I also ordered stir-fried food at the homestay, which is fried by the boss. The sour simmer is very good. The pot is full of gas. Our room the next morning included 2 breakfasts, we were 3 big and 1 small, the boss was very good, and sent an extra one If you drive up, it is a one-way street, especially steep. If you are not used to driving, it is recommended to arrive at the homestay early. In addition, because I mentioned to the boss that we were very afraid to drive up the mountain, the boss said that she could drive down the mountain. Although I decided to drive down by myself later, the boss asked the staff to drive behind our car intimately and kept sending us down the mountain. We stayed in Lost Villa Anji for 2 nights. The stay was great! We travel a lot in China and I can say for sure this place is worth visiting. The stuff is polite and friendly. The hotel accept dogs which is great , our pet was happy to walk around and enjoy the nature. It was already cold so we couldn’t enjoy swimming pool. The rooms are simple but clean and have everything in it. The restaurant onlyhas Chinese food but everything was delicious, we ordered vegan food and were happy with it. The breakfast could be a bit bigger choice, though. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay and will definitely recommend it to friends.

1. The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful, like a hidden paradise. I even saw black swans and mallard ducks! 🦆 If it weren't for the scorching heat, it would be worth exploring thoroughly. 2. Our butler, Leo, was incredibly thoughtful. He added me on WeChat as soon as we booked, and informed me of all the check-in details in advance. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Leo had upgraded our standard room to a loft free of charge. The kids were thrilled, and one of them slept soundly upstairs! Throughout our stay, Leo was always responsive to our questions and recommended an excellent rafting spot. 3. A friendly reminder: The resort is in a somewhat remote location. If you plan to go out, I recommend calling a car at least 10 minutes in advance. Gaode App (Amap) seems to have a much higher success rate for booking rides than Didi. 4. I highly recommend the Shenxi Gorge Rafting. The water is crystal clear, and there are about 10 thrilling yet safe rapids. The flow is well-designed, with one end for boarding and the other for disembarking.

The hotel is quite large, and it's convenient to get around with shuttle buggies that take you from the parking lot to the restaurants, entertainment areas, and the main hotel building. Facilities: The hotel offers a wide range of entertainment facilities that cater to most guests' needs. During our 2-day, 1-night stay, we only managed to visit the pool and play some table tennis. We simply didn't have time for anything else. Hygiene: The rooms, lobby, restaurants, and general park areas were all clean. However, at the swimming pool, guests would sometimes walk in with their outdoor shoes to observe, pick up children, or find someone, which is unhygienic since other swimmers use pool slippers or are barefoot. I hope the hotel strengthens its hygiene management for the pool area. Environment: The overall environment is pleasant, and the outdoor greenery is very nice. Be aware that there are a lot of mosquitoes, so remember to bring repellent. Service: The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Everything was well-coordinated with minimal waiting times. We received butler-style service, and our GRO, Miss Lilian, was very attentive and even gave us a few pleasant surprises. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. A 2-day, 1-night stay felt a bit short. We didn't opt for the all-inclusive package, but the hotel's free activities were more than enough for the kids. For dinner, our butler even recommended a Western restaurant just outside the resort and provided shuttle service there.

I chose this castle hotel for my trip to Hello Kitty Park with my daughter, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel itself looks like a grand European castle and is incredibly photogenic from afar. There's an exclusive connecting bridge from the hotel's second floor that leads directly to the park entrance, saving us a lot of unnecessary walking. The facial recognition entry system, combined with the two-day unlimited park access package, was incredibly convenient and well worth the price. I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff, especially one particular lady. Her service was absolutely amazing and so friendly. She even upgraded our room, and we had a fantastic view of the Ferris wheel from our window – it was absolutely stunning at night! Seeing that we only bought one two-day pass for our child, they generously gave us a complimentary kids' breakfast. It wasn't expensive, but it was such a thoughtful gesture. We also received an exclusive hotel badge as a gift, which my daughter loved so much she wanted to wear it immediately, even before we entered the park. I had read reviews saying that food delivery wasn't an option, but we found out that's not true! There are robots downstairs that deliver food to your room. We ordered twice, and both times a robot delivered our food right to our door. Each robot even had different IP character stickers! You just get a call to your room when they arrive, open the door, and grab your order. There's also a QR code on the table in the room. If you need more water or toiletries, you can simply scan it, and a robot will deliver them, or you can contact the front desk. It felt like having a personal butler, the service was excellent. Some reviews mentioned the rooms feeling a bit dated, but considering the hotel is already ten years old, I think it's very well-maintained. As long as it's clean, tidy, and the service is good, that's all that matters to me. The first and second floors of the hotel are a dedicated activity area, with restaurants, a Hello Kitty themed room for photos, and a gift shop. So, if you don't get enough Hello Kitty photos in the park, you can definitely get them at the hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

At night, you're lulled to sleep by the peaceful surroundings with very little light pollution, allowing you to see the stars clearly. It truly feels like a return to childhood days in the countryside. We stayed in a charming cabin this time, which had a large balcony directly overlooking the grand canyon. The room's layout was well-designed, and the bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, making it clean and tidy. The proprietress was very friendly and always quick to help with any issues we had.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our child without feeling cramped at all. The breakfast spread was incredibly varied, and our child absolutely loved it. The pool was large and incredibly photogenic – every photo came out picture-perfect. The overall experience was fantastic. If you're looking for a relaxing family getaway with beautiful scenery, this is definitely the place to choose! The shuttle service was a convenient bonus, and the surroundings were superb, giving us the feeling of being in a secluded paradise – truly rejuvenating! What's more, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the room had excellent soundproofing, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful sleep.

Whenever we needed help, they always provided us with tea and snacks when we checked in at the hotel and took pictures, which made us feel the warmth and friendliness in a foreign land.
