"The room was a bit old and dated, but the facilities were quite modern, with a smart toilet and electric curtains. The butler was available on WeChat throughout our stay, always responsive to our questions. The front desk service was excellent; they even gave game tokens to our child while we waited for our room, which made them very happy. It's a shame the weather didn't cooperate, as we didn't get to see the sunrise."

"Because I had to catch a train back to Beijing the next morning, and had to return the car to the Shenzhou Car Rental Huzhou Railway Station return point, I chose to stay at the Licheng Hotel which is relatively close to the railway station. Unexpectedly, the hotel environment is very good, not only with winding paths, but also very quiet. There are plenty of parking spaces and easy access👍

"The home cinema room is just Incredible. The managers Michael speak petfect english and is such a nice man. He helped me for everything, my laundry, my Taxi (because I didn't have wechat pay) and was so kind. All the staff was very helpfull too and patient. The hotel seems very new, and the equipment is made of quality. My next trip to Hanzhou I will stay same hotel for sure. Unbeatable."

"This was my second stay at this hotel, mainly because of the slide room. The hotel is newly opened, and the facilities and hardware are excellent. The executive floor has a dedicated butler, who handled our requests professionally and effectively from the start. My child absolutely loved the hotel, and the spherical structure of the building is also very well-designed. The only thing that needs improvement is the service at the hotel's Western restaurant. We were a group of four adults and one child enjoying the buffet, and my child is under 1.2 meters tall. However, the staff at the restaurant didn't even bother to confirm her height and directly charged her fee to our room bill at checkout. It left us feeling quite confused and annoyed."

"Excellent stay in Dreamlohas villas! It’s actually the villas of the famous Sheraton “moon” hotel, so the lobby and breakfast are the same. We went to the Hot Springs which were complementary, very good experience in the winter. The villa was huge and with an outdoor private hot spring too. We were welcomed by Lucy, she explained everything and made us feel like at home, all of this in a very good English which we appreciated. 100% recommended!"

"Taking advantage of some free time, I brought my family to Moganshan for a vacation and we stayed at the Yinggu Resort. The hotel is located in Moganshan, about a 15-minute drive from Yucun Scenic Area. Moganshan is a famous birthplace of B&Bs, and this hotel is of much better quality than the surrounding guesthouses. The room was incredibly spacious, with large French windows overlooking a serene, emerald-green lake. The entire hotel is nestled in the embrace of the mountains, very quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway and unwinding. The resort also features a large tea plantation where you can experience tea picking and processing, as well as hiking in the mountains. It was a very interesting experience, and I'll definitely be back next time!"

"For this National Day holiday trip, we chose the South Taihu Lake Villa Resort Hotel.
Advantages: Upon entering the villa, we found it clean and tidy. The first floor had a kitchen, living room, and bedrooms; the basement had a game room; and the second floor had two bedrooms and a balcony. The space was ample and spacious, allowing three generations to travel together with their own activities. Breakfast was served at the adjacent Moon Hotel, offering a wide variety and a fantastic experience! The evening light show at Moon Plaza was magnificent, and the night view was not to be missed.
Areas for Improvement: The cleanliness of the area around the villa needs improvement; for example, the cobwebs near the access card should be cleaned more frequently. The pillows in the hotel room flattened after just one night's sleep, which was a less than ideal experience.

"Looking for a place to relax in Xisai Mountain, I chose Hongju Hotel. The moment I stepped inside, I was amazed by its design, nestled amidst the mountains and water. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the lobby offered views of rolling green hills, a babbling brook flowed through the courtyard, and even the corridors exuded the elegance of Jiangnan, as if bringing the idyllic scene of ”white egrets flying before Xisai Mountain” into my stay. The butler, Annie, was also very attentive, informing me of the National Day activities in advance and always available when needed. Every snapshot was a wallpaper-worthy scene. My room was upgraded to a Love Nest Residence, with a quiet courtyard where I could get a good night's sleep. The bedding was incredibly comfortable—a rare find that even my back felt relaxed. Even the toiletries were from a niche brand with a subtle herbal scent, and the hairdryer was a Dyson China Red. The makeup mirror had a thoughtfully designed fill light function. It was even more comfortable than home.
I would definitely consider staying here again."

Lanmeimei_ZJOur family's first summer trip – Naked Stables. Our little one rushed to Moganshan right after school, still in her uniform! Even though it was the rainy season, it had its own unique charm.
**Environment:** Secluded and tranquil, with various standalone round houses or villas nestled in the valley. The landscape design ensures excellent privacy. There are also plenty of activities, making it a great place for a holiday!
**Facilities:** The in-room amenities are all excellent, and the minibar is well-stocked. Even the chargeable snacks are delicious! On rainy days, it's perfect for enjoying tea and snacks in the room. However, the bathroom in the round house felt a bit small, and the shower facilities were located on the balcony, which was inconvenient to use on rainy evenings. My elderly parents had no choice but to use the bathtub, which was quite inconvenient. Later, we discovered the water heater wasn't working. The butler responded quickly, but it took an hour to fix the hardware, and still no hot water. The duty manager then proactively and very thoughtfully came to check on us and kindly moved us to another room where we could finally enjoy a comfortable hot shower.
**Service:** The butler service contacted us by phone before check-in to pre-register our license plate, allowing for seamless entry without stopping. The hotel also offers a wide range of entertainment programs for both adults and children. Our child loved it, quietly enjoying handicraft activities and horseback riding. Our little girl especially adored it and rode for half an hour each day during our two-day stay.
**Exquisite Naked Stables Souvenirs:** The cups are commemorative, and each room area is named after an animal. The various merchandise sold in the lobby is also very appealing and meaningful; we bought some to take home!
**Restaurants:** There's an Italian Western restaurant and a Chinese restaurant, both with good food. The set menus at the Western restaurant were decent, and à la carte options weren't expensive.

Anonymous UserThe hotel boasts a beautiful environment, with a traditional Huizhou architectural style featuring white walls and black tiles. It's surrounded by rolling mountains and vibrant, layered foliage.
We booked a mountain view room for two nights. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but it was a bit of a hassle. After several discussions, we finally got checked in at 4 PM.
The room itself was quite spacious, and the hardware facilities were well-maintained, though they did show some age.
Housekeeping was excellent, and they even offered turn-down service, including two small turn-down gifts.
We dined at the Baiyun Hall, which was generally good, but our noodle order was initially incorrect and had to be re-made.
Breakfast in the ground floor restaurant was of good quality and offered a wide variety of options.
The hotel's recreational facilities, however, need some maintenance. The karaoke room, in particular, looked like it hadn't been used in a long time.
Overall, the staff were good, and our butler, Summer Shen, provided excellent service.

We stayed for one night with our parents and kids, and it was a fantastic experience!
The butler, Crystal, created a group chat beforehand to confirm our arrival time and asked about the guests, recommending suitable floors and rooms – very thoughtful.
The cliff-side room offers absolutely stunning views. At night, after Deqing city lights dim, you can stargaze.
I initially thought the castle restaurant would be expensive, but after eating there, I found it to be excellent value for money. Although we had to wait a little, all the dishes were freshly prepared and of a very high standard, far surpassing any restaurant in the village at the foot of the mountain.
For entertainment, there's an infinity pool, billiards, ping-pong, pottery, archery, and more. It's not crowded, so you can enjoy everything. For pottery, you need to queue early; we missed out at 10 AM. Friends told me the spa is also top-notch, so I'll try it next time.
Finally, I have to mention the photoshoot. Each room gets three complimentary photos. The photographer was incredibly patient, and the photo editor was kind and beautiful. There was absolutely no hard-selling. I initially thought of buying a few extra photos, but then I was told that since we had three rooms, we could get nine photos! The photography, composition, and editing were simply superb.
I also want to thank Crystal and Lily again for their patience and understanding. It was hot, which can be stressful, and we encountered a few minor issues. After effective communication, the cause was quickly identified and resolved efficiently.
**Facilities:** The cliff-side room is fully equipped, and the pastoral cabin offers good value for money.
**Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. There were some small insects in the castle during the evening.
**Environment:** Absolutely stunning.
**Service:** Probably the best service I've ever experienced in a hotel.
**On-site travel photoshoot:** I've already reviewed it above. All I can say is it's worth the money. If it wasn't so hot, I would have done a whole session!

LunaheliannuoThe kids had a great time feeding the ducks and loved the infinity pool. The butler service was also quite good. However, our room was right next to the elevator, and the soundproofing was terrible. We could constantly hear the elevator running, and even people showering upstairs. The sound insulation is really bad. Also, no children's shampoo was provided. And seriously, the 'Big Gourd Playground' needs a good cleaning! It was so dirty and grubby, completely unplayable, and some of the facilities were broken.

The guesthouse has various themed hot springs, and you might even stumble upon free-roaming deer – super therapeutic! ❤️🩹 We booked a private hot spring room facing the mountain, and the view was absolutely stunning. The room came with a projector, and the entire guesthouse is surrounded by bamboo forests. Waking up to bird song and the sound of the stream in the morning was pure bliss. The breakfast wontons were incredibly delicious. Definitely another reason to visit Anji!

This is a very pleasant trip. The B&B is only one kilometer away from the Yunshang Grassland Scenic Area. The room is neat and clean. Due to the hot weather, the front desk housekeeper has turned on the air conditioner in the room, so it is very cool when you enter the room. The kitchen is clean and the boss lady cooks delicious food. What is unforgettable is that I left my jade pendant in the hotel when I left the hotel. Within half an hour, I received a call from the housekeeper telling me that the cleaning lady found the jade pendant I left in the room while cleaning. Since I was far away from the hotel, the housekeeper Promise to send it back by express delivery. I received the intact jade pendant the next morning, so excited.

Traveling during the off-peak summer season meant fewer crowds, which was nice. However, I felt the room's price didn't quite match its standard. In my room, there was an unsettling stain on the wall near the TV – it looked like either soy sauce or blood – which was pretty gross. The bathroom was tiny, making even grabbing a tissue difficult. On the plus side, housekeeping kept the room clean. The open-air corridors, though, were extremely hot.
Breakfast was average, neither good nor bad. The commercial street downstairs, which was recently renovated, only opens on weekends. For over 600 a night, I didn't find it particularly good value for money. However, the front desk service was excellent, and I'd like to commend them for that.

The room is clean and tidy, and the whole hotel is designed in Chinese style.
The lobby is a two-story space.
Breakfast is in the space around the lobby on the second floor.
The front desk also helped to upgrade the room.
You can see the whole back garden from the window.
There is also a terrace next to our room.
In general, it is good.
It is a very cost-effective travel hotel!
