"Pleasant hotel in a great location. You have all the restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries all around. Just next to it there's a small supermarket that you can stock up on some snacks etc. Walking distance to the riverside and close by street food stalls and pois.

"We stayed for 2 nights and were positively surprised. The room is very clean and Well equipped. The AC and shower work well. We Had breakfast which was really nice, a good choice between soup, banh bao, congee, Fried noddles and more. The bed was very comfortable with a nice blankets and 2 pillows per Person😍
The Location ist great, about 1,3km from the trainstation, surrounded by a Lot of places to get food or Go Shopping.

"Facilities: Though the facilities are a bit old, it's still quite comfortable to stay here, offering great value for money. The bed is very soft and comfortable for sleeping, the room itself is spacious enough, and there's good natural light.
Hygiene: The bathroom is quite clean.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations, deserving a perfect score!
First, the location is fantastic. The hotel is incredibly close to the subway station, just a 3-minute walk away. It's super convenient for visiting attractions and shopping districts, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making getting around a breeze.
The room was simply amazing! I was blown away the moment I stepped inside. It was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable—I didn't want to get up! The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and the toiletries had a pleasant, subtle fragrance.
The service was impeccable! From the friendly and efficient check-in by the receptionist to the meticulous housekeeping every day, and the attentive guidance from the restaurant staff, every staff member was welcoming and responsive. The breakfast buffet was so diverse that it was hard to choose, with both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, leaving me energized for the whole day.
The hotel's public areas are stylishly designed. The lobby is spacious and bright, with a comfortable lounge area where you can relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The facilities were well-maintained, the elevators ran smoothly, and the WiFi was high-speed and stable throughout.

"Pros: Great location, vibrant surroundings, and a good price. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the basic hygiene is acceptable. The front desk staff proactively upgraded my room type, which was a nice touch! Overall, the bedding matches the price.
Cons: The service could use improvement. The in-room phone was difficult to use; when I tried to call the front desk, an AI answered, and it took ages to finally connect to a human. I also missed the front desk's call twice before I finally picked up.
Furthermore, the hotel offers self-service laundry, but there's a time limit, and the notice isn't very clear. Last night, I wasn't the only one who missed it. When the time was up, it seemed like the power to the laundry room was cut off immediately. My clothes came out soaking wet and unspun, which was a real hassle late at night! Seriously, the staff managing the laundry room are so rigid – a complete cutoff exactly on time? Can't they let machines that are still working finish their cycle? Also, why not provide a laundry basket and some notepads for leaving messages in the guest rooms? That would make it so much easier to communicate with guests if there are issues. I'd suggest they learn from Home Inn Business Hotel. All in all, the laundry facility and its service were incredibly disappointing. Winter clothes are already thick, and my wet clothes even soaked my dry clothes when I brought them back, keeping me busy until the middle of the night!"

1. The entrance lobby is spacious and bright, and there is a cute big bear doll at the door.
2. The hotel staff are very polite. I went out to eat late at night and went in and out several times. The front desk brother greeted us. The service was very warm. When we checked out, we also sent us a gift. It was very delicate. We liked it very much. We met the staff in the elevator and asked us to come out first.
3. The bathroom in the room is separated from wet and dry, there is a disposable toilet pad, very warm heart 🥰 Loved the shower gel and shampoo are also fragrant, and there is also a delicate small soap 🧼

Gym is very lacking with just one treadmill and one cycling machine. Will be great if dumbbells can be added.
The laundry room has 2 washer and 2 dryer, which can sometimes be very occupied so don't wait till you're out of clothes to wash.
You can scan the QR code with your WeChat app and get notification when your clothes are almost done, which is really really smart.
There are convenience stores and fast food (Tasiting) just downstairs. And behind the hotel is a major mall chain
Short walk across the road and you'll reach the riverside park, where you can do a super long walk (believe it will be perfect during the cooler weather)
Room is very spacious with work desk, day bed/balcony, and a bench with tea table (the only stay during my trip that offers a tea set).
My only complain will be the smoking smell.
The hotel only takes up 3 floors in the building, so it is shared with other users. I met with someone that smoked in the lift lobby even though there's a no smoking sign. Room also had a cigarette smell but it was fine after using air spray and switching on the aircon. So just keep the aircon!

GGuest UserI picked this hotel for a show. It's conveniently located, about a 15-20 minute walk to the Cultural and Art Center. The surrounding area is quite quiet, and it's also very close to the Yong River Green Walkway, which is great for a stroll.
The room facilities are fairly new, and the bathroom has excellent wet/dry separation. My only minor complaint is that the sink is a bit low, so it's easy to splash water out when washing your face or brushing your teeth. Room cleaning could be a bit more thorough; for example, the shower cap wasn't replenished on the second day. After contacting the front desk, a robot delivered it to my door, which was really cute! Though it did make me wonder, if they have robots, why not use them for food delivery as well?
The views from both the restaurant and the room are lovely. It was very comfortable and relaxing to lie on the sofa and simply enjoy the scenery.

The smart curtains in the room were incredibly convenient; I could open and close them with just a voice command. The freshly ground soy milk at breakfast was incredibly rich and flavorful – they said it's made from an old variety of soybeans, and it went perfectly with the freshly made fried dough sticks. Plus, the hotel is right next to MixC shopping mall and a subway station, making it super easy to get anywhere. This experience was truly top-notch, definitely five-star worthy! Parking is also free.

The location is fantastic, you're right by Sanjie Liangxiang, and there are tons of electric scooters available right outside the door that you can just hop on and ride! If you're driving, there's free underground parking!
Seriously, staying here makes getting anywhere so convenient!
Just a short walk from the hotel entrance, you'll find an old-school螺狮粉 (Luosifen - snail noodle soup) shop – it's cheap, generous, and delicious!
**Amenities:** As shown in the pictures, there's a fridge and a projector. The hairdryer is great; my hair dried so quickly!
**Cleanliness:** Clean and tidy.
**Ambiance:** Comfortable, with a Nanyang (Southeast Asian) style. The courtyard outside is perfect for photos.
**Service:** The front desk staff member was really great and attentive, even providing snacks and tissues.
I'll definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserI am travelling with my 78 years old father, stayed here for two times. The first time is arrival to naming airport before I travel to visit my family member's in BeiLiu.
We stayed at 9 floor the first time, the toilet has odour of cigarettes for the whole night, even though it shows as a non-smoking room.
The second times when we came back, the receptionist checked with me either to get the same room, I feedback to him the toilet has odour of cigarette, he gave me another room at 8 floor.
The toilet has no cigarettes odour.
But the towel has some weird smells or odour of cigarettes when we used it, that time already near 11pm, we choose not to call the receptionist for towel changing.
The receptionists are both very nice.
There are varieties of stalls next to the hotel and many other stalls are avaliable, the location is quite good.

MM441247****The service was warm and attentive. As soon as our family got out of the taxi, someone helped us with our luggage and pushed the stroller to check-in. They even gave us two small toys because they saw we had a child. They also brought plenty of water, worried that our child might have trouble adjusting to the new environment.
We booked a suite, which was large, though the decor was a bit dated. However, the hotel informed us immediately and offered to change rooms. But seeing the large room, thick carpet, and spacious bathtub, we were already very satisfied, and the price was reasonable.
Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of freshly stir-fried vegetables – bok choy, cauliflower, lotus root slices, and sweet peas. The Lao You Fen (a type of rice noodle soup) was also quite tasty. Compared to other hotels with their large quantities of pre-made sausages, chicken nuggets, and steamed buns, I think this place is more suitable for tourists who want to enjoy some vegetarian dishes to balance things out. For more delicious food, you can go to a specialty restaurant outside. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and transportation is quite convenient.
