"It was my first time going to Saipan, but the accommodation was so cozy and nice that it became a travel destination I want to visit again ㅋㅋ Even though it was late at night, the owner welcomed me warmly, and although my departure was an early morning flight, he told me to stay until my flight time, so I played in the water until the last day 🥰 We also went to Dusit in Guam, but I liked Secret Garden better than that. Don't hesitate and definitely go. It's really healing 🌴 Thank you, owner, for taking care of me during my trip I'll come again next time👋🏻😊"

"Our Saipan trip was 5 nights, and we were looking for a family-friendly hotel at a reasonable price, and this hotel was perfect. The room was 45 square meters, very spacious. We had a view of the ocean from the balcony, and the room was quiet and comfortable. We slept soundly at night. Paupau Beach is nearby. Since we had a rental car, getting around was convenient. The atmosphere was homey, and the owner was very kind and helpful, giving us appropriate advice whenever we had questions about our trip. We were able to have an efficient family trip in a short period of time."

"I moved here from the city center, and initially, it took a little getting used to. However, after just one night, I found myself loving it. The rooms were a step above other hotels – nicer and more appealing – and the facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always fulfilling my requests, and all our interactions were very pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's easy to get a taxi or ride-share to the city center. This location was perfect for me as I had a busy schedule packed with activities during the day."

"The hotel room was terrible. The closet light was on all night, making it impossible to sleep. The pillows were very high and uncomfortable. The front desk staff was rude, and the pool water was dirty. I asked the front desk the night before what the latest check-out time was, and they said 2 p.m. However, when I checked out at 2 p.m., I was charged $57.50. It was very infuriating. The front desk staff blamed each other, and the manager refused to come out and was nowhere to be seen. The front desk employee, Elaine Demei, was also very rude. The night before, an intern named Cindy told us we could check out as late as 2 p.m., but the manager, Faimon, was away and didn't address the situation."

"This was my first time vacationing in Saipan and I stayed at this hotel. The owner was very nice and even provided travel tips. There's a free shuttle to the city center every day, and a communal kitchen where you can cook. Also, the view from this room was absolutely fantastic; waking up to the view in the morning was so refreshing. I'll definitely choose Skyline again next time I'm in Saipan. Highly recommended!"

"The room offered a beautiful sea view and was very clean. We were lucky enough to see rainbows three times during our 8-night stay, and one was even a double rainbow – a first for me! A special thanks to James, the kayak attendant. My daughter injured her leg on the shallows, and I needed to borrow a kayak to get her. It was my first time using one, and James was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful in teaching me. The front desk staff were also excellent, with seamless communication in both English and Chinese!"

"If you bring cigarettes to the boss, he will pick you up for free, which is mutually beneficial. Since we arrived in the early morning, we chose to spend a day here. Then the boss added WeChat before we left and recommended some projects or something. (It actually varies from person to person). You can choose the boss's or find it yourself. It may be cheaper to find it yourself. I personally recommend finding it yourself, because the quotes from people you find yourself are lower. (Secondly, don't go to the Chinese restaurant recommended by the boss!) It's really unpalatable. It's expensive and unnecessary. Because I am also a travel planner, I know a little about these insider transactions. There is really no need to go to the Chinese restaurant. But the boss is not bad and very enthusiastic. Thank you for the boss's help. Finally, "The boss said to let the comments be completely true." The above are all my true feelings and experiences."

"Service is good. There were a lot of Korean staff, so it was comfortable, and everyone was friendly and helped with luggage storage and drop-off taxi reservations before and after check-in. However, it was strange that the drop-off taxi fare was about twice the difference between the amount informed by the hotel and the amount paid to the taxi driver, but I couldn't confirm it. Breakfast is delicious, but the menu changes every day, so it's a bit of a struggle. Due to the aging of the facilities, aspects such as room condition and bed sheets were disappointing. It’s a great place to go for various activities and water play."
