"This is a fantastic hotel! It's super convenient to get around, with Metro Line 1 just a few hundred meters away and plenty of bus stops nearby. Taxis also have no trouble finding the location. The surrounding area is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Having MixC and Hangyang City right next door was a huge plus, especially for dining out with kids. The hotel itself is surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area; the soundproofing is excellent, so we weren't disturbed by any outside noise at night. There's even a small night market behind the hotel. The service was outstanding. One evening, after showering, I found the room a bit chilly. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they resolved it immediately – a huge thumbs-up! The bathroom also had a heated towel rack, which was such a thoughtful touch. We could wash small items before bed, and they'd be dry by morning. For families with children, that heated towel rack is an absolute godsend! The room was spotless, and even after a 7-day stay, we experienced no issues whatsoever. If I have the chance to visit Nanning again, I will definitely choose this hotel."

"It was already past 11pm when we got off the plane and arrived at the hotel. Check-in was quick. The room was spacious, with a bathtub and a disposable bathtub bag. The baby sat in the bathtub and played with water. The hotel packed desserts for me and sent them to the room in advance. The fatigue of taking a plane and a car with a child was much lighter. The curtains were very light-blocking. The next day, our family slept until we woke up naturally, and then went downstairs to have breakfast. The breakfast was okay, but it was gone after 10 o'clock, which was a bit rushed. When we set off, we hurried downstairs with the children, exchanged the coffee coupons (very delicious iced Americano), and hurriedly got on the car to take the high-speed rail. After getting on the high-speed rail, we remembered that we forgot to check out the card. We immediately contacted the front desk to explain. We apologized. The front desk lady was very nice. She said it was okay and just helped us check out first. The location of the hotel is near Nanning East, which is very convenient. The service staff is of high quality and good attitude. I will definitely stay again next time!"

"The hotel is so big! I checked in on New Year's Eve! The restaurant was so crowded! There were snack bars downstairs, but they were all closed on New Year's Eve, so I ate at a Chinese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. It's a Hong Kong-style tea restaurant, and the food is delicious. The place was full, but the food was served quickly. The front desk service was so enthusiastic, and I saw Manager Lin helping to serve food on the second floor after he finished his work at the front desk! The whole hotel feels so **! "Facilities: Overall pretty good. It was around 10 degrees Celsius in Nanning in January, and the AC in the room could only cool, not heat. After I reported it, they explained it was due to the central air conditioning system and quickly sent a space heater (since it's a hardware issue, I suggest making them standard instead of waiting for guests to ask, as it affects the experience). The light and exhaust fan switches for the bathroom are outside the bathroom and around a corner, which is hard to understand... We arrived at the hotel around 1 PM after getting off the high-speed rail, but the room wasn't ready, and they couldn't give us an estimated time. OK, we waited. They gave us two drink vouchers for welcome drinks at the beverage bar (the tea was teabags, and the juice was made from concentrate). Since it was past 1 PM and we hadn't eaten lunch and didn't have a room, we ordered takeout while waiting for the drinks. A server saw us and aggressively said no outside food was allowed, literally saying, ”This Old Friend Noodle soup smells too strong, but if it were something else, we could *make an exception*!” What? Are guests paying to be disciplined by you? Do we need your 'exception' just to eat? Because they couldn't provide a room or another place at that moment, they eventually dropped the issue. We waited until past 3 PM, and the room still wasn't ready, so we went out to explore. It wasn't until past 5 PM that we received a call saying the room was ready. Good thing we didn't just wait foolishly at the hotel."
