There is Wanda Plaza, and it takes only 20 minutes to drive to the old city. It is suitable for friends who drive by themselves. The parking lot is also very clean and spacious. The hotel hardware is very new, the decoration style is French, and the bedding and bathroom products are very good. The only regret is that the TV in such a new hotel cannot be projected, which is a bit outdated. However, the flaws do not outweigh the merits. I will stay here again next time I come to Leshan."

"Great location! It's a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station, and a few minutes' bike ride on a shared bike to Shihao Plaza. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The breakfast staff were very friendly, and while the selection wasn't huge, the food was tasty."

"Extremely satisfied with our trip! This hotel offers incredible value for money. We originally booked a Roman-themed room, but we arrived quite early, and our room wasn't ready yet. A staff member at the front desk named Wu Yujia kindly upgraded us to a balcony king room in the main building. She even added us on WeChat to keep us informed about the hotel's activity schedule and other details. The room was quite spacious. Although the hotel facilities looked a bit dated, they paid great attention to details; even the toothbrushes were of good quality, not the cheap kind. Just a heads-up: the outdoor hot springs only open after 1:30 PM. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to and from the high-speed rail station, which is very convenient. From 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM, the restaurant also offers a late-night snack service – very thoughtful! We accidentally left our child's swimsuit in the changing room, and they were kind enough to keep it safe for us. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir. Overall, a very satisfying stay. The breakfast also featured Leshan's local specialties like tofu pudding and 'ka bing' (a type of flatbread)."

The rooms boast excellent views overlooking the Dadu River. Choosing this hotel in Leshan was truly a delightful experience! The hotel offers butler-style service. Our butler, Xiao Zhang, was patient, meticulous, and provided gentle, considerate, and unobtrusive service, perfectly embodying the relaxed Zen atmosphere. Check-in was efficient and elegant; he proactively introduced river-viewing spots and tranquil experiences. His prompt responses and attentive attention to detail made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. The hotel offers a variety of cultural activities, including tea tasting, scripture copying, healing sessions, and handicrafts, providing a unique and memorable stay. The hotel is also conveniently located near a food street, about a ten-minute taxi ride from Shangzhongshun Food Street. It was a wonderful experience! I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"Location: The location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk to the Shangzhongshun area, and along the way, you pass through the old streets of the city center, which has a fantastic local vibe. If you're a fan of 'Xiong Di Huo' or 'Tian Tong' (local delicacies/terms), then you're in luck – you'll also pass by the popular 'Xiaowuli' independent bookstore. Right next to the hotel are several specialty shops selling sweet-skinned duck, Yeba (glutinous rice cake), Aizi bing (shortbread), Ka bing (crispy cake)... There are also plenty of restaurants nearby offering authentic Leshan cuisine like noodles, chaoshou (wontons), Qiaojiao beef, and Yuerji (taro chicken stew). It's also very close to Wemiao Temple, Laoxiaoding, Jiading Bookstore, and Guihualou Alley. In short, it's incredibly convenient. Facilities: The room is spacious, not cramped, and has everything you need. On the thirteenth floor, there are two telescopes; facing east, you can see the Grand Buddha in the distance, and facing southwest, you can see the snow-capped mountains. This completely made up for not being able to get tickets to the Grand Buddha scenic area during the May Day holiday. The green cherry tomatoes in the welcome fruit basket were absolutely delicious. Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and polite. Because I arrived too early, before check-in time, they proactively upgraded me to a family room so I wouldn't have to wait too long. Although the step stool and small toilet seat weren't needed, it still made my 13-year-old 'big kid's' dream come true, and I'm very grateful! The hotel thoughtfully compiled a list of Leshan's best local food, so you can just go and eat with confidence. Leshan Authentic Snacks: We tried eight specialty snacks, and my child said the Mabian Chaoshou was the best – they even drank all the soup. I will definitely visit Leshan again, and this hotel will undoubtedly be my top choice."

"От ж.д. станции до отеля нужно проехать около 4 км на автобусе № 3: вышли из станции, слева через дорогу здание автовокзала, входите в него, справа от табло выходы на улицу, там останавливаются эти автобусы. Билет стоит 2 юаня, бросить в прозрачный стеклянный ящик, отрывать бумажные. Сдачи не дают, поэтому в Чэнду стоит разменять в метро и вообще запастись мелочью. Остановка через дорогу от отеля. На этом же номере ехать дальше - до огромного Будды, основной городской достопримечательности, езды минут 40. В отеле попросили номер для некурящих, нам в ответ написали, что таких номеров нет ( и это правда, в Китае принято курить в отелях), но нам дадут номер, где вчера никто не жил и там проветривают. Итого запаха особо даже не почувствовали. Номер на 11 этаже с видами. Комната просторная, большая и очень удобная кровать, с 4 подушками. Несмотря на высокий этаж, довольно слышно шум с улицы, помогают только беруши и кондиционер (на тепло). Где-то в отеле идет ремонт (читали об этом в отзывах), сверлить начали в районе 10 утра. Завтраки с 7.30, помещение банкетного зала, с высоченными потолками, отчего там довольно прохладно (китайцы вообще приходят на завтраки в верхней одежде. Выбор сильно беднее, чем в Чэнду, плюс когда пришли не в 7.45, а ровно в 7.30, оказалось, что нет еще большей части еды. За завтраком во всей поездке не было чая - пьют только кофе и молоко. Когда приходят повара, готовят еще лапшу и яичницу. В судках шведского стола - несколько видов овощей на пару, вареные яйца, овощи типа тыквы, несколько видов выпечки."

"Emeishan Grand Hotel: A Real Stay Review | Excellent Service, Great Value, but Hardware Needs an Upgrade We chose the Emeishan Grand Hotel for our family trip to Mount Emei. Overall, it offered good value for money, with both clear strengths and weaknesses. Here's an objective review for your reference! First and foremost, I must highly commend the butler service – truly exceptional and thoughtful! Even before we arrived, our dedicated butler proactively contacted us via WeChat, sending us a comprehensive travel guide for Mount Emei. They also arranged pick-up from the high-speed rail station. Upon arrival, our luggage was directly delivered to our room, making the entire process effortless and incredibly convenient. The service experience far exceeded our expectations – truly attentive and heartwarming. The location is superb! The hotel is diagonally opposite the Emeishan Scenic Area Passenger Transport Center, so you can catch a bus up the mountain right outside. There are also plenty of local specialty restaurants and snacks nearby, making both transportation and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel is a well-established four-star property and even offers intangible cultural heritage craft experiences, which are perfect for families with children. Our child had a wonderful time. The two most satisfying highlights were the hot springs and breakfast! The hotel has its own natural hot springs with excellent water quality and multiple pools. Children can splash and play to their heart's content – a fantastic experience. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich and diverse, clearly meeting the high standards of a large hotel catering to groups. There was a wide variety of options, including authentic local Chengdu snacks like Bobo Chicken and Qiaojiao Beef Noodles, all with genuine flavors. The dining experience was excellent. However, there were also two clear shortcomings that significantly impacted our rest: 1. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, especially the room carpets, which had a strong odor. On the first night, we were given a north-facing room with no sunlight, and the carpet smell was pungent, making it hard to sleep. After extending our stay and moving to a higher-floor king room on the second day, the smell improved. I suggest the hotel urgently replace the old carpets and renovate the hardware facilities. 2. The soundproofing of the windows was poor. Even after moving to a better room, there was a persistent dripping or similar noise from outside the window throughout the night, lasting until past 1 AM. This severely affected our sleep and rest. We had hoped to relax after climbing the mountain, but we didn't get a good night's sleep either night, which was quite disappointing. Overall: The service, location, hot springs, and breakfast were all impeccable, and our child particularly loved the family-friendly activities. However, the aging hardware, carpet odor, and soundproofing issues need urgent optimization. If the hardware can be renovated and upgraded, it would definitely be the top choice for accommodation in Mount Emei! Overall, it's still recommendable, and we look forward to the hotel's future improvements."
