GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, close to Xiongan Country Park, which is convenient for taking children. It is also very close to Baiyangdian Scenic Area, and convenient to outlets, Xiongan Eye and Banyan Tree Park. The room is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is rich, but the sound insulation is average.

GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, my family went to Xiong'an for a trip. We arrived smoothly in 2 hours from Beijing. The check-in time was a bit long due to the full occupancy rate during the holiday, but the staff were fully cooperative and finally lived in the Little Prince theme suite that the children liked.
Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a small tent, electronic piano, dolls, and drawing boards. Even if you don't leave the hotel, the children can play for half a day. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay in a parent-child theme room.
Hygiene: Equipped with a full set of Little Prince toiletries and towels, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy. Staying for two nights, the room cleaning on the second day was also very timely and in place, and the room was cleaned and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is very convenient to the Eye of Xiong'an, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yuerong Park. The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap.
Service: Very satisfied! A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted in advance and informed us of very detailed travel strategies and precautions. Any problems during the stay were solved in time. When I met the hotel staff, they were all smiling, making the guests feel at home!
Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are many guests in the hotel during the holidays, and the waiting time for check-in is a bit long, which is a bit difficult for babies who want to take a nap. However, because the suite comes with afternoon tea for two, we waited in the lobby bar to ease some of the pressure. The windows in the room need to be told to open by the staff. There is a bit of smell in the room, but opening the window for ventilation and adding an air purifier alleviates it a little. There is a queue during the peak period of the breakfast buffet. Another thing is that for electric car owners, there is no charging pile equipment in the hotel basement, which is not very convenient.
Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and I would recommend friends who come to Xiong'an to choose Sofitel Hotel.

Put down things and we went out to play. I had taken the hotel water in the morning. When I came back, I bought a few bottles of water myself. When I opened the door to the hotel, I knew that I was a guest. I said that there was water in the house. I said I used it in the morning. Then the clerk smiled and said, you can continue to ask for it, our water pipes are enough. This perception is particularly good, 👍.
Besides bathing, there is a free ice cream inside.
Breakfast: Chinese and Western food, the variety is very complete, milk, juice, bun porridge, hand-cooked cakes, bread, cold dishes and fruits, there are many, you can't eat it at all. The stay experience is very good!
Let me make comments again, everyone cares about hygiene, you can say that it is quite satisfactory, too many details and cleanliness, you better skip 🙃.
Transportation, the surrounding is not very convenient, there is a bus stop, you need to walk a few hundred meters, taxi encounter a small episode, not related to the hotel, but I suggest that since the hotel has a car, you can provide paid carpooling services for those who need it in the future, so that customers can be more at ease.

This time I came to Baiyangdian to choose a hotel that was too wise, and the experience was directly full! The booked big bed room was not disappointing at all. The hygiene was extremely meticulous. From the desktop, the ground to the corner of the bathroom were spotless. The mattress was moderately soft and hard. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly. It was especially relaxing to lie on. Every day, you can sleep well and feel tired.
The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to Baiyangdian Scenic Area, a few minutes drive away, saving the trouble of a long time. The courtyard is even more pleasant, the vegetation is lush, the flowers and plants can be seen everywhere, the air is fresh like a natural oxygen bar, and the walk is particularly comfortable. The most intimate thing is that it is equipped with charging piles, and there is no need to worry about filling energy problems when traveling by car.
Breakfast exceeded expectations, rich and fresh, porridge, staple food, side dishes, fruit are all available, the taste is also very authentic, eat enough and drink enough to go to the scenic spot, full of energy all day.
