"The Nubian Village has many narrow alleys, so if you're traveling by business car, you'll need to pay attention to the route. The transportation is a bit far from the pier. Tuktuks are popular for short-distance travel within the village. Breakfast service is quite leisurely, so if you're in a hurry, it's best to inform them in advance. They thoughtfully provide bags for takeout breakfast, but dining in offers a much tastier and more abundant meal! Occasionally, there might be an inconvenient water outage, but it usually returns to normal after a while. If you report it to the front desk, they'll provide bottled water as a temporary solution. Even with the same room type, the level of newness can vary between different floors. This is because, according to their customs, they only build upwards when they have more money, so the houses aren't built all at once. The higher the floor, the newer and better the facilities. The restaurant upstairs is delicious and reasonably priced. I recommend eating there whether you're a guest or not! The guesthouse is very cozy, and no one will ask you for tips. Instead, they genuinely welcome you and offer any assistance you need. The owner, in particular, is incredibly kind. This wasn't the most well-equipped accommodation I stayed at during my trip to Egypt, but it was definitely the warmest, most memorable, most grateful, and most like coming home. If I ever visit Egypt again, I'll be back here. :)"

"It was a wonderful experience. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. It had air conditioning, a refrigerator, a refrigerator pot, soap, paper towels, mugs and tea, a small locker, hangers, and a blanket. The bathroom was also spacious and easy to use. The hotel is located about a two-minute walk from the ferry terminal. The island's roads are not well-maintained, so we don't recommend carrying a suitcase. There are two delicious restaurants nearby where you can have breakfast. The restaurant next to the ferry terminal also offers takeout. The ferry runs frequently and costs £15 per person. However, between midnight and 6am it costs £75 per person. Generally, there's nothing to worry about with the ferry. The owner was very kind and explained everything clearly at check-in. He also arranged an Abu Simbel Temple tour and airport transfers for us. If you're considering the Abu Simbel Temple tour, please note that regular tours may not include island transfers, so ask the owner if they can arrange one. Please note that unlike regular hotels, there is not always someone at the front desk."

"I had an excellent stay at Malindy Ka Nubian House in Aswan. The hospitality of Mr Mohamed was truly outstanding, and the entire team was very friendly, helpful, and always prompt in responding to any questions or requests. Mr. Mohamed guided us very well during our stay and helped with everything we needed in Aswan, including local travel tips and arrangements. The Abu Simbel tour arrangements were very good and budget-friendly, which made the experience smooth and comfortable. The location itself is peaceful and quiet, giving a beautiful experience of Nubian culture and lifestyle. The artistic paintings and decorations both inside and outside the property were beautiful and added a unique cultural touch to the stay. The room was very neat, clean, and comfortable. Even a late-night dinner was quickly arranged for us, which we truly appreciated. If guests have any specific food preferences, it is better to inform them earlier so they can check the availability and prepare accordingly. For travelers arriving at Aswan Airport, using the Indrive app can also be very helpful for transportation. Overall, everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful experience staying here. "This is a great place. The island where the hotel is located is the best spot in all of Aswan. The people here are nothing like the Egyptians who constantly bother you. Here, you can relax more. There are many good places to eat nearby. The room is comfortable, clean, and has Nile views. You have a shared 'kitchenette' with another room in the hallway just outside your door on the same floor. The rooftop terrace is great for sitting and having a drink (which you bring up yourself) and enjoying the Nile views both day and night. The staff are very friendly and even give you a farewell gift – a bracelet with a scarab for everyone in the room. Plus, you get a welcome drink both when you arrive and when you leave. The bathroom has a shower gel dispenser and a shampoo dispenser. They also provide tea and coffee as amenities, and there's a kettle and a fridge to store your things."

"I must first give the guesthouse a positive review. We left our laptop adapter and charging cable in the room when we checked out, but we were already on the train to Luxor. We contacted the owner, who immediately arranged for a driver with an intercity bus to Luxor to take us to the hotel the next day. Back to the guesthouse, I thought taking the boat on the island would be inconvenient, but it wasn't a big problem. The guesthouse is on the west side of Koh Chang, and there are free boats to the west side for check-in and check-out. It's a little walk, but thankfully, the owner arranged a triple room on the top floor (for two adults and two children), with a fantastic view and a small balcony. The owner speaks excellent English, so communication was no problem. You can also book a private car to the Aswan Dam and Abu Simbel temples through the owner; the price is relatively reasonable. Normally, you walk east to the public pier, and the boat ride costs 15 Egyptian pounds per person, taking about 10 minutes. However, the guesthouse doesn't provide toiletries; you need to bring your own."

"A great hotel! Unlike noisy Aswan - the hotel is a very pleasant and comfortable place to rest from vain. Very clean rooms, there are showers with hot water, and other amenities. The administrator is a very polite and caring young man. There is a cafe with a view to the Nile at the hotel. The island is a public ferry worth 15 Egyptian pounds."

"The owner, Abu, was very hospitable, and the other staff members also deserve praise; they helped us carry our luggage when we arrived and helped us cross the river to the other side when we left. Honest Egyptian youths."

"Aswan's hotel is particularly difficult to choose, because they are quite general, I really don't want to spend more money on it, so I chose this one for two hundred. In the middle of the old residential building, girls are best not to go alone. The sound of prayer and the noise of the dog barking at night are very loud, but basically the special soldiers fall asleep when they travel. Hair dryers can be asked at the front desk. The environment is okay, just sleep for one night, the requirements are not high."
