Aswan Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"This hotel is something else. I was completely fooled by the scenic pictures. You can indeed see the Nile River, but only from a distance. Up close, it's nothing but ruins. The hotel is incredibly, incredibly, incredibly remote. If you're traveling independently, I wouldn't recommend staying here. You simply can't find the place, and the surrounding area is as run-down as it gets! Once you're in, you're stuck because it's so isolated and messy! The room itself was okay, a decent size, and the balcony offered Nile views. Other facilities were just average, and breakfast wasn't good either. Basically, I just don't recommend it!"

"Wonderful service - guard and porter at the front, efficient front desk, upgraded to a Nile room. Pool side was great with a view of the Nile, plenty of chairs and fresh towels,  although bar staff sometimes a little slow on drink and food refills this could be forgiven Buffet breakfast had a good selection including eggs made to order, staff very attentive Dinner selection was OK but again great service "

"First, the hotel picked me up at the ferry dock by their own boat, which really helped me relax after a tiring journey. When I arrived, everything felt very new furniture and very big room—especially the bathroom—and the whole place was very clean. One thing I really appreciated was how quiet it was, so I could sleep very well. The owner is also very kind and helped arrange the trips I wanted to go on. I originally booked for just 2–3 nights, but ended up staying for a full 7 days."

"The hotel is very closed to the Nile Cruise dock area, it is located just across the road from the river. Very busy street, plenty of shops around and there is a shopping center in the building as well. Our room is very clean and big. We had 3 single beds and it is still very spacious. A little noisy outside especially at night because our room is street facing but very manageable. The reception staff were very helpful.The place is very safe. We only had a short stay after disembarking from our Nile Cruise, visiting Abu Simbel on the same day and flying out early from Aswan Airport back to Cairo the following day."

"I had an excellent stay at Malindy Ka Nubian House in Aswan. The hospitality of Mr Mohamed was truly outstanding, and the entire team was very friendly, helpful, and always prompt in responding to any questions or requests. Mr. Mohamed guided us very well during our stay and helped with everything we needed in Aswan, including local travel tips and arrangements. The Abu Simbel tour arrangements were very good and budget-friendly, which made the experience smooth and comfortable. The location itself is peaceful and quiet, giving a beautiful experience of Nubian culture and lifestyle. The artistic paintings and decorations both inside and outside the property were beautiful and added a unique cultural touch to the stay. The room was very neat, clean, and comfortable. Even a late-night dinner was quickly arranged for us, which we truly appreciated. If guests have any specific food preferences, it is better to inform them earlier so they can check the availability and prepare accordingly. For travelers arriving at Aswan Airport, using the Indrive app can also be very helpful for transportation. Overall, everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful experience staying here. "This is a very contradictory B&B hotel that I don't know if it is worth recommending. Its shortcomings and advantages are very prominent. It is suitable for Internet celebrities to make photos (the following photos are all original photos without retouching), but it is not suitable for anyone who has certain requirements for ”accommodation” itself. If you can find any cheap + clean + similar scenery alternative hotel, it is recommended to change it, but if it is just for taking pictures and scenery, it may be ranked at the top in Nubian Village. First of all, you have to be able to tolerate: 1. The hotel price is not cost-effective in the peak season, and the B&B offers the price of a five-star hotel. 2. Poor room facilities, rough-style furniture and narrow rooms, worrying bed sheets, bathroom shower water overflowing and drainage is useless, no slippers, toothbrushes, hair dryers (phone front desk can provide). 3. The breakfast is self-service and extremely simple and unpalatable, unlike some people who commented on the set and inexplicably praised it. 4. Tolerate or pay more to continue to tolerate the complaints of the chartered driver to drive into Nubian Village, and then contact the hotel by yourself in the middle of the night to change to a three-wheeled motorcycle in the deserted and dark mountains for 15 minutes to doubt life and reach the mountaintop hotel. 5. Other prices are very unreasonable. We originally wanted to book dinner for the New Year's Eve party, but it cost 100 US dollars per person... What did we get here? 1. The balcony of the room can see the unbeatable sunrise on the west bank of the Nile. We witnessed the first light of 2025 here at 6 am. 2. The various poses in the cultural buildings of the Nubian Village are very photogenic. 3. The desert next to the hotel is very photogenic. 4. A very special cultural experience of a group of tourists jumping up and down the mountain in a row of three-wheeled vehicles. 5. The hotel service staff is relatively friendly. Finally, it is explained that Egypt is not a country where tipping is allowed. Carrying luggage is a basic service of any hotel in their country. No one asked for tips during the entire stay."

"It was a wonderful experience. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. It had air conditioning, a refrigerator, a refrigerator pot, soap, paper towels, mugs and tea, a small locker, hangers, and a blanket. The bathroom was also spacious and easy to use. The hotel is located about a two-minute walk from the ferry terminal. The island's roads are not well-maintained, so we don't recommend carrying a suitcase. There are two delicious restaurants nearby where you can have breakfast. The restaurant next to the ferry terminal also offers takeout. The ferry runs frequently and costs £15 per person. However, between midnight and 6am it costs £75 per person. Generally, there's nothing to worry about with the ferry. The owner was very kind and explained everything clearly at check-in. He also arranged an Abu Simbel Temple tour and airport transfers for us. If you're considering the Abu Simbel Temple tour, please note that regular tours may not include island transfers, so ask the owner if they can arrange one. Please note that unlike regular hotels, there is not always someone at the front desk."

"This is a great place. The island where the hotel is located is the best spot in all of Aswan. The people here are nothing like the Egyptians who constantly bother you. Here, you can relax more. There are many good places to eat nearby. The room is comfortable, clean, and has Nile views. You have a shared 'kitchenette' with another room in the hallway just outside your door on the same floor. The rooftop terrace is great for sitting and having a drink (which you bring up yourself) and enjoying the Nile views both day and night. The staff are very friendly and even give you a farewell gift – a bracelet with a scarab for everyone in the room. Plus, you get a welcome drink both when you arrive and when you leave. The bathroom has a shower gel dispenser and a shampoo dispenser. They also provide tea and coffee as amenities, and there's a kettle and a fridge to store your things."
