It was truly the most memorable and moving warm moment of my trip. After a long journey, I rushed through check-in. It was only later that I suddenly realized I had lost a precious souvenir charm – a priceless keepsake carrying cherished family memories. In that moment, panic and anxiety washed over me. The feeling of helplessness in a strange city instantly overwhelmed me, so I approached the front desk, hoping they might be able to help. To my surprise, the staff member, Qiruo, showed not a hint of perfunctoriness or carelessness. She gently and patiently calmed my distressed emotions, softly reassuring me not to worry. Her kind words instantly soothed my inner turmoil. Following that, she was incredibly thorough and responsible, meticulously tracing my route. She proactively reviewed the CCTV footage from the lobby's public areas, repeatedly and carefully checking everything. She immediately contacted the cleaning and patrol staff to assist in the search, doing everything she could to help me find my lost item. Even in the middle of the night, when she could have been sleeping, she dedicated that time to helping me. She was like a good friend by my side! During the long wait, she stayed by my side, constantly reassuring me, offering warm water to ease my anxiety, and patiently listening to my concerns. She was gentle, meticulous, and incredibly dedicated throughout, never showing any impatience despite the trivial nature of the matter. Persistence paid off, and thanks to her tireless efforts, my precious charm was finally found. When the item was recovered, my heart was filled with emotion and gratitude. Afterward, she even thoughtfully reminded me to take good care of my belongings when traveling, a gentle detail that touched me deeply. In a cold and unfamiliar journey, the most precious thing isn't a perfect environment, but this genuine warmth and kindness from the heart. Atour's service is never just a mechanical process; it's a heartfelt empathy and a sincere, warm commitment to treating people well. This unexpected warmth dispelled all my travel fatigue and allowed me to truly understand Atour's unique human touch. I stayed in Dalian for three nights and chose Qing Song Ya Ju, which is right by Xinghai Square. It's only a few dozen meters from the sea, and Xinghai Square is a 10-minute walk away. The location is absolutely fantastic! 👍 I stayed in the Yuzhou room, and the view from the window overlooked the main section of Xinghai Bridge. When the lights came on, the scenery was incredibly beautiful. If you want a great view of the bridge, this is the room to pick. The hotel has been open for two years, and I was surprised by how spacious and clean the room was. As a picky Virgo, I can confirm the cleanliness was top-notch; my fellow clean-freak friends can book with confidence! 🥳 Finally, I have to mention the concierge. He was super thoughtful; seeing that we were hot and tired after exploring all evening, he even brought us ice-cold beers 🍻 – so nice!

The itinerary perfectly balanced attractions both near and far, came with a list of affordable and authentic local eateries, and even included thoughtful reminders about the weather and parking spots. Xiao Jia was incredibly kind and considerate, with an all-encompassing plan. The service was meticulous and professional, and they even offered luggage storage after check-out.

Excellent customer service at counter from check in to check out. All the counter staff are very friendly, helpful and give added service like water n carrier without us asking for it. Only toilet bowl has no washing facilities even its auto flash. Room n toilet is spacious. Better if can have AI voice control. Location very good with shopping malls just next door. Very comfortable stay. Will definitely come back.

This vacation, I stayed at the Citigo Hotel in Dalian, which belongs to the HUAZHU Group. I had a sea-view king room on the seventh floor. The room's wet and dry areas were separate, and the layout was well-designed. The indoor curtains, lighting, and toilet were all smart-designed, making it very comfortable. Through the window, I could see Xinghai Amusement Park and the bridge, and the night view was simply unbeatable! The hotel breakfast was also good, a mix of Chinese and Western. The staff were very enthusiastic, especially a sweet young lady with a round face and big eyes at the front desk who answered all my questions and was very friendly.

I came to Dalian this time for a football match. I hadn't stayed at this hotel before, but after this visit, it completely exceeded my expectations! First off, the location is on par with hotels like Orange and Atour, but the price is competitive and the service is just as good, if not better! Secondly, the hygiene is excellent, and the cleaning staff are very polite and helpful. The front desk staff were patient and well-mannered, even reminding me that the mini-fridge drinks were complimentary. Although I didn't drink any, it shows their attention to detail and service awareness! My comment about it exceeding expectations isn't just talk; usually, you get what you pay for, but this place offers a service experience that goes beyond its price point.

It's a pleasant walk to the Russian Style Street, and the subway station is also very close, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The hotel is clean and elegant overall. The room was meticulously cleaned, and the bed had just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep. The lobby offers complimentary tea, and the delivery robot that brings takeout to your room is a convenient touch. The staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in was efficient. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the freshly cooked noodles were delicious. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. It's suitable for both leisure travel and short getaways. I highly recommend it – if you're coming to Dalian, this is the place to stay!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. The rooms are relatively new, clean, and tidy. I've always loved Atour's deep sleep pillows; getting a good night's rest is so important when traveling. The front desk service was warm and attentive; they helped me extend my check-out to 2 PM and even gave me a souvenir. I'll definitely choose this Atour again next time I visit Dalian.

The price is good and the location is decent. There's always security to help with parking. Breakfast is just okay, nothing special. Even though it's a newly renovated hotel in 2024, the shower is still over a wide and high bathtub. It's really easy to slip and fall when stepping out after a shower because the floor gets wet. There's an outlet next to the toilet, but it's an old-style toilet with low flushing power. The funniest thing is that the air conditioning was under maintenance during the May Day holiday? So we could only open the windows for ventilation. Dalian's weather has been so unpredictable lately, hot one minute and cold the next, so not being able to control the room temperature was really uncomfortable. Plus, it was noisy with the windows open. This is really unreasonable; they totally could have checked and fixed it beforehand.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, which is great for catching flights. They offer a shuttle service; just contact the front desk in advance and they'll drop you off. If you prefer to walk, it's only about a ten-minute stroll.
