend. So much so that I will be back there on Monday as I transit to Vietnam.
My wife and I had a great stay at this place. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and equipped with everything we needed, including an iron and scales. The rooftop offered a breathtaking view of the city. We would definitely stay there again.
Had a good 6 night stay with Aquarius Hotel. Good and friendly service. Hotel frontline staff, housekeepers, breakfast staff and the staff managing the bike parking bay never fail to provide good customer service. The hotel is always kept clean and smells good. Nice rooftop bar and swimming pool. The bed is more on the hard side but it is to my liking. Had an unforgettable stay with Aquarius Hotel.

The hotel is excellent for someone who really wants quality time, quiet, antique furniture and a good sense of riverside culture. The only thing that surprises me was when I had not checked out, the house keeping ladies already tried to open my room to clean at 10 AM the next morning.
Nice hotel and staff. We only stayed one night before our return home, but very pleased. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location but streets are narrow with no sidewalks, so preferred to travel by tuktuk.
The room is spacious, the bed is soft, I slept well. The breakfast is good. It is near the important places to walk around the city. The location is very good. The staff is polite and very attentive. It is worth the price. I recommend it.
Hard to review as initially we had difficulties. We booked and paid for a room online. When we arrived we checked in quite okay. Gave us our room and key and we went to our room. We were shocked when we entered as there was no window or natural light coming in at all … this room want not what we booked and paid for. Nevertheless, we were quite exhausted so we went to bed. Next day we were picked up early from the hotel to commence our group tour. At end of day when we arrived back we spoke with management about the sub-standard room we were given which was not what we booked and paid for. English barrier was quite evident and it was very difficult to communicate … finally someone with better English came to help. They apologised for the confusion and finally managed to swap the room to what it should have been but with the words “we have upgraded you to a better room”. Wait a minute … upgrade?? No, allocated the correct room, not upgrade. Anyway all is well after that with minimal contact with staff.
There is an infinity pool, but no bar and no snacks to purchase. Pretty basic stuff really. All in all okay and don’t expect too much. Location is okay as well.
I had a great stay here. The staff is very kind and helpful. I was able to check in late at night (1am). Comfortable room, nice breakfast, and great location: quiet area, walking distance to Royal Palace, riverfront, Bassac Lane, etc.
I have the best time in Hotel Cambodiana. Such beautiful place for a hotel. I felt my White Lotus moments. The room assigned to us was very huge. 5x of what I have in other countries but even more affordable including breakfast. The breakfast was topnotch. we love the khmer food selections, the fruits, and the others. We love the garden restaurant so many great selections for afforadble price. They gave us free drinks too to celebrate. I will be back to book again soon.
It's an old hotel, but the maintenance is OK. The bed is a bit hard, but it's worth the price. It's very convenient to get in and out. The front desk is also very good. They understand Chinese, which facilitates communication.

Amazing
HHaojiubuluodiThe room is spacious, with two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Many people can go on business trips without disturbing each other. Those who dislike the high prices outside can cook their own meals. There is a laundry room that can save a lot of time. Overall, it is very good, very convenient, and very convenient. Comfortable!

Still can’t believe that such a tranquil place is actually situated amidst hustle and bustle of never sleeping Phnom Penh traffic and street life.
Once you step into the property you’ll find yourself in another reality- lush garden, turquoise pool, heritage building (dating back to 1920), everything is quite, peaceful and amazingly beautiful
The decoration is a state of the art itself, each detail is placed rightly and bring such joy for eyes of the visitors with good taste.
Restaurant is fabulous- breakfast or dinner simply gorgeous.
My room was a part of the historic building so I’m more than happy to stay in the vintage style and again have no single complaint
The service was outstanding.
No wonder the hotel is filled with visitors and booked in advance, really popular spot. No hesitation to book it next time
Thank you very much for the wonderful experience!
AA Fish Called WandererJungle Addition was the perfect base for exploring Phnom Penh. Tucked away in a peaceful setting, it was hard to believe we were just a short walk from the buzz and chaos of the tuk tuks and city streets! The atmosphere was calm and tranquil—an ideal retreat after a day of sightseeing.
The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh, delicious options that set us up perfectly for the day. A truly charming and relaxing place to stay—we’ll definitely be back!
NN SmedA welcoming hotel with a lot of history (which could be made more of a focus with information and imagination. Attentive service, large bedrooms and bathrooms, a nice spa and to finish the experience, a very French feeling cafe/restaurant with a menu for any time of day and any appetite.
IIgorSerbiaThe hotel is adorable. The price is cheap compared to Hong Kong or Singapore, but the hotel is at a very high level. I would also like to mention a very helpful and professional staff who always address me with a smile: Theary, Thia and Kosal. They have very strict policies, so I had to pay for late checkout. The rooftop pool was amazing!
FFarah Binti RamliAbsolutely loved my stay at Emion Phnom Penh! The free coffee in the room was a delightful surprise, and the complimentary room upgrade was a fantastic gesture. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserHotel room is small, but the health is in place, the restaurant downstairs is very good, the breakfast buffet is also delicious, lunch and dinner can be ordered, one night I have more than nine o'clock in the evening, the price is not expensive in the local area, the environment is beautiful, it is very convenient to go anywhere, Even the security guards at the door are better.
GGuest UserI’m actually a repeat gest of this hotel, probably 4-5 times in my stay in Phnom Penh. I can say this hotel is worth visiting for a person who would like to try and get experience in Japanese culture like room equipment, amenities, and facilities, the big point is Japanese breakfast! It’s surprisingly nice and authentic taste.
DDavid NopanenMarch 2023. After reading some of the past reviews I was skeptical but this place was a very enjoyable stay for my girlfriend and I. Safe, quiet, clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly and competent. To clarify a previous review, the hotel is tastefully, and professionally decorated. The lobby is warm, inviting and beautiful. Our room (401) was also modern and comfortably furnished with a wrap around balcony perfect for morning coffee. We didn't have the breakfast so no info on that, but we would recommend this hotel to snyone.
KKhemra KhengAnother good day at OKAY Guesthouse. This is a good stay experience. The room condition is acceptable. The price of the room is affordable. The environment is ok. The room temperature is comfortable. Overall, I am satisfied with this stay. I hope the guesthouse will keep up the good work.
