"I specifically booked this hotel for its high-altitude night view, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The river-view room on a high floor offered an unbeatable view. During the day, I could look down at the winding Yongjiang River, and in the evening, I was treated to a spectacular sunset and evening glow. After dark, the city lights sparkled brilliantly. The hotel's special AI robot was also very interesting. Our butler, Aurelia, provided excellent service, taking us to our room upon check-in and explaining the in-room facilities. The service from Lexi, Zoey, Eileen, and Jackson was also exceptional. The sunset photos were absolutely stunning. The viewing experience here can definitely be considered the best among hotels in Nanning. I highly recommend the scenic room types!"

"The hotel's central location is fantastic; it's close to all the main attractions, and the food street is within walking distance. There's even a smaller food street right next to the hotel. While the hotel is a bit older, it's very clean. Everything in the bathroom, including all the towels, comes individually wrapped, which gave me peace of mind knowing they were fresh. The breakfast was quite good and varied, with plenty of staple options and two to three types of fruit daily. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast area and the guest rooms are in separate buildings, which was a little inconvenient."

The room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is so inviting you just want to sink in and sleep, and the high-floor views from the window are absolutely stunning. I initially expected a hotel of this caliber to be a bit cold, but every single detail made me feel so warm and welcomed. My overall impression after staying here is: worth every penny! I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit, and I highly recommend it to all my friends coming to the area!"

"The location is convenient, with a bus stop right outside and Metro Line 1 nearby, making it easy to get around to all parts of the city. My favorite place to go was MixC shopping mall. However, after a few days exploring Nanning, I found that staying in the old town area was even more convenient. A pleasant surprise was the abundance of e-scooters in Nanning, which made solo travel very easy. The hotel facilities are a bit dated. The floorboards are cracked, and the balcony door doesn't close properly. On New Year's Eve, it got quite windy, and it felt a bit like staying in Wuthering Heights. There was a disposable liner for the bathtub, but no bath salts. The laundry room had many washing machines, but they weren't very efficient. The wash-and-dry combo damaged my 'bird' jacket. It seems they prioritize quantity over quality. Take Hanting hotels, for example, they have three LG washer and dryer units that use low-temperature drying, which doesn't harm clothes and significantly reduces waiting times for guests. The hotel service was very good; the butler was attentive and followed up constantly, doing their best to meet guests' needs. However, the hotel's management style seems to focus too much on KPI assessments rather than genuine guest satisfaction. This leads to them being a bit pushy in trying to get 5-star reviews. Guests who can afford this price point likely won't be swayed by sob stories or small favors, given their discernment and financial standing. Overall, I still recommend it; it offers good value for money."

The room's amenities were comprehensive: the air conditioning had precise temperature control, the bathroom was well-separated for wet and dry areas, hot water was immediate and had stable pressure, and the toiletries were high-quality. Everything was thoughtfully provided. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western options. The food was fresh, delicious, and nutritionally balanced, easily satisfying different tastes, ensuring I started my day energized. The public areas were meticulously maintained; the hallways, elevators, and lounge areas were all spotlessly clean. It was incredibly convenient for daily outings – the metro entrance leads directly to the hotel, and going downstairs for shopping and late-night snacks was a breeze. The room was on a high floor with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wide-open view; you could see the entire city's nightscape in the evening. The mattress was just the right firmness, and the toiletries felt high-quality, showing great attention to detail. Allen, the front desk attendant, provided excellent service; check-in was fast, and there's even a robot that delivers takeout to your room door. The hotel has its own pool and gym, perfect for relaxing in your free time. Overall, it's cozy and down-to-earth, suitable for both leisure travel and short business trips. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanning."

"This established hotel truly lives up to its reputation. They even upgraded our room for free without us asking, as they had availability. The location is excellent too; I was going to take a taxi to Sanjie Liangxiang, but then I realized it's only a seven-minute walk! The best part was the airport drop-off service! On the day of my departure, their hotel car broke down, and since I was traveling alone, they proactively called a taxi for me to the airport (which is 22km away). I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"This hotel is pretty good. The location is excellent, really close to the subway station, which makes getting around super convenient. Plus, there's a mall right next door, so it's easy to grab a meal or do some shopping. The staff service is also great, especially Moon, Pink, Joyce, and Freya from the service center. They were very responsive to all our needs. Our travel plans changed this time, and they even let us have a late check-out. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance."

"This hotel really needs a renovation. The facilities are too old. The view is nice, but the windows were dirty. Can't they pay more attention to details? The curtains have to be manually drawn to see the view, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling the room even on the lowest setting. There was a strange noise all night. The sofa table was also very worn, with a layer of dark glass on top that clearly showed all the scratches when the light hit it – I thought it just hadn't been cleaned. It's an old five-star hotel. There are a lot of hidden costs; the 'minibar' in the package was just an empty fridge, and even clothes cost extra. There are so many restaurants in the hotel that I wondered if it was a hotel or a restaurant. They also only provided a small amount of water in the room. However, the staff were very friendly and proactive in resolving issues. I won't be staying here again; for over 600, there are much better options."
