"Sana may lutuan plates spoon baso sa room, dinig ang naglalakad sa taas na unit. Kapag maingay ang occupants sa ibang unit maxadong dinig. Kung brownout pkiinform sana mga guest then pede magbigay ng alternate lighting. Nakita nmn kung ilan ang guests pero hindi dnagdagan ung towels and blankets kelangan pang magrequest including pamunas ng sahig wala nadatnan. This is not to discredit but for ur improvement po. "Hello there. First, the hotel is a little far from the bus station, but to be honest, it is a very good spot, especially if you want to sight see the beauty of Baguio because of the amazing views when you eat at their restaurant or dining area. The staff is quite accommodating but not so friendly. We also need to rent a hair dryer worth 200php deposit, but it is okay for us. My sister ordered a beef burger steak which is quite similar to the Jolibee burger steak, which is quite delicious, she said, but for me, I ordered a chicken teriyaki, which is just okay for me. The room has no window, so we need to go downstairs to feel the breeze of coldness in Baguio in the morning and do a little jogging. And the restroom is quite a little smelly and dirty when the yellow stains are in the toilet bowl, which is quite annoying. But overall, even though there are disadvantages, I still enjoyed the experience of this hotel because of the baguio feel. I hope next time they will improve their services and facilities and also the staff will be nice and more friendly. Thank you uphill hotel Baguio"

"This hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff."

"Although it may seem like an old hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and I felt the kindness of the people of Baguio. The only downside was that the shower water was a little cold."

"We absolutely love our stay at Azalea. The hotel was surprisingly comparabke to the best hotels at Camp John Hay where we usually stay. The entire hotel is big, room is spacious and clean. The location is just walking distance to supermaket, restaurants and city hub center along Leonard Wood. Its vrery accesible to so many establishments. The staff were so courteous ans attentive of all our concerns. Food from the restaurant Kuya J is absolutely delicious. The hotel facilities is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely book again and recommend this hotel to our family and friends."

"The place was really nice. It was a little too far from the center, though, so access is quite difficult (had to ask a bunch of people for jeep access). I had a mini fridge, a bathtub, a tv, table, bed, etc. I didn't need to use the aircon because the place was already really cold, the fan was enough. Oh, and bring slippers! It was a good trip. I had fun trekking down the road in the fog early in the morning. It's also near Arca's Yard. The people were nice too!"

"We had a lovely 3-night stay at The Forest Lodge in Baguio! The service was warm and welcoming—special mention to the ever-helpful guards who went above and beyond, assisting us with umbrellas and our bags during the rainy weather. Housekeeping was attentive and made sure all our requests were promptly taken care of, adding to the comfort of our stay. Our room was clean and cozy, though the TV was a bit small and dated, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Nestled inside the serene Camp John Hay, the location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing Baguio getaway. Looking forward to coming back!"

"Returning Guest Disappointed – Urgent Improvement Needed Stay: 15-17/Nov/25 Status: Returning Guest We returned hoping for improvements after our last critical review, but found significant service failures persist. Management must urgently address these issues before our planned January visit. * Room Welcome: Cookies appreciated, but a Baguio Rose flower stalk would be a more meaningful gesture. * Housekeeping: Towels placed on the floor for replacement were simply re-hung; we had to call for clean ones. * Front Desk: Only one staff member on duty led to three unanswered calls at night. This poses a serious safety risk in an emergency. * Food (Breakfast): HORRIBLE quality. The buffet lacked creativity, was visually unappetizing, and items like the sausage were inedible. The Chef needs immediate supervision. Management/GM: Please give these critical points your special attention. We need to see positive improvements in January; otherwise, we will seek other accommodations."

"I booked this for my parents. My mom celebrated her birthday and we opt yo have them relax at Baguio and fortunately we choose Microtel. Very accomodating even for our request for the personal birthday greetings (bouquet and cake). My parents were very happy and they really feel the warm welcome from the crew. Location is very accesible also to Victory liner. Very recommendable!! For the next Baguio Trip, Microtel will be our top choice"
