"The location is very strategic. However, based on our experience staying there for several days, the room service did not change the bed linen set at all — it was only tidied up. This happened even though we stayed for more than two nights. Additionally, when we borrowed dining utensils from the hotel, after we finished using them and left the room, we expected them to be cleaned and removed since they were already used. Unfortunately, they were neither cleaned nor taken out of the room. On the positive side, the security, receptionist, and even the engineering staff were very friendly and helpful. However, it is quite disappointing regarding the room cleanliness. The amenities that we used from the first day were not refilled until we checked out, even though we extended our stay and paid the full price as a new room booking. We honestly felt a bit disappointed, and on the last day we finally complained to the receptionist. It is unfortunate, as the amenities were only complete at the beginning. When extending the stay, they were not refilled, and slippers were also not provided."

"On the first day of arrival, we were assigned a pool access room right at the very end, which unfortunately was next to the kitchen where they cooked Indian food. The smell of spices permeated our room late at night. We complained, and since other rooms were full, we were eventually upgraded to a suite. We moved rooms at 9 PM. Housekeeping seemed to lack a standard for cleaning rooms. I requested an extra towel because I was traveling with a child, and I had to ask for a hand towel (shouldn't it be provided automatically?). After the room was cleaned, the number of towels went back to two, and the hand towel wasn't refilled. So I had to keep calling reception to ask for one. The breakfast buffet tended to be monotonous and, in my opinion, not very good. The only saving graces were the omelets and instant noodles every day. FYI, I stayed for 4 days, and my husband ended up eating only instant noodles and omelets for breakfast 😅. There were no beef dishes like beef black pepper or other standard beef options. The spicy chicken (ayam rica) was good, in my opinion. As for the fish dishes, honestly, they were very fishy, so I didn't touch them at all. There were five types of fruit: melon, papaya, watermelon, snake fruit, and oranges, but often the watermelon was missing. As for the kids' club, there were more devices than children's toys, so my husband ended up playing PS4. My suggestion for the kids' club is to add some brachiation equipment or a small slide for climbing so that children aren't always staring at gadgets. Coloring activities at small tables could also be added if there's no budget for brachiation equipment."

"Hotel location is strategic, car park is also big enough to accommodate the visitor cars. The room amenities are too little, the hotel just gives us 2 toothbrush kits. No slippers at all. The superior room is somehow a bit small for two persons, maybe if the balcony was used to make the room larger, it will be better, because We don't feel any importance for the balcony."

"The location was perfect, and the breakfast was great. The best part was that we stayed for three nights and had a different breakfast selection each day, which was a really nice touch. The staff were amazing—very kind, friendly, and welcoming. I also visited the spa and had a good experience with the treatment. However, the spa reception staff were quite loud, which was a little annoying as I feel a spa should have a calm and quiet atmosphere. Unfortunately, the shower in my room was very mouldy, and the toilet was not clean, which was disappointing. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the bathroom cleanliness and noise level at the spa could definitely be improved."

"Great location, price and hotel staff. Free pool table at the ground floor bar. Roof top bar with pool. It wasnt noisy or over crowed. Beach say 120 meters away, supermarket just opposite. Maybe the gym could be improved with a multi gym. Spa on site where the Mrs got her nails donewas reasonably priced and she was happy with the end product."

"The cabana pool area was nice to stay and right amount if shade . Buffet breakfast was a good price just could do with more savoury hot options . Drink options were great ! Clean rooms more families staying during that time ."

"Overall, my stay was just okay – it was what you'd expect for the price, nothing special but no big surprises either. On the plus side, the service was decent; staff members always greeted me, and check-out was quick. However, there were a few minor issues in the room. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, which might bother light sleepers. Also, the shower had low water pressure and the temperature fluctuated. Cleanliness was acceptable, typical for a standard business hotel. All in all, it's decent value for money if you don't have high expectations."

"Love this place! If you want a short stay before flying back, this is the best place. Near the beach, but also near the airport! Only 18mins by bike and 30mins by car. Superc onvenient if you dont want to get stuck in Canggu/Seminyak traffi"
