"I stayed at Laozhuang Mountain Residence for 3 days and 2 nights. When I first booked, I was a bit apprehensive after seeing quite a few negative reviews on Xiaohongshu and Ctrip. However, as soon as I entered the resort, I immediately relaxed; the environment is truly wonderful. After spending two days and two nights there, my only question became: why are there so many negative reviews online? The staff here are very polite and courteous to guests. They use a WeChat butler system, so any questions can be communicated directly with your butler via WeChat. What impressed me was that messages sent to the butler at 10:30 PM were almost always met with an instant reply. There were a few instances during my stay where communication wasn't completely covered, but credit where credit is due: the resort didn't shirk responsibility. Instead, they actively addressed and resolved the issues, which is truly commendable. Our room was exceptionally clean. I wiped surfaces with a disinfectant wipe, and there wasn't a speck of dust. Some guests mentioned a lot of bugs and mosquitoes, which is true, but isn't that just part of being in a mountain environment? As a side note, the stir-fried greens at Ganqishi were absolutely delicious!"

"I came with my family on a road trip, and we happened to catch a typhoon, which allowed us to spend a quiet weekend at the hotel. The hotel is located near Yunshang Grassland, and the scenery along the way was absolutely stunning. There are 12 independent buildings, and each one is designed exceptionally well. On the first night, it didn't rain, so we enjoyed beer at the table outside, which was super relaxing. The hotel service was excellent, and our butler, Y, took great care of us. During the typhoon, we just had to send a WeChat message, and they would arrange shuttle services and other assistance. "I took my family to Anji for a holiday on the weekend and chose Meicheng, which really exceeded expectations. The hotel is hidden in the bamboo forest of Lingfeng Resort. Sitting outside in the afternoon, watching the bamboo sea swaying with the wind, listening to the birds, it was very quiet and comfortable. The decoration of the room is simple and comfortable, the bedding is soft, the bathtub is large, the smart toilet, Dyson hair dryer, and the bamboo fragrance are all equipped, and the details are very careful. The service is also very warm. The front desk took the initiative to help us upgrade the room type and sent Anji white tea and fruit. Once I wanted to drink hot tea at night, I called and sent it in a few minutes. The attitude was particularly good. The breakfast is very rich, the freshly cooked dried bamboo shoots are super fragrant, local salty soy milk, umami rice balls are all fresh local ingredients, and the taste is very stable. It is also super suitable to bring a baby. The parent-child room has a slide and an ocean ball pool, and the child is crazy as soon as he enters the door. There is a free children's playground on the first floor, with picture books, building blocks, and climbing frames, and adults can rest for a while. There are also swimming pools and sandpits outdoors, which will definitely be cooler in summer. It is very close to Zhubo Garden and Yunshang Grassland, and it takes ten minutes to drive there.
