Aswan Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, within walking distance. I didn't use the hotel breakfast, so I can't comment on that. However, I had an unpleasant experience during my stay. The hotel policy might be to provide only one small bottle of water per day. On my first day, I used my own large bottle of water. On the second day, I returned from Abu Simbel very thirsty. The small bottle of water provided on the first night wasn't enough. So, I went to the front desk to ask for another bottle of water. The front desk staff initially told me to buy one myself. I then explained that I had booked for two nights, so I asked if I could get the water for the second night since there was only one bottle in the room today. The front desk checked their records and said it had already been placed in the room. I told them I couldn't find it and only had yesterday's bottle. They said they would send someone up with it later, but no one ever brought it, even after waiting all night. When I checked out at around 5 AM the next morning, I opened the mini-fridge and found a small bottle of water. I apologized to them at checkout, saying I had found the water. But the reality is that everyone I met throughout my trip along the Nile in Egypt was very kind, and this small bottle of water left me a bit disappointed. I hope the hotel can improve its service; guests are more important than a small bottle of water. Perhaps this is characteristic of Aswan. If you book this hotel, make sure to bring enough bottled water, especially if there are many people."

"I had an excellent stay at Malindy Ka Nubian House in Aswan. The hospitality of Mr Mohamed was truly outstanding, and the entire team was very friendly, helpful, and always prompt in responding to any questions or requests. Mr. Mohamed guided us very well during our stay and helped with everything we needed in Aswan, including local travel tips and arrangements. The Abu Simbel tour arrangements were very good and budget-friendly, which made the experience smooth and comfortable. The location itself is peaceful and quiet, giving a beautiful experience of Nubian culture and lifestyle. The artistic paintings and decorations both inside and outside the property were beautiful and added a unique cultural touch to the stay. The room was very neat, clean, and comfortable. Even a late-night dinner was quickly arranged for us, which we truly appreciated. If guests have any specific food preferences, it is better to inform them earlier so they can check the availability and prepare accordingly. For travelers arriving at Aswan Airport, using the Indrive app can also be very helpful for transportation. Overall, everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful experience staying here. "The hardware is impeccable, and the service is full of warmth! I must give a big shout-out to the staff at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, I could feel the meticulous care. The room was not only clean and tidy, but the bedding was also very comfortable; you can tell they put a lot of thought into the details. The most stunning feature, of course, was the unobstructed panoramic view of the Nile River outside the window. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and enjoying a meal while gazing at the river view was an excellent experience. "The rooms are villa-style, and the view from the Nile River view room was superb. The room was clean, and the staff's service was impeccable. The Egyptian massage and sunset cruise were also fantastic. It was such a wonderful hotel that I'd love to stay here again on my next trip to Aswan, Egypt."

"This is a great place. The island where the hotel is located is the best spot in all of Aswan. The people here are nothing like the Egyptians who constantly bother you. Here, you can relax more. There are many good places to eat nearby. The room is comfortable, clean, and has Nile views. You have a shared 'kitchenette' with another room in the hallway just outside your door on the same floor. The rooftop terrace is great for sitting and having a drink (which you bring up yourself) and enjoying the Nile views both day and night. The staff are very friendly and even give you a farewell gift – a bracelet with a scarab for everyone in the room. Plus, you get a welcome drink both when you arrive and when you leave. The bathroom has a shower gel dispenser and a shampoo dispenser. They also provide tea and coffee as amenities, and there's a kettle and a fridge to store your things."

"First, the hotel picked me up at the ferry dock by their own boat, which really helped me relax after a tiring journey. When I arrived, everything felt very new furniture and very big room—especially the bathroom—and the whole place was very clean. One thing I really appreciated was how quiet it was, so I could sleep very well. The owner is also very kind and helped arrange the trips I wanted to go on. I originally booked for just 2–3 nights, but ended up staying for a full 7 days."

"This is a very contradictory B&B hotel that I don't know if it is worth recommending. Its shortcomings and advantages are very prominent. It is suitable for Internet celebrities to make photos (the following photos are all original photos without retouching), but it is not suitable for anyone who has certain requirements for ”accommodation” itself. If you can find any cheap + clean + similar scenery alternative hotel, it is recommended to change it, but if it is just for taking pictures and scenery, it may be ranked at the top in Nubian Village. First of all, you have to be able to tolerate: 1. The hotel price is not cost-effective in the peak season, and the B&B offers the price of a five-star hotel. 2. Poor room facilities, rough-style furniture and narrow rooms, worrying bed sheets, bathroom shower water overflowing and drainage is useless, no slippers, toothbrushes, hair dryers (phone front desk can provide). 3. The breakfast is self-service and extremely simple and unpalatable, unlike some people who commented on the set and inexplicably praised it. 4. Tolerate or pay more to continue to tolerate the complaints of the chartered driver to drive into Nubian Village, and then contact the hotel by yourself in the middle of the night to change to a three-wheeled motorcycle in the deserted and dark mountains for 15 minutes to doubt life and reach the mountaintop hotel. 5. Other prices are very unreasonable. We originally wanted to book dinner for the New Year's Eve party, but it cost 100 US dollars per person... What did we get here? 1. The balcony of the room can see the unbeatable sunrise on the west bank of the Nile. We witnessed the first light of 2025 here at 6 am. 2. The various poses in the cultural buildings of the Nubian Village are very photogenic. 3. The desert next to the hotel is very photogenic. 4. A very special cultural experience of a group of tourists jumping up and down the mountain in a row of three-wheeled vehicles. 5. The hotel service staff is relatively friendly. Finally, it is explained that Egypt is not a country where tipping is allowed. Carrying luggage is a basic service of any hotel in their country. No one asked for tips during the entire stay."
