Big room, clean and good service. I would recommend the hotel to adjust the air con in rooms to lower temp when the temp is hot like this week.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, with plenty of convenient dining options nearby. It's also great for families traveling with children. Suggestions: Two pillows for a double bed felt a bit sparse; four would be much more comfortable. Also, adding a clothesline would be a great convenience, especially for hanging personal towels and other small items.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Only have one remark and that is the missing seating facilities in the large lobby. We are used to talk to our customers in the lobby while seating. Also looks more inviting when people sit and talk.

I stayed at this hotel first time, and unfortunately, my experience was far from perfect. The rooms were poorly maintained - on several occasions, I was given rooms with peeling walls and visibly dirty bed headboards. While I could overlook the walls, stained headboards are simply unacceptable for a hotel. To their credit, the hotel eventually upgraded my room after three complaints, but it shouldn’t take so many requests to get a clean, presentable space. The lobby (first floor) is stunning, with complimentary drinks and an elegant atmosphere. It set high expectations, but the rooms didn’t match - they felt neglected in comparison. I hope management pays more attention to room upkeep.

Facilities: You can always trust a Hyatt brand, and this one is no exception, with every amenity you could ask for. The robots were incredibly busy, haha! Hygiene: The cleaning staff did a very thorough job; every nook and cranny was spotless. Environment: It's right next to the Hyatt Wujiaochang, truly in the heart of Yangpu District. Service: Perfect! I even took a picture of Coco's name tag – she deserves a bonus from the manager 🍗. Given its location in Shanghai, the service and facilities here offer incredible value for money.

Meiyi Hotel Wujiaochang (Fudan Management School Branch) in Shanghai is absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable, right near the metro station and conveniently situated next to shopping malls and universities. Our room featured panoramic windows, smart controls, a truly comfortable mattress, and the bathroom details were excellent. The staff provided incredibly warm and welcoming service, and the 24-hour book bar and gym were practical and much-appreciated amenities. We'll definitely be choosing this hotel again for our next visit!

My first stay at Atour was such a pleasant surprise! As a pre-cruise stop before our MSC departure, our main requirements were complimentary parking and subway access to the Pudong riverside. We especially wanted to fulfill our child's wish to get a good look at the Oriental Pearl Tower and then watch the Bund light up from a bistro by the Pudong river. After extensive searching and reviewing traveler comments, we chose the Atour Hotel North Bund Riverside International. We arrived at noon, checked in, and stored our luggage. A 10-minute drive took us to Magnolia Plaza for lunch, where we also enjoyed a panoramic view of Pudong. Back at the hotel, we witnessed the meticulous and efficient operations of both the front desk and housekeeping departments. The lobby was serene and elegant, the floor layouts were well-organized with clear signage, and our room featured a sensible layout with all amenities thoughtfully provided, including complimentary mini-bar drinks and bottled water. The first-floor laundry room and the third-floor restaurant's evening congee station were more than just facilities; they exemplified Atour staff's exceptional service to ”Atour Friends,” allowing them to truly relax and unwind during their stay. My partner, who owns an Atour Planet Deep Sleep Pillow 1.0, felt it was time for an upgrade to the 2.0 or 3.0 version... which means the 1.0 will finally be mine! The breakfast spread offered a healthy mix of Chinese and Western options – just dig in and enjoy to your heart's content!

First, regarding hygiene, a closer look reveals it's quite clean and tidy. However, after checking in on the morning of the 2nd and checking out on the afternoon of the 3rd, I developed what looked like mite bites on my arms and stomach. As for the environment, it's next to an elevated road, so it's quite noisy. They provide 3M earplugs though. I'm used to sleeping with earplugs, so it wasn't an issue for me; however, my boyfriend isn't used to them and was disturbed by the constant traffic and honking from the elevated road. There was an initial problem with the TV casting. The front desk staff had added me on WeChat, implying I could contact her there for any issues. So, when the TV casting wasn't working, I messaged her on WeChat but received no response for a long time. We then had to call the front desk again. It's frustrating to add someone on WeChat only to get no reply – I wonder if it's just to meet some KPI. The best service was definitely the laundry. The clothes came out smelling great and feeling soft, likely due to the P3 detergent they use.

Absolutely fantastic! The environment was comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location offers convenient transportation, and the breakfast spread had a great variety of delicious options. I'll definitely choose Atour Hotel again for my next trip.
