"This stay was truly heartwarming, and I have to give it a big shout-out! The hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful. I urgently needed to print some documents, and they were so helpful and got it sorted smoothly. They really prioritize guest needs; they brought an extra blanket for me, and the service was attentive and meticulous. The breakfast spread was varied and satisfying, and the toiletries selection was excellent – the shampoo and shower gel were both great. Overall, the environment was clean and comfortable, and all the staff were polite and friendly. Everywhere you looked, there was a warm and comforting feeling."

"This is my second stay here. I chose it again when I passed through Nanning because I had such a good experience last time. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and standing on the balcony looking out at the Yongjiang River is incredibly relaxing.
The hotel's Chinese restaurant is delicious, but it's quite expensive, comparable in price to five-star hotels in Guangdong. This time I had an unexpected pleasant surprise: I was worried about traffic when leaving, so I ordered some Western food to take away and eat in the car. The food was excellent and the portions were generous. The staff member who delivered our food was very helpful; they packed everything quickly and well, showing great skill. Thumbs up!"

"My trip happened to coincide with the hotel being fully booked, so I had to wait a bit upon arrival, which naturally made me a little anxious. However, the front desk staff consistently reassured me with patience, kept me updated on the room status, and provided exceptionally thoughtful service.
Upon learning of the situation, the hotel duty manager proactively came to communicate and coordinate. Their attitude was sincere and their handling efficient throughout. Despite the hotel being full, they still went above and beyond to arrange a room with a great location and type for me, which was a very pleasant surprise.
From waiting to check-in, there was no perfunctory service or buck-passing; the staff were professional and warm, truly putting the guest first. Although there was a slight wait initially, the hotel's attentive service and the manager's proactive and responsible handling completely made up for the minor hiccup. The overall check-in experience exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended; I will definitely choose to stay here again."

"The room was very spacious, and the facilities were quite new. The twin beds were large, probably 1.35 meters wide, and the mattress was soft yet supportive. The pillows were a bit too long for my liking, which took some getting used to. The air conditioning was excellent, providing strong cooling and heating. There's an underground parking lot available. Breakfast was just average. The hotel's location seems to be on the outskirts of the city, but there's a subway station about 100 meters from the entrance. Although it was advertised as a river view room, I could barely see the river from the room, and the Longxiang Pagoda on Qingxiu Mountain across the river was also almost completely out of sight. The front desk service was good; they even provided a complimentary afternoon tea for two."

"I arrived late the night before, and the two ladies at the front desk were very attentive and conscientious in their service. Toiletries are prepared for the children, which is very thoughtful. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, and there is free airport pick-up and drop-off, which is really great. When we checked out the next day, we were warmly received by the lady in the breakfast room. It was very convenient to have tableware and chairs for children. The lady at the front desk promptly reminded us to take the shuttle bus. Thank you very much. This hotel is highly recommended for airport travel"

PPara paradiseI genuinely recommend this high-rise hotel. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and the front desk handled check-in efficiently, even kindly explaining nearby attractions. They were always on hand to help with any requests, which was very thoughtful. The room had great natural light, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning city views, creating a fantastic atmosphere at night. The bedding was soft and the hygiene was top-notch. Plus, the location is very convenient. It was an incredibly good value for money experience.

There were snack bars downstairs, but they were all closed on New Year's Eve, so I ate at a Chinese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. It's a Hong Kong-style tea restaurant, and the food is delicious. The place was full, but the food was served quickly. The front desk service was so enthusiastic, and I saw Manager Lin helping to serve food on the second floor after he finished his work at the front desk! The whole hotel feels so **! Everyone wishes you a happy new year! Although I'm out of town, I feel very warm!

GGuest UserThe room was clean, although facing the street, but the window had two floors, and the sound of the downstairs could not be heard after closing, it was very quiet. The pick-up and drop-off service is also very good, about ten minutes drive from the airport. The front desk lady is very good, there is a crew gym on the second floor, the front desk lady let me go in to measure the weight of the suitcase. The breakfast is quite rich and very good.
