Hotels in Wenceslas Square, Prague

Location is great...not far from metro ..easy to find 1 halal pizza store nearby and halal resto just behind the hotel. Breakfast is great... variety...even I only eat halal food,but has option like a bread, fruits, pancake.. The staffs are very friendly... Except the guy..haha quite serious but he is fine.. helpful.. Room is super clean.. I love it...I love everything about this hotel... If I come again, I would love to stay here again. ..lovely hotel.

Location of hotel is excellent. Short walk from Prague old town and quick access to the main tourist attractions of Prague. Hotel is easy to get to via public transport via metro and bus, this is cheap and takes about 45 minutes. The hotel itself is clean but is very dated. The shower cubicle did not close properly or the shower head stay fixed,

This hotel is of very good quality and is a high-end hotel. Its facilities are not only complete but also luxurious. The room is clean and the furniture is of a high standard! The breakfast is rich in variety, with Spanish ham and smoked salmon, a wide variety of freshly squeezed juices, and all kinds of delicious food! The hardware is good, the software is even better, the staff serves with a smile, very sincere and enthusiastic, which gives me a great and warm feeling! The hygiene conditions are very good and spotless! The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the Old Town Square and almost zero distance from the core scenic spots.

This hotel was a pleasant place to stay in. It was in a good location, the rooms were immaculately clean, the room was not small ans poky, but it was not huge either, it was adequate. It came with a kettle although when we asked for tea to be left to use the kettle we only got enough for a few cups, then we got tired of asking for tea and none coming so we ended up buying tea. We also asked for more towels to avail ourselves of the big bath at the end of a long day sightseeing, but we had to keep asking and it didn't always reach the housekeeping or they ignored it. We also found trying to get any soap from the dispensers hard work, not a lot came out no matter how much we pushed and pushed the button. We had a front room which overlooked the street and adjacent from our hotel and our room was a nightclub that started up around 12.00 at night and went into the wee hours, like 3.30, not conducive to a good night's sleep. Would we stay here again, possibly, but we'd bring our own tea, ask for towels every time, and bring our own body wash.nand we'd ask for a room at the back. 😁

Hotel in good location but unfortunately in front of hotel is doing construction works. Convenient for going attraction by walking distance. Hotel staff always giving smil2ing face and friendly! Beside hotel the Fat Cat restaurant also must try the burger and beer! Fantastic stay!

The floor of the room is very high and there is a kettle for boiling water.

It was fine. My mother is diabetic, and it was quite difficult to get ice; they didn't have any freezers either. On the second day, they brought an ice machine, so I appreciated that. They had freezers in the kitchen where they could have put the gels to freeze, but they told us they didn't have any.

It is within walking distance of the old town and major attractions. The disadvantage is that you need to contact the hotel in advance and download the online self-check-in app. The operation is a bit complicated and requires patience. Once the procedure is completed, the hotel will issue a check-in confirmation letter informing you of the room number and password to enter the hotel door and room. The hotel door is very heavy. We were here as a couple. Conclusion: It would be more like a ”3 star hotel” if the cleanliness and reception/service were improved, as well as the volume/insulation of the rooms and the price were adjusted. It is nowhere near 4 stars. For the right price we would book again, but remember to bring earplugs. +++ Location, very central, metro and national museum around the corner, all sights within easy reach, many late-night shops/shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity (not suitable for children, shady shops etc.) +++ Large, bright room, lots of mirrors, coat rack in the hallway, lots of light bulbs. +++ Safe in the closet ~~Facilities (hairdryer with open cable, TV with outages, at least a clean kettle (coffee/tea), mini fridge with poor cooling). ~~ Reception: Friendliness/competence is so-so. ~~ WiFi often goes down/has problems ~~ Elevator yes, unfortunately very narrow and slow ~~ My requests/wishes were unfortunately ignored, e.g. room facing the inner courtyard perhaps with a nice view but at least no sloping roof/not the top floor. We got the top floor, with a sloping roof and no view. A shame, not a must but would have been nice. -- Noise: Room facing the street extremely loud, constant cars accelerating and sirens / poor insulation / poorly soundproofed. —Despite the large bathroom, the shower is small and poorly fitted out. The soap dispenser holder should be cleared of mold and limescale. — A broken telephone/intercom, no chance when trying to reach reception from the room, you have to go downstairs.
