"My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!"

"The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."

"Absolutely perfect! This was my first time staying at Atour, and I chose it because it's a new hotel. The location is super close to the shopping mall, which I believe is in Baoding's new urban area. My husband asked for hot water, and while most restaurants should provide boiled water, this staff member, without even looking at us, simply said no. We asked where, and she said there was some in the lobby. My husband then took the cup to the first floor (the restaurant is on the third floor), where the front desk staff said they didn't have any, but the restaurant on the third floor did. My husband immediately became agitated; this kind of pass-the-blame service is rare in a star-rated hotel like this. Eventually, the front desk staff boiled some water for my husband, resolving the issue. (You might ask, ”Why didn't you boil water in the room?” Well, we were checking out immediately, and we had just finished the water in the room, so we didn't want to ask the staff for more, thinking it would be easier to get some from the restaurant. Unexpectedly, it caused us a lot of frustration.)"

PPauOHanlonI believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed.
We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive.
In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace.
The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection.
I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits.
Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy.

The room was decorated with a playful, warm, and cute design, and my little one had an absolute blast. The room was clean and tidy, and most importantly, safety was a top priority with no sharp corners, so I didn't have to worry about bumps or scrapes. The bathroom was equipped with a step stool for the sink and a child's toilet seat – truly the ultimate for traveling with kids!
The hotel's public areas were also clean and tidy, especially the swimming pool area on the 4th floor, which featured a constant-temperature children's pool with excellent water quality and no pungent chemical filter smell. We felt very safe and played for a long time. The restaurant was also very convenient, with a wide variety of breakfast options that tasted great.
Furthermore, the hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, proactively asking about our needs and being patient and meticulous. The service was very satisfying.
One minor point: you might want to bring light clothing indoors as the room temperature was a bit high, and the windows seemed to be sealed. It would have been perfect if there was ventilation.

YYuanxiaobaobaoddWe stayed in a spacious double room in the office building, decorated in a slightly old-fashioned style. Although there was no private hot spring, there was a bathtub. Watching the New Year's Eve gala on TV as a family was quite pleasant.
Breakfast was fairly plentiful; the pancakes were good. There was fruit, cold dishes, stir-fries, and various staple foods. The coffee was instant.
Agricultural Park Mini-Pass (Unlimited Entry and Exit): This was excellent; we strolled around. The pass inside was 55 yuan, and we played in the snow world and bumper cars, which was well worth it.
Double Hot Spring Resort: This was my second visit. It was too crowded and rather old. The price-performance ratio was acceptable.

Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.

During the three-day holiday, I took my children to Baoding for a trip. I chose this hotel and specially chose a river view room with a bathtub. The construction started at 7 am on the second morning of the holiday. There was no hope of sleeping in! I got up, had breakfast, checked out and left!

Since the hotel knew that the river in front of the building was under construction, it should also inform the guests on the website and fulfill the obligation to inform!
