Nice, cost effective, clean hotel to stay. Just a minutes walk to my favorite beach in Saipan. Room was large, clean and modern, had a balcony. Would recommend hiring a car but you can manage without one for a few days as well. Positioned off a side street off the main road, there’s a very limited number of restaurant choices and a few grocery markets just a few minutes walk away. Korean chicken restaurant on the ground level of the hotel. Hot/cold water refill available in the lobby along with a microwave. Lift and stairs to access the floors to the hotel. Aircon was ok, WiFi worked very well, mini fridge in room. Can get noisy from other travelers if you’re staying on the same level but to be expected I guess. One thing to note is that a US outlet was only available in the bathroom so you need an adapter to plug your phone next to the bed, which is minor, but worth noting. Overall friendly owner/host, he speaks English and I was able to have an early check in which was more than accommodating and appreciated! I can recommend staying here and would stay again!

The Saipan to the hotel in the early morning was still raining. I called the boss in the early morning and found that the boss was Chinese and friendly. I had planned to stay for 2 days before I arrived. I lived here for the next few days. The hotel room and environment are quite good. It is very convenient to walk a few minutes from Mike Beach. Eating is also in the Chinese restaurant opened by the boss. The dishes are complete and taste good. There is no difference from not going abroad. Thank you. I will come back next time.

This is the most friendly and memorable accommodation I've ever stayed in. The accommodation and staff are so nice that I want to go to Saipan again 🥲 First of all, the ocean view room is equipped with various service facilities such as a barbecue, coffee machine, hammock, and washing machine We didn't use a rental car, so we planned to use a taxi, but the accommodation provided both a sanding and pick-up service Since we had an early morning flight, we were going to check in in the morning and walk around with our luggage, but the host said we could stay longer until we went to the airport, so we were so thankful that we were able to stay comfortably until the end It's not just good value for money, it's just so, so good. On the last day of Saipan, because the flight back to Korea was 3 am, I arrived at the hotel temporarily booked after Saipan as a place to rest before boarding the plane. I really like this swimming pool to swim while watching the beautiful scenery of Lao Lao Beach. Our family of three arrived in the afternoon and enjoyed the pool experience alone. The Filipino housekeeper in charge of the reception was also very warm and kind. We really didn’t want to go back to the city to eat after swimming, but the embarrassment was because we wanted to leave before we used up the US dollars we exchanged. The hotel is located far from the city. The traffic on the mountain is inconvenient. Can't walk I can't use the card and Alipay. Fortunately, the housekeeper made a simple meal for us in Figure 4 for free. It is also recommended if you are a friend to meet here, it feels very suitable for a pool party.

The room was larger and more comfortable than expected! The staff was really friendly and the airport drop-off service was very convenient! I recommend this place as a place to rest for a while before catching an early morning flight on the last day of Saipan! :) After dinner, I came home at 9 o'clock, packed my bags, slept a little, and went to the airport at 2 o'clock. I am poor and ca n’t afford it. There ’s too much food around. The Hunan restaurant opposite to the hotel is delicious. It ’s a canteen. Breakfast is also available in the morning. Right outside the two intersections is the place where Chinese rent a car. It ’s good to rent a convertible Mustang. Yes, hahaha. In short, highly recommended!

I highly recommend this B&B to those who come to Saipan for the first time! The boss is Chinese. After booking, the boss told us that we need to write an ETA, and we only know that we need to prepare an ETA 5 days in advance starting from December! Otherwise we may be deported! In the subsequent process of writing the ETA, the boss also kept telling us how to write it. Then the projects we want to play, basically he has the best price in Saipan! Three days of fun: Blue Hole diving + Gunkanjima snorkeling fishing + car rental self-driving tour are all booked by the boss here, and it is clear that we don’t need to book in advance, giving us two people a very free choice. The boss will pick up and drop off if you stay for more than three days. I thought there was only airport pick-up, but basically there are various pick-ups for any itinerary we want to leave the hotel. Anyway, I really didn’t worry about transportation problems. The room overlooks the sea, which is the beach of Kensington Hotel. The Korean who I met in the hotel stayed here for two weeks and went to the beach of Kensington Hotel to swim at 4 pm every day. The price-performance ratio is full. Cleaning is done every day, towels and toiletries are replaced very diligently, purified water for brushing teeth is prepared, and there is a refrigerator to store some daily food. Saipan is very small, and the experience is full throughout the trip. I give full marks to the hotel for this trip. The B&B is located in the city center, close to duty-free shops, coffee shops and restaurants. There is a supermarket run by a Chinese-speaking proprietress less than 100 meters away from the B&B, where you can buy some common items. There is a Korean restaurant about 100 meters to the right at the left crossroads outside the B&B. The food is delicious, not expensive and the portions are large. The lady boss of the B&B is very loving. There are many lucky cats and a very big golden toad that only eats cat food. It is super big, maybe you can't see it in the photos. Summary: Saipan is very nice and comfortable, because the people here are very warm, not as indifferent as Americans, at least there is no language barrier.

This hotel is very nice, clean and tidy. Very impressive. The sunrise and sunset are beautiful in every photo. What's special is that the mattress is so comfortable. It's very quiet here at night and I slept very well. We contacted the boss in advance and a driver came to pick us up at the airport. The response was prompt and it was about a 15-minute drive. The location of the hotel is also good, very close to the city and places to play. The boss was very enthusiastic and straightforward, and gave us a lot of tips.
