"The kids had a great time feeding the ducks and loved the infinity pool. The butler service was also quite good. However, our room was right next to the elevator, and the soundproofing was terrible. We could constantly hear the elevator running, and even people showering upstairs. The sound insulation is really bad. Also, no children's shampoo was provided. And seriously, the 'Big Gourd Playground' needs a good cleaning! It was so dirty and grubby, completely unplayable, and some of the facilities were broken."

"What a fantastic home stay. My partner and I stayed for the weekend, and everything was brilliant. The staff were all friendly and helpful (despite us both being able to speak Chinese and the staff not speaking English, they did everything they could to help us and make us feel welcome). The room was big, clean and had everything that we needed. It also had a water machine which was really helpful especially with the weather being so hot. We spent one afternoon relaxing by the swimming pool, and it was peaceful and the water was clean and refreshing. Breakfast was good, with enough selection to choose from. The location was also brilliant, with it only being a ten minute walk to where the buses take you to Skyland, which is why we visited the area. We will be coming back to stay here in the next few months when we visit the area again! Thank you for a great weekend."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was kindly upgraded to a better option, which made the experience even more enjoyable. When we entered the room, everything was extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The view was amazing, the bathroom was spotless, and the room itself felt very luxurious. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and high quality. The resort also has a hot spring located inside a bamboo forest, which was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. They also kindly offered us three complimentary photos. The reception staff spoke English, which made communication very easy. A special thanks to Tian Tian at the reception, who was extremely helpful, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. She answered all our questions quickly and made us feel very well taken care of. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this resort."

"I don't usually have high hopes for B&Bs. But this one changed my mind. We drove to the courtyard, a very cozy, clean and quiet mountain villa. The housekeeper was very nice. She helped us carry our luggage to the room, even though it was only a dozen steps away. She took us to the back mountain to dig bamboo shoots in the afternoon, which was very welcoming. The room was also very clean and tidy. The breakfast was cooked by the boss's mother herself, and each person had a portion of nutritious and healthy food. In short, it was great! I will recommend it to my friends."

"Facilities: The hotel facilities are complete. The room has a bathtub, a vanity mirror, and a good hairdryer. The bathroom is also very spacious and even has a child-friendly toilet ladder with armrests, which is great 👍. The overall style is European, and the TV background wall has a unique design. The downsides are that it's not smart-enabled and there's no refrigerator. Cleanliness: The cleanliness should be fine. After all, this isn't a bad hotel, so I believe this aspect should be acceptable. I didn't find anything amiss. Environment: The surrounding environment is excellent, with green mountains all around, and an artificial lake with many goldfish. The scenery is lovely. Service: The service attitude was good. They upgraded us from a king-sized room to a family room when we checked in, which included an extra child's bed next to the main bed, giving us more space for a family of three. We booked a package that included two unlimited two-day park tickets. We only needed to buy an additional child's ticket. The hotel's proximity to the park is incredibly convenient, with a direct corridor from the second floor that takes just a few minutes. They didn't rush us during checkout either, allowing us to extend until 2 PM. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children. Oh, and the breakfast selection is also very rich, with many options. Satisfied!"

"The room was quite spacious, and both the afternoon tea and the sweet soup served in the evening were delightful. I had a last-minute trip for two days to recuperate because I wasn't feeling well. I hadn't done any research beforehand, so it was a bit of a 'mystery box' situation, and I was absolutely delighted by the experience. If I get the chance, I'll definitely return next summer. Regarding dinner, you just need to make a reservation via WeChat before 3 PM daily. On a side note, the portion sizes are genuinely quite large. On our first day, we ordered four dishes and one soup for three people, and we couldn't even finish half of it. I hope the restaurant could consider offering smaller portion options. This would be much more accommodating for families like ours who have average appetites but enjoy trying a greater variety of dishes."

"This Club Med is truly a hassle-free option for family trips. 🥐 Regarding dining and space The breakfast was incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the quality was consistently high. The kids loved it, and the adults were satisfied too. The room was very spacious, with an extra-wide bed, plenty of room for a family of four. The children had ample space to play in the room, and it never felt crowded. 🎉 Regarding parent-child activities It truly lives up to its reputation as the ultimate family resort! There were so many activities. Our children weren't old enough for the kids' club (it's for ages 4 and up), but I'm sure it would have been even more fun for them to play with other kids, and it would have given the adults a break. The evening activities were especially fantastic. Every night there were different themed shows and parties, with the G.O.s singing and dancing. My two kids were mesmerized, dancing along with them, and the atmosphere was wonderful! The children didn't want to leave until very late. 💖 Special thanks to GRO Eric Special thanks to our GRO Eric! He took care of us meticulously from check-in to check-out. When he learned we had booked two rooms, he specifically arranged generous fruit platters for both.
