"I've been in Dalian for several days, and I've stayed at Henrui and other hotels before. Compared to those, the New World Dalian Hotel is truly worth staying at. Five-star rating for sure! What impressed me most was the service. All the staff members were exceptionally warm and genuine. Whether it was the front desk, the restaurant, housekeeping, or any other hotel staff, their attitude was consistently excellent. It wasn't just superficial politeness; they were truly sincere, which made for a very comfortable stay. The room was also very spacious and bright. The hotel arranged a room with a view of Renmin Road, and the view was fantastic. The room itself was clean and tidy, making for a very relaxing experience. When we checked out, the staff were incredibly thoughtful. They proactively helped us with our luggage and even loaded it into our car. The whole process was very considerate. Overall, the experience was outstanding, much better than the other places I've stayed. Next time I'm in Dalian, I'll definitely be staying here again."

Hot water came out quickly and with stable pressure – you could feel the attention to detail in every aspect. The hotel's public areas were elegantly designed, with complete amenities. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was great, perfectly satisfying different dietary needs. The cleaning staff were meticulous and attentive, cleaning promptly and quietly without disturbing guests. Any requests made to the front desk were quickly responded to and resolved efficiently and courteously – their service efficiency and attitude were flawless. The location is also superb, with convenient transportation. Nearby, there are supermarkets, shops, and various dining options, making it incredibly convenient whether you're traveling for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The value for money is definitely among the best in its class. I will choose this hotel first next time I'm in the area and will recommend it to my friends. A hotel that puts such care into its service and pays attention to details truly deserves a perfect rating!"

"The overall stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The facilities were well-equipped and practical; the projector was clear, and the smart sanitation fixtures were a thoughtful convenience. The automatic curtains really set a great ambiance. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and there was a worry-free 24-hour hot water supply. The entire room was clean, tidy, free of clutter, and well-ventilated with no strange odors. Although it's right by the subway station, they also provide a free partnered parking lot. For a reasonable price, you get an excellent accommodation experience."

The space was quite generous, making it a great choice for a trip with friends. Plus, at this time of year, it offers really great value for money!"

"Flew to Dalian on ***** New Year's Eve. The business class flight tickets were cheap, and a sea-view suite at Hotel Nikko was affordable during the off-season. The front desk was standard, and the room was excellent. After some effort, I managed to book a New Year's Eve dinner. Fearing I might hold up the table for the next seating, I went early and ate quickly. I'm very grateful to the waitress who helped me pack up my leftovers; she kept reassuring me not to rush and to eat at my leisure. In fact, a family of three came and left behind me, perhaps finding it not worth the price. My solo meal cost 500 yuan, and I thought it was good. Vita Tao even came over and hugged me, giving me a horse figurine, which is auspicious. After that, I couldn't eat at Hotel Nikko anymore. So many unmentionable things happened during the process, haha. But the bread at Hotel Nikko was delicious. I borrowed a charging cable from the hotel. The hotel scissors were dirty, so I bought alcohol wipes to clean them myself. The housekeeping staff was great and proactively gave me extra bottled water. When checking out, after coordination with Trip.com, I was granted a late checkout until 4 PM. The hotel didn't rush me. However, someone at the front desk asked for a good review and came to look when I pulled out my phone to call a car, which was unpleasant. Good reviews should come naturally from guests who've had a good experience; asking for them is completely unnecessary."

"The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, with convenient transportation. The staff were very friendly and always smiling, and they even proactively gave me information about transportation around the hotel, which was fantastic. I really like this hotel; it was full of pleasant surprises. The electric curtains were a great touch, no need to manually open and close them! The room heating was ample, not cold at all, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. There's a supermarket right across the road, and a KFC and ramen shop downstairs, so no worries about food! Super convenient!"

"This brand-new hotel is fantastic! The rooms are well-equipped, and the premium mattress made for a very comfortable sleep. The hotel staff provided excellent service. The hot water shower has smart temperature control and great water pressure. Breakfast was varied and the environment was pleasant. The location is super convenient for getting around, and Wanda Plaza is within walking distance. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time."

"The location is good, pretty central. The building itself is a mixed-used building, i.e. not fully owned by the hotel. There appears to be private residents and other tenants. The hotel's front desk is housed in a room located on level 19. The building front desk staff (located at the main entrance on level 1) and hotel front desk staff are kind and helpful. The free to view shows available on the room's tv is severely limited. Room cleanliness is ok considering the price point. We found a used spoon and a piece of leftover crisp under the room's table, and the kitchen cupboard's are dirty inside. The cleanliness of everything else is acceptable. The bed is comfortable too. So if you're looking for a cheap place and relatively comfortable place to stay, I would recommend it."

"This was my first time booking a serviced apartment, and the room was much larger than I expected. Even though the hotel is nearly 10 years old, the facilities are well-maintained. It's fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, kitchenware, and tableware. The toiletries were even my favorite Atelier Cologne 'Pomelo Paradis'! The hotel is also super thoughtful; it's located just 200 meters from the marathon start line, and they prepared a special 'cheer-up' breakfast pack for all guests, regardless of whether they'd booked breakfast. The cleaning lady was very warm and friendly. There's direct access from the building to the neighboring mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. This will definitely be my top choice next time I visit Dalian."
